Conditions with symptom: 'excess foreskin'
I am a 14 year old boy. I have a 4•5 inch flaccid penis and a 7 inch erect. My penis has a large foreskin that covers the the top with a lot of excess. When I have an erection my foreskin just stays on the top of my penis and doesn't stay under my glans. It's not tight or enything actually quite loose but I am wondering is it normal to have a foreskin like this or should I be circumcised?
Yes, it is normal for some guys to have a lot of foreskin, exactly as you have described. Since it is quite loose and not causing you any problems, then there is no need to try and fix anything. When you eventually get around to having sex, you can experiment with retracting or not retracting prior to insertion and discover which way will work best for you.
hi im 23 and i have alot of excess foreskin which is about an extra 1 inch after the head. i dont have an confidence in getting my penis out in front of people and my girlfriend and she doesnt like the feel of it and it looks odd. i dont know anyone who has so much foreskin. is there treatment i can get to reduce it and if so where would i have to go and would it cost money to get the treatment? thanks
I believe you can reduce it with the circumcision, it is the most ordinary, most common procedure done to the penis, and is as simple as to just cut the foreskin away, when a child is young the parents can choose between doing it or let him grow and decide by himself, just pay your doctor a visit, it isn't expensive at all.
I have halved my size in the last year and a half. I now have excess skin at the top of my arms, legs, and stomach etc. Due to my weight loss, I now have excess skin , I now have folds in my skin, which is extremely sore and painful. Can I get any help with my excess skin? I'm in more pain now due to rashes and sores in my folds of skin that I was before I started loosing my excess weight. I have gone from wearing a ladies size 28, to wearing 18 -20 and still continue on the right road.
Hi there well done for your weight loss,i'm the same as you and have lost 11 stone in 8 months and now i'm in a size 16 to 18 close, which is good. I have applied through my Dr for help with getting the excess skin removed which is about 3 and a half stone. But sadly i have been turned down for NHS help due for there is no funding. I'm disabled and i have been told if i want it removed i will have to pay for it myself, sadly i don't have that kind of money. So sadly for me the excess skin has to stay. Good luck
Hi, I'm a 17 year old boy and when flaccid I can pull my forskin back quite a distance but not all the way, it seems like I've got excess foreskin and it's also very tight, when I am erect it is very hard to retract at all only revealing the tip of my glands, I really don't want to go down the circumsition route, but I have had to turn down sex twice now and I really don't know what to do. Please help me
Im not sure if I have been circumcised or not.... The end of my penis (the head part) never gets hidden by the foreskin, although there is excess skin there, I have heard that some people have loose foreskins and these don't cover the end, is this right or am I circumcised? Thanks
No, you're not circumcised! Many penis' and foreskins come in different sizes. If you've been circumsised, you have no foreskin.
I need more information to know however, you could be Partial circumcised. Partial circumcision is a common procedure that's favored by many men as a happy medium. The removal of just the contractile tip allows the foreskin to retract upon erection, but still retain its protective quality as a natural shield for the head of the flaccid penis. The risks you run in undergoing a partial circumcision are largely the same as those that accompany a full one: a minute to moderate amount of bleeding, infection of the circumcision site or an infection of the urethral opening. Another long-term difficulty could arise, however, if the partial circumcision proves to be an insufficient one, leaving a bit of foreskin that is a nuisance during intercourse. In the hands of a skilled surgeon, however, this outcome is a rare one.
I think I have foreskin problems it seems as If I don't have any foreskin at all but the top of my penis is messed up I have asked around and many people say I may have been born with no foreskin is this true? Any advise anyone on what's wrong with my foreskin?
you may have been born without foreskin, but unlickly. It can be a sexal problam. Only 1 in 20,000 are have this problam. Otherwise most lickley you had the forskin cut off when you were born. This is a poplar choise. it is called crimasine. basicly they numb the penis and burn it off. ask you'r perents. but if you think you have a sexal problam go to the drs/hospital when it is next open for tests.
Hi i'm 17 and a girl. I have a lot of excess hair on my tummy, back etc. I also get excess sweating and have small breasts. I'm wondering if this is an imbalance in hormones and if theres something I can take to even it out ? or if it's something else? please help as i'm so self conscious of it all the time :(
I am a 16 year old girl who has excess hair leading to my belly button, fortunately it is not as excessive as Anokhi's but it makes me feel extremely self conscious. I am on the contraceptive pill as I heard this can help with cases of excess hair. I was just wondering what pill Anokhi was on, if it was the same as mine and if mine would in fact help my excess hair problem. I am taking Ovranette. Thanks!
This is the exact same problem that I am suffering from. I am a 17 year old girl and I understand how self conscious you are! My excess hair runs in a straight line from the middle/bottom of my breasts down to my belly button. More hair runs to my pubic line but I have shaved from my belly button to that line. I also need help to get rid of this excess hair!! I think shaving will make it look worse. You are not alone!! Please help!
I used to have a tight foreskin and now it is still a bit tight but manegable, the foreskin kinda went inside out and i can't get it back to normal, when I pull it pack there is a large lump surronding the head that seems to be the inside out bit but i cannot see it due to it being behind the foreskin, but i can stretch my foreskin even further so i can see it. what i think is that the inside of my foreskin has come out a bit, i have no idea what to do, i can still masterbaite but it may be an issue in later life, please help!
i'm circumcised. but only half of my foreskin were removed specifically the lower part, the frenulum is restored. it's very embarrassing cause i still look like an uncircumcised guy because my foreskin is very long. even if i'm hard there still extra foreskin hanging.. am i having phimosis or an abnormal male anatomy because it seems like i'm the only guy who has a very long foreskin in the world that no one could relate to me? will i have another circumcision? or is it normal. would the girls despise me for having an extra foreskin? i really need an advice..
You really shouldn't worry so much about this. I am uncircumcised and my partners don't mind at all. It is normal for your foreskin to stay in place if it is long. And remember, there is nothing abnormal about having foreskin. I think it abnormal to be without. Be happy with what you have and with what you have left. Circumcision is the last thing anyone would want to do.
It does not matter what anyone else thinks and most of the opinion on the web is biased. Most of the time it is out of sight in your pants getting all sweaty and unhygenic. You have no choice but to live with it 24/7, so just decide what appearance or function that YOU want for your own self esteem and then go and get it.
