i had a normal mole on my arm and then one day i accidentally burnt it while getting something out of the oven. i had a scab over the mole for about a week and then when the scab came off i was left with my mole, but it had thinned out and spread into more moles next to the original mole. is it worth getting it checked out?

I have a raised mole under one of my breasts but it doesn't look normal, more like a wart sticking out with a mole on top. I've had it for years but it's always worried me in case it could form breast cancer. Should I get it checked by a GP or is this just a normal mole?

I think you should get it checked out. i got told by a doctor that if it is bigger than an edge of a pencil then you should get it checked out.

I would deffo say get it checked out, purely because of where it is! Better safe than sorry i always say.

Hi I have a mole which was checked by a doctor last year who said it was nothing to worry about and I recently used sun beds and a few nights later the mole bled a tiny bit. Since then I have not noticed more bleeding which isn't to say it hasn't.. Is this a sign of skin cancer even though I was told the mole was nothing to worry about a year ago

My little sister is 7 years old and she was born with a flat brown mole on her back. In the last year the mole has formed a white ring around the mole. My mum has taken her to the doctors and the said it was because the mole was going. A year on and she still has the mole with the ring around it. Should we be worried or is this normal?

I think you should see another doctor, one who specializes in skin concerns. Don't wait. A growing mole is something to take seriously. Go do it. Now.

Go straight back to the doctors! You can't be too careful!!!

A good few months back, I fell over and where my mole is between my ankle and foot, I got some friction which made the skin around my mole fairly dodgy and sore. I went surfing and I'm guessing along with the rubbing of my leash on the mole area and the sea water... My mole came off! So over a month it was sore and scabbing until I was left with a scar and now over the following months, my mole is back. I have had an incident like this before with the same mole, but this time I am worried.. Because every now and then, I get a subtle pain in the muscle area around it.. But I'm not sure if it is just because I'm doing much more walking lately! If someone thinks I have anything or nothing to worry about, please let me know!

I'm 18 and I've lived in discoloured teeth for 5 years now. I have white rectangles on both my front incisor teeth. It's quite annoying, It really affects my confidence. I was bullied in school over it. I would've considered having whitening done to hide discoloured teeth but I costs so much.

I am also 15 with the exact problem. I find it so embarrasing and it's on my bikini line therefore wearing pants/swim wear is challenging to hide. I'm to embarrassed to go to the clinic, I want it moved desperately. If you or anyone know what to do please let me know! In great need. But it's nice to know Im not the only one.

I've noticed a small mole has appeared on my left cheek bone., I've others so I've not worried. But now I've noticed a ring around this mole! Is it something I should now be worrying about? It's a perfect circle with the mole in the centre. It's quite flat to the skin and more red in colour than brown I've a large raised mole on my right cheek that bleeds but I've had that checked out and its nothing apparently!

Hi. I have a mole under my belly button, it's about a centimeter wide, and raised half a centimeter. The mole itself is all the same colour, but underneath there is a ring of a different shade. Today when i put on my jeans i noticed a little bit of pain so i checked it and realized that there is a lump under the skin where my mole is. As I went to check if the lump moved under the skin, I squeezed it and puss started coming up through a crack in the mole. Is this normal, should I be concerned?
