Whilst Keira Knightly manages to 'work it', a flat chest can understandably get some women down. Read more →

I'm 15 and I fear that I have a very flat chest for my age (30c) so flat that people laugh at me, I can see that physically I am smaller chested than most girls. I am quite slim and I know that thin girls dont have large chests, but is there anyway of increasing my chest size naturally?

C is not small! There are fake ways, best is padding but 30C is not small at all!

I'm 14 going on 15, i still haven't started my period and i haven't had any signs of starting which makes me worried plus i have a seriously flat chest i'm barely a 32AA but i still wear a bra because i feel left out because all my friends have developed, everyone else in my year have started their periods. I am quite fridgid around boys now because i don't feel as mature as the other girls even though i am probably the most sensible it is also because i have a flat chest, i am afraid they wil judge me because of that. Can anyone please help me???

It sounds to me that you haven't started puberty yet which is why you haven't developed and started your periods. For some reason girls always want to get their period but I'm telling you, once it comes you'll wish it hadn't! Enjoy the fact that you don't have to spend money on towells, can go swimming whenever you want and don't suffer from cramps or PMT! Your breasts will grow, so don't worry. I didn't develop until I was 15/16 and now I'm an E cup so I wouldn't worry about it. Just enjoy your youth!

II didnt start my peroid untill 2 weeks before i was 15 and all my friends had started but i was glad i started at a later age because you realise theres no point in fussing. Also my boobs are really small too but ive heard alot on here that eventually they will grow just give it some time :) with boys well pfft stuff them if they dont like you for who you are then their not worth it im quite fridgid infront of boys but dont let that get you down! (:

Hi, I'm in need of some advice, I'm 32 and I have 4 children. I've breastfed all four of my children, I fed my youngest son until he was almost 3yrs old. I stopped at the bigginning of 2011, since then my breasts have gone completely flat, which really upsets me as I feel my chest now looks like a teenage boys. I've been to see my doctor last year and all she said was I need some counselling because its all in my head??? This really upset me, my flat chest is really getting me down, it upsets me when I get dressed or have a shower. Is there anything I could do?? All I want is to feel like a women again?? I've even been for a free consultation at a cosmetic surgury clinic, but I haven't got almost 4 grand :( Many thanks,

At your age most people do have a flat chest. Ignore the bullies and one day they will start to develop. That is exactly what happened to me exept I didn't develop until I was 16.

I am 21 and have an A cup boob the little boobs I do have are really far apart from each other so I have no cleavage. Is there any way to make a flat chest grow

One mans meat is another man's poison. I love small breast with passion, be proud of what you have and flaunt it with pride. Gold can only be offered to those who know its value, the beauty of life I it's variety.

I'm nearly 20 years old and I am really flat chested. I'd fit into a 32aa which is really embarrassing as there aren't many places which sell bras this small. It really gets me down everyday as it's always on my mind. Everyone else I know and see has normal sized breasts and i'm completely flat. I can't wear tight or low cut tops, only baggy ones as i'm too flat and it really upsets and embarrasses me. Is anyone else like this and what can I do?!

Hi i was just reading your comment and i was the same i was 20 years old too and flat chested now im 25 and im a 32C but they arent round in fact there pointy still but i do have a cleavage if i was you i would just wait

I’m 17 and think I have this condition, I say ‘think’ because I am female and so my breasts seem to make it look less severe, though my bras never sits flat against my chest- there is always a gap. I don't notice the feeling of breathlessness or any such associated symptoms on a day to day basis, though I rarely engage in any major exercise. However, I get severely light headed and I think I have bad circulation in my feet (they become very cold and loose all their colour, though there is no numbness) and I don't know whether these are associated symptoms. In addition, I get severe pain in my shoulders resulting in bad posture as I simply find a position that causes the least pain. I do notice that when hunched over I often find it difficult to breathe and can feel my heart beat (it feels that though my entire chest begins to pulse). I am unsure whether this is due to bad posture or potentially my funnelled chest, can you help determine what symptoms are associated with what? Thanks.

Oh my goodness!!! I have exactly the same problems. Everything you said applies to me, only I play a lot of sport, and so I often have trouble breathing, and get dizzy. I have an extremely healthy diet and fitness, so I know it's not because I'm unfit. My only difference is that I'm 15 and have delayed puberty, so it is therefore more obvious to me! I have terrible posture, due to back problems I've been having. I know I have not really answered your question, but even the feet thing applies YO me!!

Is there anything you can do to enhance your breast size or breast development, such as medication or anything. Im 16 and have a very flat chest. Please help!!

Hey im 17 and have the same problem, dnt worry things will be ok, they turned out ok for me I have a boyfriend who loves me for who I am, and people who don't arent worth it

I am 36 with two kids, my breasts were barely A before nursing and now barely AA after nursing. I don't even have anything left in my breast, feels like the little breast tissue I had were sucked out with breastmilk too. Anyway, I am quite frustrated and discouraged with my absolutely flat chest. Even my husband has bigger chest than me (he is a skinny guy). I want to say I feel the pain of all those flat chest women out there and a bit relieved when I see the comments above, know that I am not the only one with flat chest. For normal days I wear padded bra, my biggest problem is wearing swimsuit. What can I do to make my chest look not so flat with swim suit?

I have had exactly the same problem! Last year, I found a Modbe brand tankini top that has a lightly padded cup & is rouched (vertically) across the bust. I love it! The best swimsuit I've found that makes me look like I have some sort of bust :). You could also check out Hapari swimsuits, I believe they have "pockets" that you can insert water-wearable pads to add some to your bust. Good luck!

find a guy who likes flat chests. if you have somebody appreciating your flat chest, it may help you a bit in terms of despair. although you still need to deal with the underlying body image issue, acceptin yourself as you are and understanding that you are desirable to someone might be a first step. I am an adult male, and my absolut favorite chest I have ever had the pleasure of seeing was a flat chest. Flat chests are just as sexy as bigger chests, it just depends who you ask.

