Im 17 (coming up 18) and my breasts are at least 2 different cup sizes, with one of them "drooping slightly", this makes it difficult to find a bra that fits comfortably and it makes me incrediably self concious. I really want to have corrective surgery but i was wondering if this was available on the NHS or not? And if it is, how do I go about starting this procedure?

Hi Sarah, please do not worry!! I am 25 with one child and have almost the opposite problem. Before pregnancy I had very large breasts that grew to a 34H whilst pregnant. After i finished breastfeeding, they went down to a DD but have slowly gone back up to an F cup over 6 years. My problem is that when I remove my bra, they droop horrifically and virtually hit my belly button. On top, my nipples now no longer face forward but most defiantely point south :( I also suffer from depression and severe body issues don't really help...but I'm hoping that by telling you about myself, you realise that you are not alone!! And although there is no magic bust increasing pills, perhaps talking about your feelings with someone might help? Remember you have 2 beautiful children that you wouldn't change and although it doesn't always feel worth it lol, deep down we know it most definately was!! If you are really suffering, please discuss your options with your doctor as I know counselling is available on the NHS and also....boob jobs. I wish you all the best. Chin up xxx

Im a 56yr old woman but recently ive noticed that the left-hand side of my face keeps drooping and and looks odd to the right hand side of my face. I have been under stress lately so would that make a difference. I also seem to keep making a weird face unintentionally and my head keeps 'twitching'. Please help.

Hi Rihanna, Your boobs dont seem to much of a worry, if your breasts fit a 32b and one is really to big for that bra and the other is to small, that is when you need to be concerned. But from what i have read you dont seem to have much to worry about. Your bikini thing... dont worry about what people think! Everyone has there own problems. If its getting you down go to your GP trust me they are really helpful and explain you think you have Assymetic breasts. :) x

Hi i am 20 years old and have a mole by the side of my mouth. as i have got older it seems to have got bigger and more raised. I really would like to get it removed but unfortunately my GP informs i have got to go private to get it removed as of where it is. apparently there are too many nerves near the mouth area and i could be at risk of the side of my mouth drooping if i get it removed. I have looked into it and it is far to expensive for me to go private. Is there any other way i can get it removed? thanks

I am 13 and have size C breasts, I recently watched the program about breasts on embarrassing boddies and I am worried about the 'mouse tumor' or something like that, a lump in my breast that I can move around. I have it in both of my breasts and they have been there for as long as my breasts have so I have no idea if it is normal or not. I would also find it embarrassing talking to my mam and doctor about it so I don't know what to do!!!

Well I'm not sure about the sagging but the stretch marks are there because those parts of your body grew really quickly most probably during puberty or sudden weight gain. To get rid of them you could use special creams to get rid of them or just your normal everyday cocoa butter

Hi i am a thirteen year old girl and my breasts are....... I don't know, plain weird and not to mention small and on top of all EMBARRASSING!!!! It is pretty embarrassing since all of my friends can fit into a size 36D bras while i am just 34B. Almost everyone else in class has just about perfect breasts and during physical education class they are always flaunting it. I, on the other hand, always feel left out and like a weirdo. Also my breasts seem tubular and they have lumps. My mom noticed that they are not as round as normal breasts and she took me to see a doctor who said that's just hormones and i will grow out of it. That was a year ago. My breasts aren't really growing much and I am freaking out. I cannot wear all those clothes like girls with normal breasts. Every night i cry myself to sleep because of this. Im soo depressed. Can someone please help me? I am so desperate. Also if this is useful i started my periods 2 years ago. My breasts began growing two and a half years now. Help me PLEASE !!!!!!! :'(

First of all I want to say it's great you've talked to your Mom about it and your doctor. Finding another doctor who knows more about tubular breasts might help also? I've had the same condition since I was your age and I'm now 24. The best things I've found are maintaining a healthy weight and staying slim, taking vitamins and supplements, using good skin care on my breasts, (especially because mine have been COVERED in stretch marks since 13) wearing bras and bikinis with molded cups or push up bras to give my breasts good shape in clothes, keeping fit but making sure I wear a sports bra whenever I work out, getting enough sleep, taking care of myself and being healthy in general. There are lots of ways I've learned to cope and improve my body too. I'm still self conscious but it's never been a problem for getting or keeping a boyfriend - focus on other things like your personality, intelligence, etc. and remember the world doesn't end with your breasts! Focus on your good qualities physically too and play them up - your beautiful face, great legs, nice skin, whatever it is. Focus on your best features and don't compare yourself to your friends. Even if that means being a little more modest to avoid feeling uncomfortable. There's nothing worse than a nasty comment from an unhelpful friend! Just don't take it to heart because girls can be so stupid! Get changed in private if you need to instead of in a common changeroom or whatever. I don't know if you actually have tubular breasts or if you just have normal breasts but are feeling like you're different from everyone else. If want to get something changed about your breasts cosmetically later on in life, I really wouldn't recommend surgery is as this can leave you with lots of scars and loss of feeling to your breasts through nerve damage. Instead maybe your parents can consult Cindy Jackson, an expert on cosmetic makeovers: http://www.cindyjackson.com/consultations-vip/info_31.html for things that can be done when you're older to make you feel more comfortable in your skin. If you're ok with nudity there's a site showing what's normal in healthy breasts of different shapes and sizes, promoting a more realistic and holistic body image. It's http://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php (WARNING this site has photos of breasts so do not enter if that offends you!) I'm sure there will be lots of photos of women's breasts that are normal and healthy and just like yours, so don't feel weird or depressed. Even if you have tuberous breasts they may be less common, but are still part of normal body variation and lots of other people have the same. Women with tuberous breasts live happy normal lives, get married, have kids etc. It is NOT the end of the world. :) Please just learn to love yourself and take good care of yourself and trust that looking a certain way is not that important! Hope this helps! Much love and God bless.

