I have little bumps all over my penis and sack. There flesh coloured, and pretty small. They pretty much colour my whole genitals area and are quite obvious when I get hard. I noticed the bumps when I was 14, but not sure how long they're been there for. Any tips on getting rid of them, or reducing the size and numbers of them?

Hi, I'm 25 and I noticed a few tiny raised goose pimple type bumps in the pubic area of my genitals, there was also 2 or 3 red bumps which the lady at the sexual health clinic said were molluscum. She treated them by freezing the area and told me to come back if it didn't clear up. After a few days the red bumps dried up and disappeared but the skin coloured goose bump sized lumps remained. That was around 6 weeks ago and since then I have noticed the same skin coloured bumps appear on my arms chest and neck, but there is never any red lumps that resemble the pictures of molluscum I have seen. I went back to the sex clinic and she laughed at me and told me it was just the pigment of my skin but I disagree, how can it be spreading if it's just the pigment in my skin?? So I guess what I want to know is, is it possible that this is a mild form of molluscum that isn't managing to break out into red spots, is it molluscum in it's early stage, or is it something completely ddifferent? If you could offer me any clarity I would really appreciate it as this causing me quite alot of distress. Jon

No, because that is the different type of a HPV virus.

I think me and my boyfriend had what's referred to as 'dry sex'. He lay on top of me and then I lay on top of him, close to our genitals. Then we sat with our legs between each others so aain our genitals were close. I was ovulating at the time. However he always kept his boxers on with sim shorts over the top and I always had a pair of bikini bottoms on. Could I be pregnant?

The spots are just irritation from the blade. Usually having damp skin, such as after a shower can help stop this. Also some balms Such as Nivea after shaving balm is useful cos this is what i use. Just don't put too much on or it will not sink in and it just leaves a mess....

My wee boy has had molluscum for almost 2 years. It is entirely confined to his genitals and constantly flared up to huge inflamed abcess like infections. He is only 4 so squeezing is out of the question. I dont want to create a stigma around his genitals for starting school either. Ive tried, Aloe vera, tea tree, fucidin ointment, silver spray and betamethasone cream. Help?

Hello yes we ordered zymaderm from off the internet, my 3 sons all had it and my youngest being 3 couldn't squeeze. Anyway it was only about £20 and it was brilliant you had to put it on everyday but keep up with it as you could see them shrink to nothing. Every thing will be back to normally and your boy will be happy!

I was wondering If a plantar wart can be spread from the bottom of the foot to the genitals or to in and around the mouth? If so, do you then get the same type of wart on the genitals or in and around the mouth? Treatable in the same way? Thanks

Mix equal parts of cinnamon and honey, stir together, then spread over areas affected...leave on skin overnight and shower the next morning, should take care of it. My daughter used to get the red bumps (some call it chicken shin) on the back of her legs. I put the cinnamon/honey mixture on her legs one night and every single red bump was gone by the morning! Cinnamon and honey can be used for numerous skin issues, are natural, and an extremely powerful combination.

I have 3 bumps in my bikini line. They are very painful but they are not hard bumps. If I sit in a hot bath they sometimes drain greenish yellow pus followed by blood. Somedays they hurt worse then others it just depends on how swollen they are. These bumps have been here for about 6 months and havent got worse but they havent went away either. I quit shaving and they havent gotten better.

I'm a 20 year old uncircumsized male, and i have recently became conscious of these small little bumps situated around my coronal sulcus, and also a couple under my glans. they are totally painless, tiny and skin coloured, and also there are some just under my foreskin in what appear to be in rows. I don't think they're signs of Genitals Warts, as they have not changed appearance or became cauliflower like as far as the way they look...simply little round bumps, exclusively on my coronal sulcus. Could you please give me some peace of mind as to what they will be, because i'm sick of worrying and it would help me a lot! thank you.

Check out pix of "Fordyce spots" on the Internet and see if they match what you're seeing on yourself. It this is what you are seeing, then nothing to worry about.

i think they are aclled penile pearly papules and they are normal, especially moreeso in oyu intact chaps. unless sore or bleeding, i would leave well alone.

