I have a strange blockage inside my vagina. It always just felt like a very, very sensitive and tender fleshy lump that hurt to touch. Today I tried touching it after orgasm and I could feel it a little easier. It was still very sensitive but I detected a tiny hole or dip in the middle. I thought it might by my hymen, but I rode horses for five years so I assume it would have broken. Does anyone know what this is or how to get rid of it? I can't insert tampons as it's far too painful and I can't get past the blockage. I'm terrified for my first time because of it!

I'm sorry I can't help you but I have to deal with this exact problem myself and I need answers too :(

When I was looking down below, I noticed, i don't just have my labia, and then a vaginal entrance. I have what looks like a large fleshy blockage. Tampons can fit, but it looks rather sinister to me. It also has four different holes surrounding it. Is it normal?

Mine is exactly the same, I don't know what it is though, it could be the hymen I guess.

its completely normal... again just something that some people have and others don't mines the same and I checked with a doc before, its got an actual name but I cant remember.... so no need to worry :)

Hello, I am 16 years old and have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for three years now. We go to school together so we get to see one another in school but he lives quite far away and his parents are quite strike so we don't get to see each other much out side school. We are both at a very sexual age but since we don't get to be physical together very often at all, masturbation is allowed. But masturbation doesn't really work for me because I have very large labia and a hooded citrus so being satisfied is difficult. I am also not sure of the difficult ways girls can masturbate. So I was wondering if you could add 'Masturbation Issues' to the list problems and give more information on it on the website. Also recently when masturbating I found a blockage type thing in my vagina, it was about 2-3 inches in and it felt circler and firm, I was very worried and unsure if it was abnormal or just my Hyman. So the questions I would love answered would be, What are the different ways girls can masturbate? Is it normal for girls to masturbate? How can I get rid of my large labia and hooded citrus to be sexually satisfied easier? And is this blockage normal?

I am a man I think the woman's anatomy is beautiful. I tend to gravitate to larger labia an find them very attractive so I think if a man loves his woman he also loves what he see, fee and SMELL! Better believe it.

The "blockage" you felt is most likely your cervix. Nothing to worry about.

I have a vaginal blockage in shape of a ball on the right vaginal wall. I have started noticing it now. I can touch it when I insert my finger fully and can go round it. Not sure how long it has been there and it seems harmless. I and my husband are trying to get pregnant. Will having this cyst affect our changes?

I'm 15. I am a virgin and have never performed any act of oral sex. Around the entrance to my vagina, I have noticed a white area, sort of like a blockage. It feels soft, it doesn't hurt and it never bleeds (apart from, obviously, my periods) I am really worried about this, but as I have never had sex, I don't know whether it is the so-called "cherry", which gets "popped" when losing the virginity. Is this something I should be more worried about?

I was 20 a week ago almost, and I've had the same size breasts since I was about 16, this really gets me down as my sister who is younger has bigger ones than me. I always try and look for something to see if they can be made bigger or if I am in actual fact normal. Someone told me I could have a blockage that affecting the growth of them. Could this be true? I don't really want to go to a doctor as I'm very embarrassed about the size. Can you suggest anything as to why they haven't grown in almost 4 years. Thanks from - embarrassed. Xxxx

I had my hysterectomy in 2000 after suffering endometriosis for a few years, but now I am experiencing kidney pain, bladder pain and general flank pain, I'm currently under a urologist who is at a loss after many scans as to what may be causing all of my pain, I had 3 stents fitted over the last 18mths due to what he said is a kidney blockage, I've also taken tibalone HRT 2.5mg since my hysterectomy, could this be endometriosis returning.

i had my third baby 8 months ago. since then my periods have been regular but lasted about a week. for about three days before my period is due, i have brown spotting. this month, 8 days before my period was due, the brown spotting started. on one particular day, i had spotting throughout the day and by night it had stopped. i had sex with my boyfriend and started bleeding. i thought that may have been my period, but after a few minutes it stopped. i've been to the doctors but they've not really said anything. i'm thinking maybe it's a blockage after having my baby, or maybe the spotting is just old blood and will stop when my body gets back to normal??

I have become worried about my stools. I usually go once per day in the morning but recently have also been going (albeit only small amount) in the afternoon too. Also I have been reading about the shape of stools and if they are not round this could mean a blockage in the colon. Some sites describe them as being pencil thin, but does this mean all around as mine appear slightly flat on one side. I have had diarrhea but only for 1 or 2 days maximum. I am just worried that I may have Bowel Cancer and I think the worry is making me more tense and probably causing more problems. I am only 35 and keep putting off booking a docs appointment. Other symptoms include flatulence, gurgling stomach and slight but very insignificant pain in the stomach. I have also suffered from Gastritis in the past.

It can take more than 3 colonic hydrotherapy treatments to resolve a long term problem. The Colonic will hydrate to get the compacted waste moving and improve tone the internal muscles that often get out of shape an ineffective when not going properly. It took 6 treatments over 3 months to help a client of mine to go everyday...after 15years of only going every 15 days. Aloe Vera, Flaxseeds, massaging your own tummy, Exercising, reducing stress, increasing water and fibre are just a few of the things for a holistic approach to improving your digestive health. Laxatives are not the answer and only make the colon lazy in long run.

