I am 14 years old and i am already a 32DD or E. Im scared of my breasts becoming too heavy and sagging. Some websites say its better to wear a bra to support them and some say its better to not wear one at all so the muscles can work properly. Im not sure what to believe or what to do to prevent my breasts from sagging. Is it even natural for them to sag? I dont want them to. Can you please help me?

Hello I am 14 too and also have 32DD this is normal and to help me find a good fitting bra I went to a bra fitting at M&S so I now have better supported bra's for everyday things and sport's since I am a very active person. Yes it is natural for large boobs to sag since of the weght.

hey girls i had the same problem when i was your age i was a 30E, am a 32H and i have to get most of my bras specially made and they cost alot of money! my boobs are rather saggy and hurt my back but i have planned to get a boob reduction for my 21st birthday:)

im 17 and i have large breasts. they are a size 38C sometimes a 38D. i have always had larger breasts than most people my age. i went straight from nothing to a size 36B/C. the thing that i am sooo self concious about it sagging. it seems that they are sagging and im quite worried as im still a young woman. im afraid that when i decide to take it to the next level and have my boyfriend see my top half naked, he will be turned off because of my breasts. i never let anyone see them because im way to self concious about them. it has had a big effect on my life and i feel like i am the only young woman out there that has this problem. i know there isnt anything i can do without surgery, but im just really embarassed about it. how can i get more self confidence about this? and is there anyone else out there that has this problem?

I am 23 years old, obese, and my breasts look like grandma breasts. I'm a 46D and I've never nursed. I've laid on my belly at night to get to sleep since I was 16 (only way I can unless I'm absolutely exhausted.) I think squishing my breasts under me when I lie down at night for years plays a big part in my sagging but I don't know how to remedy the situation without possibly going under the knife. Are there any home remedies that I can do or does going under the knife seem to be the only way? Any help would be appreciated!

any doctor would probably think of me as insane for asking this question because of my age, but i'm 16 and i'm convinced that my breasts are beginning to sag. depending on where i buy my underwear, i range from 36/38 E or F. i'm open with my mum, and have asked for her opinion, though she tells me it's simply down to the weight of my breasts because of their large size that makes them seem as though they 'hang'. nonetheless, i'm thoroughly convinced that i'm starting to develop stretch marks at the top of my breasts because of them sagging, and i can't stand it. is there any way i could prevent this from further happening? wearing sports bras all the time instead of fashion underwear, doing chest exercises? HELP :(!

I'm 18 and my breasts kinda look like the image 9, but not as firm looking. Maybe even a little more...um...spread out. Is there a way to make them firmer or at least get them back up? (or prevent from sagging) I'm afraid that if I'm ever with a guy that they will get disgusted by them.

Hi, I'm 18 and breasts are a size 34D. But within this past year my breast have started sagging really badly and to the point where I have to wear a bra 24/7 as they start weighing me down without one, and I was wondering why that was and how to get them perky again if I can. Any suggestions?

I'm the same! Exept I'm 14 :(( 34D can't go without wearing a bra and it hurts when I wake up if I didn't sleep with a bra on they're really saggy aswell

Mine are 34DD and I'm 25 so I can relate. Just a consequence of having big boobs. Make sure you're wearing the right bra and one that is comfy (not necessarily sexy) and you can do exercises to strengthen your back and shoulder muscles to help with the sagging.

I'm 19, and I'm kind of worried my breasts are sagging, I'm a 32E/DD and I have an hour glass shaped body so my waist is really small and I'm only about 5'5". I feel like my breasts are way too big for my body and are disproportionate to the rest of me. I've been on and off the pill for about 3 years, switched a few times to see if anything changes, at the moment I'm on Brenda, but usually my breasts swell a lot when I'm on the pill, but this time around they aren't, makes me feel like they're sagging. My boyfriend often comments and says the word 'saggy' but I think that's probably just because he uneducated about what sagging actually looks like, but I'm getting really self conscious about it. I used to be so happy with my breasts, they were my best feature..and now I feel like they're my worst and most embarrassing.

I am only 24 and suffer from what i consider very sagging breasts. I generally do not care for how i look but now they are causing me a lot of pain i am wondering if there is anything i can do to help. Plastic surgery for myself is a last resort but something i would consider. I have never had the breasts of someone my age. Why do some people suffer sagging breasts from the age of development?

I know how a lot of you feel. I'm 17 and have size 32F breasts - I've had them since I was about 13 and now, I've just had enough. They're so saggy and disgusting, I can't stand to get undressed in front of my boyfriend or even wear a swimsuit! As lots of you on here probably do, I find it incredibly difficult to find well-fitting, supportive (or even nice) bra's! Most of the ones in my size are either plain, boring or just ugly! I have been considering surgery all the way through puberty, but at the end of the day - I just can't afford it. So instead, I've got a tip for all the ladies out there who have trouble with sagging breasts. It won't pull them back up, but it will stop them sagging lower, as it strengthens the muscles that keep your boobs pointin upwards. All you have to do is put your palms flat against each other in front of your chest and push them together as hard as you can. You should feel the muscles by your armpits and above your breasts stretching. In time, this will strengthen your muscles and help reduce sagging. It's not surgery - but it helps.

