Hi my daughter has similar discomfort around her period. She has discovered it is something used in towels and tampons, she has to use special ones from the internet. Hope this helps.
i have found that near the flaps of my vagina it is very red and looks inflamed, its not painful or itchy so i am confused as to what it is?
Inflammation doesnt always come with pain or itchiness. if this is not normal for you then please go see your GP.
I am 14 and I have suffered from red inflamed spots on my forehead for about 8 - 10 months and they itch and when I put spot cream from my GP on the inflamed area the spots bulge and get reeder. How can I get rid of the acne?
If you have long hair, keep it off your forehead as much as possible AND DO NOT POP THEM! Wash your face twice daily, cut out all junk food and sugary drinks and drink plenty of water. Don't get stressed :) I used to have loads of spots on my face and body but, after a few months of switching up my diet and routine, I only have a few small bacne scars.
