Book yourself a holiday away in the sun and give yourself a decent amount time to achieve a sufficient weight loss. Having a holiday makes you want to lose weight so you can fit into a pair of shorts without feeling uncomfortable. it worked for me. Goodluck.

Hi Rihanna, Your boobs dont seem to much of a worry, if your breasts fit a 32b and one is really to big for that bra and the other is to small, that is when you need to be concerned. But from what i have read you dont seem to have much to worry about. Your bikini thing... dont worry about what people think! Everyone has there own problems. If its getting you down go to your GP trust me they are really helpful and explain you think you have Assymetic breasts. :) x

I am 13 and have size C breasts, I recently watched the program about breasts on embarrassing boddies and I am worried about the 'mouse tumor' or something like that, a lump in my breast that I can move around. I have it in both of my breasts and they have been there for as long as my breasts have so I have no idea if it is normal or not. I would also find it embarrassing talking to my mam and doctor about it so I don't know what to do!!!

You could email your Doctor privately or phone your local hospital to have a check up? sorry if not any help :)

Hi I have had this rather weird lump on my left testicle, its about the same size as the testicle but is joined to it, it doesn't hurt and has been there for about 4/5months, I'm 17 and was wondering if there is anything serious wrong, any comments would be great, thanks.

Eithan, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Stay calm, because this could be something simple (like an infection or cyst). But anyone with a lump attached to their testicle should see a doctor as soon as possible to make sure it's not something more important, like a testicle cancer. Go and see a doctor. Don't put it off for a week or so- do it as soon as your GP is next open. That goes for anyone else reading this too if you've got a lump attached to your testicle.

Sounds like you may just be feeling the epididymis which is a natural part of the testical but to make sure and to quell any worried, it's always best to check it out, I did hence my answer, don't sweat it!

Im 31 & I hate my large 32 gg breasts so much i rarely go outdoors as i cant get clothes to fit me because of them. Well I'm not sure about the sagging but the stretch marks are there because those parts of your body grew really quickly most probably during puberty or sudden weight gain. To get rid of them you could use special creams to get rid of them or just your normal everyday cocoa butter

Hi i am a thirteen year old girl and my breasts are....... I don't know, plain weird and not to mention small and on top of all EMBARRASSING!!!! It is pretty embarrassing since all of my friends can fit into a size 36D bras while i am just 34B. Almost everyone else in class has just about perfect breasts and during physical education class they are always flaunting it. I, on the other hand, always feel left out and like a weirdo. Also my breasts seem tubular and they have lumps. My mom noticed that they are not as round as normal breasts and she took me to see a doctor who said that's just hormones and i will grow out of it. That was a year ago. My breasts aren't really growing much and I am freaking out. I cannot wear all those clothes like girls with normal breasts. Every night i cry myself to sleep because of this. Im soo depressed. Can someone please help me? I am so desperate. Also if this is useful i started my periods 2 years ago. My breasts began growing two and a half years now. Help me PLEASE !!!!!!! :'(

First of all I want to say it's great you've talked to your Mom about it and your doctor. Finding another doctor who knows more about tubular breasts might help also? I've had the same condition since I was your age and I'm now 24. The best things I've found are maintaining a healthy weight and staying slim, taking vitamins and supplements, using good skin care on my breasts, (especially because mine have been COVERED in stretch marks since 13) wearing bras and bikinis with molded cups or push up bras to give my breasts good shape in clothes, keeping fit but making sure I wear a sports bra whenever I work out, getting enough sleep, taking care of myself and being healthy in general. There are lots of ways I've learned to cope and improve my body too. I'm still self conscious but it's never been a problem for getting or keeping a boyfriend - focus on other things like your personality, intelligence, etc. and remember the world doesn't end with your breasts! Focus on your good qualities physically too and play them up - your beautiful face, great legs, nice skin, whatever it is. Focus on your best features and don't compare yourself to your friends. Even if that means being a little more modest to avoid feeling uncomfortable. There's nothing worse than a nasty comment from an unhelpful friend! Just don't take it to heart because girls can be so stupid! Get changed in private if you need to instead of in a common changeroom or whatever. I don't know if you actually have tubular breasts or if you just have normal breasts but are feeling like you're different from everyone else. If want to get something changed about your breasts cosmetically later on in life, I really wouldn't recommend surgery is as this can leave you with lots of scars and loss of feeling to your breasts through nerve damage. Instead maybe your parents can consult Cindy Jackson, an expert on cosmetic makeovers: http://www.cindyjackson.com/consultations-vip/info_31.html for things that can be done when you're older to make you feel more comfortable in your skin. If you're ok with nudity there's a site showing what's normal in healthy breasts of different shapes and sizes, promoting a more realistic and holistic body image. It's http://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php (WARNING this site has photos of breasts so do not enter if that offends you!) I'm sure there will be lots of photos of women's breasts that are normal and healthy and just like yours, so don't feel weird or depressed. Even if you have tuberous breasts they may be less common, but are still part of normal body variation and lots of other people have the same. Women with tuberous breasts live happy normal lives, get married, have kids etc. It is NOT the end of the world. :) Please just learn to love yourself and take good care of yourself and trust that looking a certain way is not that important! Hope this helps! Much love and God bless.

Thank you so much for replying Bianca. You are a lifesaver. God bless You and keep on being AMAZING. Xoxo amber

Im 16 and I have rather large breasts for my height, I'm only 4ft 11 and have 34G breasts; however one of my breasts is three sizes bigger than the other and is really worrying, I want surgery to take them up to the right size but they won't allow it... Am I normal?:/ please help?

