At the risk of sounding like a pervert you shouldn't worry about smaller breasts. I personally prefer them to larger ones. Besides the right person will love you for who you are, not how big your boobs are!

Are you happy with them or do others make you feel like they are too small? My wife was very self-conscious because her father told her 32A was too small to attract men. After she realized l love and her breasts just the way they are, she has slowly developed a healthier self-image. She still wants to look larger at times for various outfits and Victoria Secrets is the place to go. She looks larger and fuller with their specialty bras and keeps me happy by keeping them real....

How do i know if I have ADD/ADHD? I dont know if i have it or is just me being pure lazy, i kick my self up the backside because i can't complete things. went to 6form droppedo out because i was always late and never in, Went to college dropped out and always late but i enojoyed the course but stil.... Is it because i lack willpower? Ive made a appointment with a doctor soon but i can't help feeling its just me lack of will power

I am 18 and was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 8. It sounds like a posibility and I can relate to it because I was expelled from school in year 10 (age 15) and since then have had to sort myself out pretty much. I've been on loads of different dosages and medications and have got the right one for me now. Everyones different with it as I have a friend who's also 18 who has had ADHD diagnosed since he was about 14 and he takes no medication as he learnt to control it better. See someone, take advice and see how you feel

I can relate to you on this one. Im a 25 year old female and has recently just be diagnoised with Adult ADHD. Reading your comment I noticed you saying you droped out of education few times, A few years back i was the same, Just about managed to get through college, however I had two atempts of going to University and only lasted two months. I always felt different like there was a blanklet covering me. I battled with depression for few years and that was when I did my own research. ( what the internet is good at) I researched ADHD and i was surprised that all the symtoms of it i have and have had all my life! I managed to get my doctor to refer me and now my life is on track with the help of different kinds of therpy and medication. hope this is some help.

i am 30 yrs old and have a total lack of libido i have been to my doctor and she sent me to a sex therapist who i seen for 3mts and after we finished our meetings she sent me back to my doctor who then told me that there was nothing else she can do for me i have been with my partner for 8yrs and this is getting really affected by my lack of libido and i dont know where else to turn for help

i'm 15 and im a 32aa and i started my period when i was 12, my boobs were growing fine until then, after that i haven't seen any growth since and they don't seem the right shape, sort of like they're in the middle of a stage of growth but havent changed, especially after looking at the photos on this gallery i dont think its normal. i heard that your boobs will only grow 4 years after your period so i'm starting to worry if they will ever grow anymore. is there anything that i can do to increase the growth as i don't think they're normal? also i became a vegetarian when i was 11, could this of effected it from a lack of protein, even though i eat plenty of protien substitutes? i hate them, and nobody has ever seen them, i dont feel like i ever could unless they grow and it makes me feel unfeminine. i just want them to grow but i feel like i'm running out of time for any change to happen.

You're not running out of time at all. You're only 15, which is still very young and you're nowhere near finished growing. That said, even if they don't grow you should be proud of your body. I have 32AA breasts and I'm 23 and I love them. It's silly that small breasted girls want bigger boobs, and large breasted girls want smaller boobs! You should be happy with what you have, show it off! Small boobs are beautiful and we can wear tons of great clothes without worrying about bras or having our boobs hang out!

Don't worry, your only 15 plenty of time to grow, and that's a load of rubbish that your boobs only grow 4 years after your periods. On this website it says your boobs can still be growing in your 20's. Your not unfeminine plennty of adults have small boobs, you've got to love what you've got and who you are! And trust me you'll have a growth spurt, and your boobs will start growing but probably not quickly but it might be noticable if they are sore when you wake up. There are loads of people in the similar situation as you. But when you are on your periods, try drinking alot of milk because i found this helped my boobs grow quicker. But really just doon't worry about it. But when you get older and you've finished growing and your boobs havent grown much, then maybe a boob job would be in place. But i dont think that's a good idea Because you should just love the way you are. Unless your really really unhappy then yeah maybe surgary, but i cant stress enough LOVE YOURSELF! I really hope this helps,, don't worry hun you'll be fine x

My boobs are small, but people think they're big,and my boobs are like different, one boob bigger than the other and its very noticable. My nipples like take up most of my boobs and look really horrible. I want bigger boobs as my body shape doesn't look right with no boobs. I'm too scared to talk to anyone. Is there something wrong with me?