Thank you so much for replying Bianca. You are a lifesaver. God bless You and keep on being AMAZING. Xoxo amber

Im 16 and I have rather large breasts for my height, I'm only 4ft 11 and have 34G breasts; however one of my breasts is three sizes bigger than the other and is really worrying, I want surgery to take them up to the right size but they won't allow it... Am I normal?:/ please help?

Hello everyone, i dont have symmastia, but my friend and roommate does-from puberty apparently and i still think it's one of the most beautiful breasts i ever saw. I think it's envy that makes people mock and taunt. She's quite proud of her breasts and flaunts them when she can. When other gals already have to worry about drooping breasts, my roomie's breasts seem to have a support of their own, and look like they will clearly defy gravity for years to come. So to all those who have these, be proud, ur breasts are one in a million.

I love the previous comment. I have congential symmastia, I'm 23 now but I posted on here about a year ago. I was obsessed about trying to fix them, I was so embarrassed that I didn't have a cleavage and that I couldn't wear balcony bras. Now I love my boobs. My friends envy how perky they are and I barely wear bras anymore. I find bronzers help create a cleavage and strengthening peck muscles keeps them perky. I don't think this a rare condition, I just don't think anyone talks about it. My boyfriend loves them, my friends love them, it was me that had the problem with them (which was stupid). I urge all girls in this position to give yourself a break, you didn't cause this it just happened to you but it's actually a perky blessing in disguise!

i m a unmaried girl of 31 yrs. my busts size is 38. i have developed drooping /sagging of my breasts. is there any way i can get them in shape. because of this i feel embarrased. please please help me. thanks a lot.please guide me on topics of Breasts and how to take care of them. also guide me in wearing the right type of bra.

If you live near London, Mr Matthew James is a good plastic surgeon who operates on breasts. I only realised after surgery that I had had tubular breasts since I was a teenager when I watched the Embarrassing Bodies prog. I had a consultation with Mr James (through a local private hospital - no referral from GP necessary) who did a breast uplift as he thought the drooping and difference in size were due to age (I was 47) and 2 pregnancies. The outcome is excellent - rounded uplifted breasts with normal size nipples. Procedure cost about £3700.

I have just turned 25 and have ALWAYS known that my breasts weren't normal. When all the girls at school were developing round curvacious breast, mine were drooping and lacking in fullness. They aren't massively different in size but are extremely droopy and my areola is very large. I spend most of my days comparing myself to other women and wishing that I could afford to do something about my problem. I never knew there was a name for the deformity of my breasts until I saw the show, just thought I was unfortunate. I am now going to speak to my doctor and see if I can get any help as my self esteem is extremely low as a result of this.

I have only had one lover which is my husband but since two years ago when he told me he was not in love with me any more my confidence is not great and I dread having sex with any other men. I have had three children but only breastfed my last. I do not know if they are any good for surgery as they are drooping now?

Hi! I'm 15 and I am noticing that my left breast is drooping a bit down and is 'triangle-shaped' while my other is rounder and growing forward. I am very worried about this situation as it does not look very good in a bikini or if I ever have sex (when i'm older) the boy might reject me... :(

I had the same problem. I never wore bikinis always a bra when I went swimming. But listen. Alot of Guys don't care some actually like it they get to choose what one they like at the time. I was 13 when I started developing and I'm am now 18 turning 19 my boobs are very uneven like my left is droopy and round and is a size C and my right is triangular and is a size A. Iv grown love/ hate them and alot of the time I'm the only one that notices how uneven they are. Don't let it get you down. It may get better or it may get worse. But seriously don't let it get you down c

