I have a rash all over the top of both feet and onto my ankles it is red and brown coloured. I also have various red spots on upper arms and an odd one here and there on my legs. I am obese and my doctor has said it is caused because of my weight. I have now been losing weight yet the rash has not decreased and in fact seems to be spreading further up my legs. I have had this rash since June 2013. Any advice would be appreciated.

My 25yr old son has had a rash now for 7 yrs. He collasped 7 yrs ago and after 5 days in 1 hospital(where he was given daily injections in his stomach and they didnt no what was wrong at this time), he was transferred to another hospital where he was diagnosed with pnemonia and septicemia. Another 5 days later he was allowed home, but since this has happened he has suffered with a rash that has gone from a slight rash to an all over rash that stings and hurts, it also looks like loads of blisters and is red and angry looking. I have taken him to doctors and hospital walk-in centres(whilst he had the rash). He was referred to a speacialist by his doctors but the specealist said that it was a waste of time seeing him because it would take too many tests to find out what is wrong. I am (and also my son is) at my wits end and dont no what to do anymore. The rash seems to appear when he is overheated or has done something (just walking to the shops can cause the rash, or a bath, which he doesnt have hot, sometimes if he is anxious it comes out. When the doctors saw it he said that it didnt look like he was allergy rash. I am still convinced that this goes back to when he was ill, i just wish we could find out what is causing it, then it might be easier to deal with and treat. Please please any advice..