I am 15, nearly 16, and one of my boobs is ALOT larger than the other. I wear a 30F bra. One of my boobs is an F and the other is a D. Is this normal?? All of my friends have pretty much even boobs? I am quite confused because the odd boobs doesn't fun in my family, neither do big boobs, most of my family are a C or less! Does anyone know of what I can do?? I am 5"6 and a size 12

look when i was 15 i had size d cup and there not all what there cracked up to be and yeh they usually go tender when there growing and dont listen to them girls they will get the wrong sort of attention it dos'nt matter of the size honestly there are modles and celeb with small boobs and they're all ok x

I thought I'd let you know, at your age I had very small boobs too, and I have a HUGE bum! I was always self concious in school, I had the smallest boobs of all my friends. But you'd be surprised how much it doesn't matter as you get older! I'm 21 now, and I've been with my boyfriend since I was 16. He always tells me he thinks my body is perfect & always boast to his friends about how much he loves my bum, when they're all busy talking about boobs! He just doesn't care! We always joke that he's not a 'boob-boy' and that he's a 'bum-boy' haha! Don't let silly people get you down, so what if you have aa boobs, be proud of them, and show off your best asset, your bum! You'd be surprised how many people will respect you so much more for not having enormous boobs out for all to see and attracting the wrong attention... But nobody will say anything to you for wearing a nice pair of jeans to show off your bum, they'll just look and think 'Wow!' Trust Me! Be proud of yourself, your boobs will grow in time, mine are still growing a bit at a time now, but my boyfriend hasn't even noticed, he's too busy starting at my big bum!! Hope this helps :) xx

Heya, im 13 years of age and i am a size 32f boobs. What im writing on here isnt realy a question but a statment. Everyone has differnt boobs sizes, expecially at the teen-age where were going through puberty. While im an F cup, i have friends who are an AAA cup, AA cup, A cup, B cup, C cup, D cup, DD cup, you name a size and im sure i can relate to someone with it, all in the same year as me. I even know girls in my year who dont haven't developed enough to fit in a bra yet, but that is totaly nomal for our age and there is nothing wrong with it. I love my big boobs, i love small boobs, i love medium boobs, i love round boobs and i love saggy boobs. I belive that no matter how annoyed we can get over our body parts, our breasts are not one. There is always an option for anything, but i have never even thought of getting rid of my boobs as i love them to bits, even if they cost a fortune to go bra shopping. I hope this helped guys and remeber were all beautiful in our own way :) xxx

Oh darling, nothing can help boobs develop except time. I used to have tiny boobs when I was 15 and was about your weight. You have a lot of growing to do yet, so try not to worry. Bodies change shape at diffent rates so in a few years you may end up being the most top heavy of them all ;) but the most important thing to remember is beauty is not linked to the size of your boobs. My sister is one of the most glamorous women you will ever meet and she barely has a hint of boob, being a 30A, tiny til 19 and not getting her period til 16. If your boyfriend truly likes you he will not mind what your boobs look like, you shouldn't feel 'expected' to be or have anything, you are yourself. If you are worried, tell your boyfriend of yours worries, he will be feeling similar worries over his assets even if he doesn't tell you. Being able to talk honestly and openly makes a strong relationship and will mean it lasts longer. If he does not accept what you think and feel then the relationship will never move forward. Be strong, my love, it's tough being a teenager but believe in yourself. The more you develop confidence in yourself and your friendships/relationships with other people, the less you will worry about aesthetic things like boobs, and maybe one day grow to love them. I definitely love my body now (I'm 22), it's far from perfect but it's mine and I respect it now. Good luck, don't feel pressured by others and stand up for yourself. This is your life, no one else's.

I can relate to this because I hated my boobs and their size. I'm a 32A, I am 17. I also used to think that my small breasts would be an issue for my boyfriend but they aren't because he loves my body. And i'm pretty sure that your boyfriend may ogle at big breasts but that does not mean that he wont like yours. You'll learn that your'e still developing and your breasts may still get bigger, however, even if they don't they are perfect for your body shape because they are the right proportions. Bigger isn't always better. I have friends with larger fuller breasts and I was always jealous of them but I learned to appreciate my body the way that it is, so I stopped being depressed during conversations about breasts. Lol, for a while I was willing to try my cultural methods of growing boobs but I think its safe to say that brushing your chest with a broom or a young males underwear is senseless and so are the rest of the other methods. Last words: learn to love yourself and your body, trust in the connection between you and your boyfriend. I hope I've been helpful. I wish someone said this to me a few years ago, it would have saved me some stress.

