Embarrassing Bodies presents: Angry Boils

The Embarrassing Bodies clinic has been overrun with patients suffering from multiple medical maladies. Someone needs to take control of the clinic and direct the medical staff to where they are needed most and help treat all the patients before they drown in a sea of snot or get buried under a plague of boils. Dr. Dawn, Dr. Christian and Dr. Pixie need your help!

The game puts you in control of the Embarrassing Bodies clinic as waves of patients test the Doctor’s skills to the limit. Players must marshal their resources to treat all of the different illnesses that present themselves at the clinic, from Conjunctivitis and Diarrhoea to Pubic Lice and Flatulence. The National Health Services’ finest will help the doctors, from Triage Nurses to Anaesthesists, but players must choose the right combination to successfully deal with each illness and ensure that no patient leaves the clinic untreated.

Angry Boils is available from the App Store, Google Play and Amazon

steroids ?

I am 22 year old. I have excessive hair on my body. Whole of my back and arms and other parts of body. I am tired of shaving them. I need a solution by which I'd be able to join swimming or at least not wear full sleeves even in summers.

i would say they will be ingrowing hairs, exfoliate the area gently with non perfumed exfoliator scrub (sensitive skyn type) see if that works, also see if you can get a better razor

This could be several things, I have a condition called keratosis pilaris for instance, keratosis pilaris(KP)is a skin condition which involves bumps (can be red in my case are)and can resemble chicken skin, if the red bumps go away after a very short period and never stay long it is not KP, i would recommend salicylic acid if this was not on the face however as it is on the face i would consult you GP about visiting a dermatologist . If that is the case it may be ingrown hair or general irritation of the skin that is severe/resistant to the creams you have tried. What creams ahve you tried?

I'm 15 and i suffer from boils that are very painful, they appear on my right side under my breast.I went to the doctor when they first appeared 18 months ago,I got given amoxicillen tablets that didn't seem to work, then I got amoxicillin liquid that made me vomit. I haven't been to the doctor for a few months now, the boils corse me alot of pain and discomfort, they come and go when they please, it's very hard to sleep and they're also itchy. What should I do??

Read up on hidradenitis suppurativa. you could have this and antibiotics are not the answer if this is what you have.

Because you have taken several courses of antibiotics I suggest u start taking a good probiotic on a daily basis because the antibiotic u took for the boils has killed all your good bacteria in your body thus needs to be replaced w a probiotic and another one to add to your daily diet is kefir ( look up on internet). Your body is telling you that you are suffering with not only a bacterial inf. but also a yeast inf in which the antibiotics you have taken already will not cure your boils. Eat lots of yogurt also and try to cut sugars, starches and carbs out of your diet. Have 1 cheat day a week but w moderation! Most doctors are not taught to recognize a systemic yeast infection so if you talk to your dr abt this to no avail don't b disappointed! There is lots of info/resources on the internet so I suggest u educate yourself cause I can only suggest a few things here. You may eventually have to have your boil lanced to get the core out for it to heal properly .. Talk to your dr abt this and continue to go back to the doctor w your symptoms till they help you... Don't give up! I use to suffer w boils also and had to take the antibiotic regime and also suffered w upset tummy while taking them. Tell your dr abt the side effects you are having but most importantly is "get yourself on some probiotics, kefir and yogurt to bring you back to good health and restore the good bacteria in your body that is sooooo over looked by doctors causing so many different symptoms that mimac many different diseases! Remember to always take probiotics on a daily basis. Good luck n hope this helps :)

I get boils a lot. And I know how horrible they are. I tend to just pop mine. I know your not meant to but it's a quick way to get rid! Best wishes xxxx

I have this too! I'm 15 and it's only flared up for the first time a few weeks ago, I thought it would go away by itself but it keeps spreading and the scabs are getting bigger! There's even a few small ones on my upper arms! It looks horrible and I don't know what to do, please help!

Ok great! A game I can get my kids to play so they understand what I am going through and what their future may hold. NOT. But why am I even surprised. Your show never shows the seriousness of this disease as it progresses and the only treatment I have seen shown is antibiotics which shows how FAR off the mark your researchers are. Tell me this. Would you make a game where the objective is to give chemo to as many cancer patients as you can. Don't bother with an answer. I already know.

Um this is wrong on so many levels. I too have suffered from HS for 23 yrs. It is excruciatingly painful and to create a game and making fun of those with these diseases is just awful. Shame on you!!

Terrible! I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa and many of its complications. What you don't seem to realize is that HS can be fatal and disabling, and to make a mockery of it is just shameful. I'm very disappointed with the fact that you regard this as funny and have made such a terrible game. Why do you think people who suffer from HS hide their disease for so long that they end up almost dying from a life-threatening infection? Because of things like this! We shouldn't have to be ashamed of our struggles. The shame resides with those responsible for THIS monstrosity!

The designers and makers of this game should be sued. To poke fun at people with real disabilities and pain is sickening. I encourage all sponsors of this game to pull sponsorship now, the backlash will be huge.