Hi. I realized that I was tense and tight when my husband tried to penetrate me and he only got in like an inch and then it felt like there was a blockage. I literally thought that there was no way to enter me until I researched and learned about vaginismus. That blockage that you feel is really the vaginal muscles that are tight. Before I ordered the dilators I started with a very small, smooth hair pin because I was so nervous and I realized that there is in fact no blockage then I tried a plastic tampon applicator tube without the tampon inside a regular size and then the super size and it kept getting better. I then ordered the dilators and I thought there was no way I was going to keep progressing but I knew that I had to overcome sometime. Before I started to use the dilators I tried with my fingers for the first time so that I could get a feel for how it was on the inside and then worked my way up from the Number 0 dilator which is about the size of a tampon, then to #1 and eventually conquered that, then #2 and conquered that, and now I am on #3 and only this and # 4 to go. When I say conquered what I mean is that I can now do those with no discomfort but I did have to work on it and I still am with #3. I try to move up when I notice that there is no more discomfort when I press and twist against the walls. When I take time out to dilate I really focus on relaxing and try to keep calm and not tense up at all. Also, don't try to force anything that is painful just try to keep easing things along. I know that it can be discouraging at times but keep on pushing. There was a time where I didn't get any further than # 2 because it was painful for me again because I took a long break but when you keep working on it it is much easier. There also was time that I thought I would never reach # 3 at all and now I do with slight discomfort but it is already getting better than when I did it the first time. It is going on two full years since I first received the dilators and 4 years since I got married. I know if I can do it you can too. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. One day we all will overcome completely and be able to help others that may have trouble too. Be encouraged and God bless.

Hi, I'm 15 and I'm not sure if I have this or not. I have an almost fleshy blockage that I've only noticed recently after I came off of my period. It's really worrying me, and I'm not sure who I should go and see about it, my GP or a sexual health clinic?

Don't worry at all! You're not weird - in fact, you're one in a million (literally!!). Just go to your docs, explain that you feel you may have a septum and they will check it out for you. If confirmed, they will likely do hospital tests to check if the septum is limited to that area or if you also have two cervix and wombs. Doctors really have seen it all before - you don't need to worry about telling them anything.

What you are describing is fairly common for older guys, but I haven't heard of it in teenagers. For example, after having sex, many older guys have learned not to get dressed right away because that final "lump" will wind up in their pants.

My Dr has put me on Movicol for a week and has suggested that if nothing happens she will book me in for a scan to see if there is a blockage, 16 days is a long time not to go, they should make more of an effort to investigate why it's happening.

I am 55, had a colonoscope about five years ago. When I was having the test there was a blockage I was given more Drugs as I was fighting it in my sleep. Instead of awakening after fifteen mins. I slept for five hours. Ever since I have no control, going about six times a day,

I had endometriosis on my bladder which caused urinary problems like a pain to start peeing and difficulty peeing. As well as a pain internally that got worse when walking and caused me to pass puss and blood in my urine. I had a lot of it burnt out during my laparoscopy but they couldnt entirely remove it so I had 9 months of chemically induced menopause. All this before I turned 20!

I am a 22 year old male, i sometimes wake up and after i urinate it is cloudy with little chunks in and i get a feeling like their is a blockage in my penis and it still feels like i really need to urintate but nothing passes. It wil usually last all day and come back every few weeks. Any ideas whats wrong and how it can be prevented?

Yes. This has happened to me many times and once the blockage is gone you are good. I have almost an obsessive compulsion to itch my ears with q-tips and unfortunately I get blocked ears frequently. Only sometimes does it get so bad that I must go to the doctor. Hope this helps.

my eyes water when i use my phone, look at a tv screen, sneeze, go outside, or when im applying makeup. Ive just been in the bathroom and noticed i now have a puffy left eye, and with me keep wiping it, its starting to feel sore. Only been happening for about 4 years! So what do u think, blockage? Allergy? Or none of the above?

Seek a doctors advice first, before you started trying things.. I had mind checked went for about 10 years, could not put make up on lower eye lid.. It has stopped on its own now after all this time.. yes its annoying people think you are upset.. When I had it I found Systane eye drops one of the best ones that cleared it, never cured it but cleared it.. Hopefully yours will stop like mine did.. But get a doctor to check them first just incase something more sinster is going on..

Hi I've had this condition for years. I'm having MLD at bandaging at the moment which is helping. My lympho arm has become extra hairy. My lympho nurse says it could indicate a tiny blockage in the lymph modes under my arm. I'd suggest your mum gets her arm checked out by a dr.

i have been using my dialators for two years and have the same problem a the doctors keep telling me the nothing wrong also for abou the same amount of time my urine has been burning every time i go to the toilet is this the same for anybody else because the doctors cant seem to do anything?

Hi, I have the same problem and have been using the dilators and having psycho sexual therapy for a year now, when I started I couldnt even open the dilator packet, I am now up to size 3. The 'blockage' that you describe is the tight muscle that you need to learn to relax. My therapist first asked me to try and insert a finger before trying the dilators, this at first seemed like my worst nightmare but I eventually did it. By doing this you can feel what the muscle is and where it is and this might help with the dilator. My therapist has told me that only when I can insert a size and twist it round with no pain then I am ready for the next size up. It's slow going but it's getting there. I'm assuming you don't live in England because if you do then therapy is available for free on the NHS. I think that maybe even one session for you might be helpful to help you over the first hurdle, if you find the money for one. I find that having an empty house, unplugging the phone, turning off my mobile so there are no distractions and leaving at least an hour so you don't feel rushed, put on some relaxing music, and spend the first 10 mins just relaxing and slowing down your breathing. Then 5 minutes just touching yourself and getting to know the outside of yourself before attempting anything further. The first time it took me over an hour to just use my finger. There is no rush if you dont get this far don't worry, just spending the time relaxing will help you to learn to relax for next time. Hope this helps, good luck, you can do it!!!
