It may be exma (sorry about spelling) but if you havent already go to your GP to get it checked out.

I seem to get a rash on my face towards the end of most weeks (or weekend) Not sure if it affects it, but I work in an air conditioned office all week. It's itchy and unsightly. Once the rash is out, if I moisturize, it stings and seems to make it worse. The rash will probably last for a day and then the skin in the affected areas seems to go peely for a day. I tried nappy rash cream on it on Saturday (left over form when I had a tattoo) and it seemed to dry out the skin and cure the symptoms. I haven't got a clue what it is. I have no other skin complaints

I have this as well but every day, the doctors told me to use a 1% steroid cream for eczema. It burned, and now I'm back to the same circle of itching redness, peeling then red again! If you found out what it was please let me know. I'm on my way to the doctors again as It really hurts. If they say anything worth while ill post it on here.

Hi, I'm 15 and a week ago I began to develop a small pink, blotchy rash on both of my hips (at first it seemed to be dry skin). over the week the redness calmed down but the rash continued to develop. A couple of days ago I notice the rash was going red again and was itchy whenever I got warm e.g. In the shower, it is still itchy now and is still developing over my hips and up my sides. I haven't eaten different foods, used different wash products or used different washing detergents. I have also tried a cream called epaderm which is for eczema and dry skin but I haven't noticed any difference. Any advice??

I have a really sore rash under both my boobs, can anyone advise me, if there is a name for it, or has anyone else got/had this. The rash itself is, very red and angry looking, the skin under my breast sort of peels, it can get very itchy, l keep putting Sudocrem on the rash, which seems to cool it, but does not take it away. I wear a sports bra most of the time apart from bedtime. I am a 38b and like a lot of ladies, my boobies have decided to go south. Can anyone give me any advice on this horrible rash? Thank you in anticipation.

Sounds like a fungus such as those that cause athletes foot or jock itch. They like warms places where moisture is present such as underneath your breasts where sweat can accumulate. Check with your doctor to be sure, but an antifungal cream may work.

Go to ur gp and ask for betnavate cream

I have recently come up in a redish rash on my arms and thighs it is really itchy and and im worried what it is. I have booked a doctors appointment, however I don't want to over react because it seems a bit like a heat rash but there is so much of the rash if that makes sense. I hope it is nothing.

Localised on the tops of my feet near the toes, a rash has appeared. It developed in about 4 hours and for about 2 days has now been very itchy. They are red, slightly raised above normal skin, and seem to be madly itchy for an hour, then die down for another, and then repeat. There are about 40 to 50 of these on my feet. I have had this only once before about seven months ago, but this time being worse I thought I don't want this to happen again, and so find out what is causing these little itchy red spots. Lastly, only where the rash is, the skin feels extremely warm, and is very strange indeed. Please help!

I have a reoccurring red bumpy rash that appears under my breasts, it is not a heat rash as it happens in all weathers. It is not at all itchy but it is painful and sore. Since this has been occurring I also seem to have little skin coloured spots/pimples that started under my breasts and seem to be slowly spreading to my tummy and neck, these do not disappear like the rash does.

i get that sometimes - its caused by heat and sweat, its not heat rash as such but more that the environment is causing the skin to rub together. try something like sudocreme until the actual sore bits have healed and then use talc under your breasts to keep the area dry (dont use deodorant. i've tried it and it creates a rash all of its own since its too harsh for that area) the little skin coloured spots *do* sound like a rash of some description, especially if they're spreading - go along to your doctor and ask them to check it out.

Thanks Eleni, i will go to my gp the next time i have a falere up so he can see the full problem.

I have had a rash for 3 months and the GP does not know what it is. He has referred me to a dermatologist but my appointment is not until 25th July. The rash started on my arm as a red , round patch which developed tiny blisters after a few days. The patch then became scaley.Since then the rash covers my trunk and tops of my legs and is spreading to my other arm and back.It is slightly itchy but is tender to touch. The rash is not symmetrical but clumps together to form larger patches. Do you have any idea what it is please or if it could be contagious ? I take 150mcg thyroxine every . Thankyou. Christine

For the last 2 ears every time I return from a summer holiday I get a rash on my stomach. The rash spreads all over my stomach and chest and includes what looks like bites and is really itchy! It seems to be at its worse when I get out the shower and spreads. It usually lasts about 2 weeks but im concerned as it always happens. The doctor put it down to delayed reaction from bites abroad but I don't think that's the case. Man im itchy!

hi hayley, i went to a specialist who suggest taking a shower every day or every two days and using e45 or any cream that says it helps with seriously dry skin. this show help with your skin drying out and the inching. the problem is with the E45 you should use it everyday and well as moisturising shower gels and when it comes to waxing or shaving your legs make sure you are using the ones that say for sensitive skin as the normal skin wax strips and shaving gel with irritate or even dry your skin out a bit more.

Hi, i'm 27 and for the past five years i have had a reoccuring rash over my chest and underneath and around my arm pits, its extremly itchy! The doctors advise steriod creams but this works only for a short period and leaves my skin dry and red. The rash becomes more severe when i go abroad, i can only use certain deodrants and the rash also appears if i sray perfume onto my skin...how do i get rid of this for good?? any feedback welcome!

I'm a 29 y.o female and I have a similar condition on my abdomen, underarms and neck. My doctor tells me it is eczma and like you I have been prescribed a steroid cream (betnovate). This does the trick, although it does come back if I don't use it for a week or two. I can't tell you how to get rid of it for good, but my doctor did also prescribe me an intense body moistureiser called doublebase which keeps it at bay and also seems to negate the drying effects of the steroid cream.

ive recently (about 6 days ago) come out in a rash, its like tiny white bumps all over my face everywhere. it feels terrible to touch and I don't know what could have casued it. ive looked at allergic reaction images, but non compare to my rash as the rash is so small but spreading all over my face. it has now reached my arm in the crease where I bend it. and is all over my face & neck. its very itchy. I was wondering if you could please help me

I have recently got a rash down below inbetween my vagina and anus. It started when I was on a family holiday in america, at first I thought it could have been heat rash as I gained a couple of pimple-like bumps on my inner thighs. But it's been two weeks now and it's still very uncomfortable and itchy. I thought it maybe thrush but I am really unsure, I have been using a itchy relief cream for down below which keep it calm for an hour or so but it's quite uncomfortable and I feel as though some of the pimples are cut as my underwear rubs on them. Please help!

It could be chronic candidiasis where there is an overgrowth of yeast in the intestine. I recommend seeing a nutritionist who should be able to put you on a special diet to starve the yeast, I have this myself.

I have discovered a rash on the side of my leg that is raised and very red (can be itchy). I have had the rash a while now and I have tried creams from my doctor to try and get rid of it. I have tried Canesten and another type of fungal cream but it doesn't seem to work. Is there anything you can recommend me to use or some one who I can see?

It's a fungal rash, try using natural yoghurt. Soak some natural yoghurt in cotton wool, place the cotton wool on the area, leave overnight. I find this best as you don't move really at night, so with your best fitting underwear the cotton wool stays in place. One treatment is enough if caught early, otherwise two to three will definately work. To keep at bay limit the amount of yeast and other fungi in the diet. Other remedy is black walnut tincture, make into a cream using a base like silcocks base, apply whenever you feel you may need it.