I'm only 16 going to 17 in another month and I'm not certain if i have tubular breasts. They are the same size (16D) but are fairly far apart, the areolas are huge, and the nipples are deformed, slightly elongated, and on each breast they seem to be split (like there is two joined together). I feel really self conscious of my breasts and even though they are a fairly normal size i just can't bring myself to wear a bikini or low necked tops in front of other people without another top on in the fear of them seeing my overly large areolas or stretch marks that cover around 75-80% of the rest of my breasts. Am i just worrying over nothing? should i see a GP? and will it effect breast feeding later on in life?

Hi I am 39 years old and my left nipple has just started to go inverted its not inverted all the time it seems to be doing it intermittantly, I have joined a slimming group at the beginning of the year and have lost 3 stone, joined a gym and been keeping myself really fit do you think this could be caused by the hormonal changes to my body or could it be something much more serious I am really worried and I am waiting to see my female doctor next week.

I have a virginal prolapse, I have just seen a consultant at the hospital who said, to my horror, that I needed a virginal hysterectomy, & my bladder putting back in place. After looking at your video, the consultants verdict seems very drastic to me. I had already come to the conclusion that there was no way I was going through with it & that I would sooner put up with the way things are. I do not have anything else wrong with me except for this prolapse. I am 56yrs old & have had 4 children. The thing that has made it worse lately is the exercise class I have joined, before I joined this class sex would put it back to a degree, but now that doesn't work. I would appreciate any advise you could give me. Thank you. Dawn

I'm 17 and my breasts are a size 38 KK. I joined WeightWatchers in February in hopes of losing some extra weight to see a decrease in the size of my bust but they have only been getting bigger. At the beginning of the year I was a 38 HH. I've recently started Zumba and Aerobics and cannot complete a full session due to the amount of strain on my back and neck. It's so painful. I also have Panic/Anxiety disorder and have recently recovered from Manic Depression. I feel that the size of my breasts is causing me to relapse into my depression. I cannot cope. I'm in so much pain. I haven't told my psychiatrist, but it's making me suicidal. I can't see a way out of it you know? I've tried looking for a sports bra, but they don't do any in my size. I can no longer wear a under-wire bra because it's too painful. I'm at my wits end. I feel trapped. Can somebody please, please help me? or does anyone have any advise? It would be much much appreciated. Thank you

I have just had a golf ball size sore in my armpit, and the pain went from armpit downto elbow and back up and across breasts, It burst on its own and has now been weeping for 3 days. This is normal for me, either there or groin.and fed up of GP only giving more anti biotics. Does anybody else feel generally unwell with it. I often feel really low and feeling rough. I hadnt really joined the 2 until sister pointed out that it could be with all that pus inside the body. I have read lots of advice on here and am pleased that i am not the only sufferer, which I mean in the nicest way x x

Ive had this condition since I was 17 and was told it would burn itself out in 15 years by my GP, I am now 37 and still have it. Its a horrid, painful, embarrasing and annoying disease and something needs to be done in the form of research to help sufferers. Ive had 6 operations and the lumps always come back I suffer in my groin, peri anal area, stomach, armpits, hair line neck, under my breasts and on my bottom. No treatment seems to work though changes in diet can help. Ive Joined HS-uk website which has been a life line to me and so many others like me, id recommend all sufferers to join.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're saying your foreskin won't retract because it's joined to the glans by some thread like skin? If so, you may have a skin bridge. It would be a good idea to see a doctor about that.

hey, i have recently watched your show with the lady on who had tubular breasts and was uncomfortable with the way that they were. i am 17 and have hated my breasts since they started developing. one is quite a lot bigger than the other, the areola of my breasts are large and a very pale colour, and due the the constant change in my weight i have stretch marks all over my breasts and excess skin on them too. they are quite obviously making me very unhappy and my current boyfriend of nearly three months has not seen my breasts and only one other partner has. my breasts are rather saggy for a 17 year old too and as you can imagine i was wondering if there is anything i can get to help without paying an extortionate amount.

Hi, Im 22 years old and have never liked my breasts! They are extremely saggy! I just wish I had the breasts every other 'normal' 22 year old starts out with. They are not particularly large but yet are very saggy, my nipples pointing downwards leaving my breasts looking more like thin flaps of skin and fat rather than actual breasts. Im not sure what is available via the nhs or cosmetic companies or what procedures would be used as I have read all breasts need individual consultations etc but need to do something ASAP I have really had enough! Thank you.

Hello everyone, i dont have symmastia, but my friend and roommate does-from puberty apparently and i still think it's one of the most beautiful breasts i ever saw. I think it's envy that makes people mock and taunt. She's quite proud of her breasts and flaunts them when she can. When other gals already have to worry about drooping breasts, my roomie's breasts seem to have a support of their own, and look like they will clearly defy gravity for years to come. So to all those who have these, be proud, ur breasts are one in a million.

I love the previous comment. I have congential symmastia, I'm 23 now but I posted on here about a year ago. I was obsessed about trying to fix them, I was so embarrassed that I didn't have a cleavage and that I couldn't wear balcony bras. Now I love my boobs. My friends envy how perky they are and I barely wear bras anymore. I find bronzers help create a cleavage and strengthening peck muscles keeps them perky. I don't think this a rare condition, I just don't think anyone talks about it. My boyfriend loves them, my friends love them, it was me that had the problem with them (which was stupid). I urge all girls in this position to give yourself a break, you didn't cause this it just happened to you but it's actually a perky blessing in disguise!

Because breasts are the focus of so much attention, almost EVERYONE is self concious about theirs... Girls with larger breasts often want smaller breasts because large breasts are heavy, sag and jiggle a lot which makes it harder to run and things. Think about the GOOD things about having smaller breasts.. Yours will most likely continue to grow, and if you are worried that guys might not like them, guys like any breasts, and a lot even prefer a smaller chest. So learn to love your body, and there are always padded bras :)