Hi! I'm 15. I am not sexually active. I have had small brown bumps on my labias and brown colouring on them. They have been there ever since I first started looking down there. They do not hurt at all. I'm really worried it could be a STD, but I've never had sex or had any sort of contact with anyone else's genitals. I'm scared to see a gyno because I'm extremely embarrassed. Does anyone know if this is normal and what should I do about it?

Go see your gynecologist. If there is an issue don't gamble with it, if it's noting...that's what it is. Best whishes.

Ami, I am no medical expert however, pigmentation variances are pretty normal for lady parts as well as the small brown bumps might be? For your peace of mind perhaps you should see a Gynecologist.

I agree! And I think it's due to sexism in our society that men's genitals are seen as normally "big" and womens' small. Bigness is associated with dominance, strength, health. Why shouldn't female genitals be big, why only males? It doesn't aid reproduction in any way.

You shouldn't feel embarrassed at all. Men's genitals are big, why not women's? Women do not need to have smaller genitals than men to aid in reproduction. As long as the sperm reaches the eggs, it's fine.

Everyone's genitals are extremely unique, but that general look and texture is quite common. I don't think that a bumpy texture has any specific cause (nor is it anything to be concerned about); the appearance of your genitals are mostly influenced by your genes.

Hi, when your teenage years are over, I believe your genitals should settle down and act more normally. I had sensitive itchy flat spots around my genitals when I was a teen. The spots were aggravated and turned into sores. Now? I am cool. Food supplements like cod liver oil can also help.

I'm sure that's just the way you are! That doesn't sound like a bad thing to me at all. Everyone has things about their genitals that make them unique. Please keep in mind that where genitals are concerned, we're often way, way, way more critical of our own than we are of others. I'm sorry if it makes you feel embarrassed, but honestly, I don't think anyone else would ever care if you have a little extra skin on the perineum. I doubt that they'd really give it much thought at all. I really don't think you have anything to be worried about!

I have bumps on both of my nipples they are small and there are only a few like 5 or 6 per nipple I read about something called Montgomery bumps, but those have stuff in the bumps? Do I have cancer?

Actually most women have them! They are common and nothing to worry about :)

Whenever i get an erection, little bumps show up all around my penis. There NOT genital warts. There on my testicles as well. They don't hurt, there not pimples or spots, and there really hard. when i feel the bumps, there like little marbles. just wondering if there's any reason i should have these bumps and if so, how do i get rid of them?

Hi I'm a 22 year old mother of two and I'm not sure what the little bumps around my nipples are, but I know that our milk comes from the part of the nipple that gets hard when its cold out. ( my apologies for my lack of technical terms for the human anatomy ) but I do also have small bumps at the tip of my nipple that actually do release milk. My whole point is, the bumps are nothing to worry about. Small bumps that kinda resemble goosebumps are common.

On the subject of vitiligo around the genitals vs. the face etc.: an observation... if you have it on your face or your hands, at least when a new partner sees it on your genitals it won't come as a surprise. For me it started there, and I was terribly worried about someone thinking it was some kind of STD... I actually wound up in an almost ten year "dry spell" as a result. It was actually easier once I at least had a little on one hand-- it was easier to talk about.

I am a 21 year old female. I first noticed a few bumps a couple weeks ago; about a month now. I was only having sex with my boyfriend who swears he didn't have it. I have a weak immune system so I am susceptible to viruses. My new boyfriend and I had sex; all my lesions were basically scabbed over and not close to my genitals but closer to my thighs and buttocks. Will he get it? He works out regularly, eats healthy(no carbs) and if his body did touch them it couldn't have been for longer than 20seconds. I had told him I had them and he didn't think it would be an issue but I am very worried. Any advice would be extremely helpful! Also, I used apple cider vinegar on cotton pads over my bumps and left them on for hours(in the night). I also would rub over them with clearasil deep cleaning pads; they contain Salicylic acid and thought sometimes would burn, they aided the ACV in getting the molluscum centers to come out and scab over. They are now scabbed/decreasing in size and going away(I hope). I was told to continue with this regimen until all signs are gone so that they will not return.