Hi, Im 15 years old and my breast size is 36f, and are noticeably sagging. Its extremely embarrassing and I've been depressed about it for about a year now. I also keep on getting terrible back and neck pain, could this be due to my breasts? and is there anything i could do to help them with the sagging issue?

go to see your GP to prescribe medicine or something for the pain . my breasts are big but not to the point to having pain . you are still way too young to have a breast reduction but when you are old enough consider it as a very last resort with the sagging well try a different bra in m&s there are loads of different bras such as one that lifts up your breasts and you may find that that sort off bra will take the strain offf your back and neck x Hope you are ok !?!? x

one of my mates is 14 and a 34E, she said she has pain on her back and neck coz of her breasts, so it is probably them that are causing you pain. you could try wearing a support bra, so they don't put as much pain on you back. I'm not to sure though about the sagging tissue because everyone has that no matter what size they are. I hope this helps you x

I can relate to most of the things said here. I have obsessed about the odd shape and smallness of my breasts. I have had two kids and breastfed both of them. My youngest is just a year and a half. I feel like my breasts are smaller now than ever. Except for when I'm first nursing (when they are quite large) I've never been above a B cup. I've always had low breasts, but now they are sagging more and have excess skin and hang thinly when I bend over. My breasts are also very widely spread, so I have almost no cleavage, even in low cut things. I constantly compare my breasts to other women's breasts, and get jealous of my friends with large breasts. But honestly, my sweet-sister women. Let's stop hating ourselves! So, Hollywood doesn't acknowledge that our breasts are beautiful. So let's stick it to 'em! Walk proud of our breasts--no matter how "non-traditional" they are. We are beautiful because we are ourselves. There is not one definition of beauty. We should love our bodies and ourselves. Don't be ashamed and hide your breasts. My husband thinks my breasts are beautiful, even though he acknowledges they are not "movie star" boobs. So let's find beauty in whatever shape, size or form our breasts are. Who is to say what is beautiful . . . if not us? Besides, though my breasts are sagging, small, and weirdly shaped, that certainly does not affect the pleasure I get when my husband touches them! Stop thinking plastic surgery is the answer. Let's start loving ourselves!

im 17, my bra size is a 34dd and i hae had sagging breasts for as long as i can remember. i am overweight at a size 16 is this the only reason they could be sagging?

I'm worried that my breasts are sagging? Or is it just that they're still almost filling up while they grow? I'm 15 and I started my period last year so I'm still developing. Well I'd like to think so. Im a 32DD and I don't want this to be an issue as I get even older. How can I stop them sagging? Without surgery etc as I'm only 15. Can doing sport help or wearing Specific bras or anything? I'm really self conscious off this issue please help!?

Doing more sports definitely tightens up your breasts and reduces sagging, but it also stops your breasts from growing any bigger and may reduce their size anyway. There's no need to wear a specific bra unless the current bras you're using feel uncomfortable or don't seem like they fully support your breasts. If this is the case you might want to try a smaller size or a larger size bra- smaller to bring them up and keep them in shape to avoid discomfort and bigger to give them room. Whatever feels better for you is always the best way to go. If you're really worried there may be a problem with your breasts I advise going to see your GP for an examination.

I feel you've got a very lucky streak to not be big breasted. You will not have back pain later in life, you will probably not have to deal with 'sagging' breasts. You may be able to go without a bra and not worry about sagging or aching (or looking "bad" as some people feel larger breasted (and sagging) should never go braless. :/) I wish I hadn't grown as much! But, ultimately never feel ashamed to go to a doctor. They have seen so many different bodies they don't mind. Though when I spoke to my doctor about reduction, he simply asked my cup size (about a G) and he said that was fully acceptable to get a medical reduction due to stress to my back. You may only have to tell them your cup size and that you don't feel comfortable with anyone seeing your breasts confidence wise. They may help you get counselling as well. You are beautiful no matter what! Because our bodies don't make us beautiful, it's what is inside of us that make us beautiful.

i am 21 and a mum of one 8 month old but my breasts are sagging and pointing outwards i am a 40d but my breasts have always been this way but now it is destroying me and i cant afford to pay to have it sorted. i have got to the point where i wont even let my partner of 2 years see me naked. even in some bras my breasts look really saggy. i dont know what to do or where to turn.

Nelly, you did not state your age, but if you are a teenager, your breasts may well be the result of going braless or wearing a bra without the support your breasts need. I suggest that you immediately go have a bra fitted by a TRAINED SPECIALISTat a reputable lingerie shop. You will need to wear the proper fitting bra the rest of your life or until you elect to have a breast reduction performed by a highly skilled surgeon with many years experience. Be sure to look at his and other surgeons work at MakeMeHeal.com. You can also find the names of reputable surgeons there in your area.

Plunge bra's help give me a better cleavage, and my corsets really boost up my bust, but i sometimes get self-concious when i'm nude in front of my boyfriend, as i think my sagging breasts are noticeable. i'd like firmer gravity defying breasts but i can't find a non-surgical sollution! help!!