How do you do this procedure ?? Please tell. Going on cruise in June and I was going to see dr about having them surgically removed. They run in the family. My pop had to have his removed. His top eyelids were drooping down and he was having a hard time seeing. Mine no joke came over night and it's been about 2-3 yrs now and they have grown. I'm so sick of them. Thanks

If any of yyou girls are feeling this way then just see your docter dont be embarrassed cause some times it might be to late!. And if you have nothing wrong and still stingg then your most likely not turned on enough. Try experimenting with your boyfriends romanticly so you can get naturally wet and horney. And coming from a guy we wont care for your inner lips drooping;)

Theres nothing wrong with small breast, I notice a lot of females feel they need large breast to be beautiful and thats not the case. Love what you have and keep in mind when the years pass and all your friends are drooping you wont be you'll still have beautiful breast

Being a girl i find the sweating problem is seen as discusting and i also have to wear either white or black tops all of the time. There is actully an operation in which they collapse your lung. With a possible result of a drooping face. NOT GOOD. Why should someone with this kind of problem have to go to such lengths to get rid of it. Driclor does NOT work and once you've had the botox done enough times it eventually becomes non effective:/ yer thats what I thought. The doctors need to clue up I think.

hey, i have recently watched your show with the lady on who had tubular breasts and was uncomfortable with the way that they were. i am 17 and have hated my breasts since they started developing. one is quite a lot bigger than the other, the areola of my breasts are large and a very pale colour, and due the the constant change in my weight i have stretch marks all over my breasts and excess skin on them too. they are quite obviously making me very unhappy and my current boyfriend of nearly three months has not seen my breasts and only one other partner has. my breasts are rather saggy for a 17 year old too and as you can imagine i was wondering if there is anything i can get to help without paying an extortionate amount.

Hi, Im 22 years old and have never liked my breasts! They are extremely saggy! I just wish I had the breasts every other 'normal' 22 year old starts out with. They are not particularly large but yet are very saggy, my nipples pointing downwards leaving my breasts looking more like thin flaps of skin and fat rather than actual breasts. Im not sure what is available via the nhs or cosmetic companies or what procedures would be used as I have read all breasts need individual consultations etc but need to do something ASAP I have really had enough! Thank you.

Hi, I'm a 14 year old virgin and my lips are about 1cm-1.5cm drooping and I'm self concious that they are quite big. I do sport and wear tight shorts and I'm scared incase people can see how big it is as you can kind of see its shape through my shorts. It's not as bad as picture 10, it kind of resembles picture 8 & 19, is this normal? Really self concious...

All the vulvas in this gallery are normal, and they're far from even describing the full range of what's out there! There is nothing wrong with the picture 10, which you say you "aren't as bad" as. 8 and 19 are a fairly common design, in fact you'll find it's actually kinda popular, there's a whole genre of porn out there devoted to fans of the "camel toe", i.e. big labia majora, like in 8 and 19. I'm not sure whether knowing that a lot of men actually LIKE that style of vulva will make you more, or less self-confident about it, but that's the way it is. As a young teenager it's normal to find this kind of stuff embarrassing, but you shouldn't be embarrassed by that.

you houldnt worry about your bits as they always say vaginas come in diffrent shapes and sizes just like the (penis but i am worrie about my pennis, and im 14). dont worry about what people think about your lips it doesnt matter what size they are as long as the arent deformed in any way youll be fine

Because breasts are the focus of so much attention, almost EVERYONE is self concious about theirs... Girls with larger breasts often want smaller breasts because large breasts are heavy, sag and jiggle a lot which makes it harder to run and things. Think about the GOOD things about having smaller breasts.. Yours will most likely continue to grow, and if you are worried that guys might not like them, guys like any breasts, and a lot even prefer a smaller chest. So learn to love your body, and there are always padded bras :)

No secret! Hey you are in a loving long term relationship. I'm now 50 and single. Will more surgery change your self image? Your husband will not love you more and I'm sure does not love you less with irregularity. You are unique and loved for that. I have more of an issue with the aging process and everything drooping.... but wear it all as a badge of my experience that comes with age. I am the most insecure and unconfident person I know but I have a great deal to be thankful for. Look for the positives and ask your friends about their hang ups. Be truthful and I think you'll find we all have our achiles heels!!!!

Ladies, please calm down about your boobs. You have allowed the media to control you and make you think that breasts are meant to look a certain way. Size, shape, nipple color, nipple size, its all in your heads! Even different sized breasts are normal. Most is set by heredity and there isnt anything realistic you can do about it! Your breasts are beautiful just as they are and if you think there is something wrong, see a doctor you are comfortable with. Most likely, its all in your head. If some one else dont like your breasts, well, "tough" its their hang up not yours! I am a male, I love breasts, I prefer smaller breasts over the larger ones, I always have but every pair of breasts are beautiful to me. I was the same about my body, maybe im average, maybe im smaller than others but it is what it is and Im happy with that.