I'm turning 20 on the 5th May! and I am dreading it! mainly because the older I'm getting the more I cannot cope with having a flat chest. I feel like a girl trapped inside a boys body. I struggle to fit into a A cup! I have been bullied, Depressed & suicidle all because of my flat chest. I'm embarrassed to have this body. And i'm sick of people saying "Oh just wear a padded bra" - for a start i can't fill any bra! and for 2! when I take it off my flat chest will still be there! I'm down every day! and i just dont no what to do anymore.. i really need some help!

Kayleigh - I hope you don't mind advice from a man, and I'm sure you will be bored of hearing this, but really, you are beautiful and your chest does not dictate your whole person. The most beautiful woman I know has an incredibly flat chest, but she has such an engaging personality, a lively intellect and a genuine likeability, that her chest is just not an issue. Please, do whatever you feel you need to improve how you look if you want to, but this issue is not worth taking your life over. Be yourself, be kind, be genuine, and make the best of what you've got. Your flat chest does not define you; YOU define you.

Flat chest, big chest, medium chest. All ment for the same thing. BREASTFEEDING! And if you go under the knife it means you destroy the only purpose your chest has.

All of my life I thought that I was the only one in the world who is flat chested. Until I read this forum. I am glad I wasn't the only one who is flat chested. I am 41 and a mother of two. When I was so young, I was so insecure about my flat chest that only nipples like dried raisins are protruding. It's disgusting to see it! But eventually, I managed to accept my imperfection. Instead, of focusing my flat chest and feeling insecure. I focused myself on the beautiful side of my body. Although I am unfortunate with my breast because it's literally flat, but God gave me a beautiful figure. I have small waist line and perfect legs. In other words, if I wear padded bra, I really look so sexy. I have had many suitors when I was young. But I was very selected of whom I am dating with. And when I was dating with my husband, I shared with him my insecurity about my flat chest. Yes, I told him that I have no breast. I thought he would be discouraged and would leave me for other women who are blessed with normal or big breasts. But I was wrong, my husband accepted my imperfection. Physical beauty is not as important as the inner beauty of a person. So my advice to all the girls/ladies who are flat chested like me. Just be yourself, learn to accept your imperfection and focus on what part of your body is you think your asset. If you have nice legs or beautiful figure, then flaunt it! Don't focus on your flat chest cause it will just ruin your self-esteem. And if you have a serious relationship with your bf, then let him know. That is the best way to test whether your bf loves you for what you are. Or just fooling you around. And remember, not all men likes big breast. For as long as you take good care of your man, and you look after yourself. Everything would be alright. To be honest, even if I am flat chested, but I am very attractive as compared to my friends who have normal breast or even large breast. Confidence can make you 3x sexier and prettier than the rest. So cheers ladies!

I'm 28... And totally flat. I have never found a guy actually attracted to my flat chest, but some that I guess it doesn't bother. I hate how I look. I don't feel confident, I don't look feminine, I'm like a 14 yo boy with a bit of a gut. Things are going well for me.

Hi Hannah, you have said everything I used to feel.I had boyfriends but nothing more than kissing each other because I was so embarrassed to show my body. That's why I was still a virgin when I married my now husband (it was a shock to him!).My chest measurement is no more than 34AA (even my waist is bigger than that!).But thanks to the padded bras, I do have a curve under clothes!!But I can never wear bikinis and low cut tops, otherwise I'll just look like having two shells in front of my chest!however, there are still a big choices of clothes on the street to fit me and make me feel/look good. And luckily, my flat chest didn't affect my ability to breastfeed my three children. And the good news is that my boobs went up to cup C during breastfeeding (although they are flat again now!).The worry I had if I went under the knife was that I'll loose the sensation on my nipples. This will ruin our sex life!!

I'm a 43 year old bloke who might have Poland syndrome. My right chest is not defined the same has my left chest, it just feels so flat every time I put on a t-shirt. Is there anything I can try without surgery. I have tried using weights, but it does not work. I might be doing the workout wrong If chest exercises don't work how much is the surgery. I'm unemployed.

I am 40 and flat chested, hardly fill up an A cup. I have however through the years, learnt to become and be confident of who I am, flat chested and all. I have never had any problems with dates and marriage proposals. You have to be confident of who you are. The guys who like you will never mind your chest size. Most of all, even before you think about the guys, go out have fun, start a facebook album or blog about flat chested beauties, and like yourself. The guys will come.

When I was 12 -14 years old I had an eating disorder, I only ate 600 calories a day MAX, healthy foods. Excercised 3 times a day for over an hour.. I felt the need to be skinny after one of my ex boyfriends brother constantly teased me about being chubby so i just up and started working out way way more than I should have been at that age, driving myself to what I thought I had to be at the time.. still to this day I have issues with my body and anorexia may have caused my flat chest.. every women on my mothers side and fathers are no smaller than a C cup. I get so depressed thinking that I may have been the reason for my completely flat chest. Now here I am at 21 wishing I could go back and change it all, I now have a 15 month old son and my chest just has no volume. i have been severely depressed with this issue for way too long. I would love to get breast implants but I don't have the money for it. My chest doesn't even fill an a cup, if only I could get breast implants i'd be such a happy girl, this is the only thing stopping me from being happy. i'm so sick in tired of this being on my mind, my confidence is so low because of it. I wish breast implants werent so pricy! no one can just afford this. :(