I've just turned 15 and my boobs haven't really grown since I had started my period which was when I was 11. I'm a 32A and I'm starting to feel more self conscious as I'm getting older and I have a boyfriend who is 16. I get other people making fun of me for having small boobs at this age while most of my friends have size B-D boobs. Will my boobs grow soon? Or will they stay this size forever?

I lack in conference in myself because of this and it's horrible seeing everyone else having developed boobs. Mine haven't even grown. I don't feel normal, help please? :(

Iv had to learn to live with my boobs...its been tough..the horrible comments, the leering men, people trying to grope me on public transport, the jeering and unsuitable comments customers have given me at work, the lack of nice clothing and bras to fit my huge bust, not being able to wear nice bikinis and little tops and generally the extream lack of confidence it has brung me but iv managed to cope until now. Now my bust has suddenly sagged dramatically over the past 6 months and i cant cope any more. Iv never had kids but i now have that snooker ball in a sock effect to my boobs,i cant sleep at night due to the ripping pain i get across them and wearing a bra in bed is worse. I am a man of 75 years with man boobs. I have been trying to cover them up whereever I had to remove my top. My last marriage broke because my wife thought that I was odd. Lack of finance to remove this disability has kept me from having it corrected. I am getting married next year. Is there a way of getting rid of them by that time on the NHS

Hi my son is 14 months old and we are currently waiting to find out if he has PS. Was this something quickly diagnosed for your son. Thanks x

Yes, the diagnosis was pretty quick. We originally only noticed the small hand size (on the right side only) and some webbing between his fingers so the doctor first called it something else. When he was 18 months and went back for another check up, we had also noticed the difference in his chest on the right side. These symptoms were really all he needed to make the diagnosis. He said he could tell by looking at him that his pectoral muscle was missing. We haven't had any sort of scan to see which muscles are there or aren't there...but wondering if it'd be helpful to find that out? Hope you get some answers soon! What tests are they doing that are taking a while?

Is the lack of breast tissue formed at puberty the result of a lack of a particular hormoan? Also if transexual men are given hormoan tablets to help and encourage them to develop breasts why are women with little or no chest not offered the same treatment?

I agree totally! I Dont see why they cant give it to females.

I am a 27 year old male, with man boobs that have haunted me since my early teens. I've been in a relationship now for four years and not once have I been seen by my partner topless, she's always telling me that she is not bothered about the way I look, but I get quite defensive. We also have a beautiful daughter, who loves to go swimming but because of my lack of confidence I have never been. I just want my chest to be normal! Plz help.

You can use your tongue. Women love that. Mix it up though. Most women get more frustrated with the lack of closeness than the lack of orgasm.

it's great to know there are girls like me out there.. i'm 20 turning 21 this december, i literally have flat boobs..i only have these nipples that are bigger than normal.. my sister who is 22 has big boobs and i really envy her..she is a beauty queen if i may say, she joins beauty pageants and stuff.. some people told me that i should join too, but they think i have boobs because i wear padded bras.. it's embarassing really.. when you get a boyfriend and you're too shy to let him see you naked.. i remember the first time i let my boyfriend see my naked body, i was too shy and afraid that he would be turned off when he see my booblets(haha), but he told me that it was fine...we're now 2 years in our relationship..he always tells me that he loves my nipples.. XD sometimes i laugh about this insecurity of mine, but sometimes it just makes me sad.. i'm just happy that my boyfriend accepts me for what i am, for what i have, and for what i lack.. :') and i'm glad i came across this forum.. good luck to us flat-chested girls and ladies.. :)

You could try wearing a 'plunge bra', these pull your boobs together to create cleavage in the middle, they also make your boobs look bigger (some bras say they increase the look of your boobs by 2 cup sizes). As for the direction of your boobs I don't have any suggestions, I noticed you said you wanted bigger boobs, I am not so sure but I don't think bigger boobs will change the direction they grow in, everybody is different; but I may be wrong. I think 34B is an amazing size for your age, I have smaller boobs than you and I am 18 years old! Love them the way they are :)

im 14 and have 34a boobs. all my friends have bigger boobs than me and i fel a bit arkward around them when they talk about their boobs because they're all slimmer than me and my belly is bigger than my boobs which i dont think is normal. most of the women and girls in my family have big boobs so why are min so small. is there anyway that i can make my boobs bigger or will i be stuck like this. if there is any advice or anything that i can do about this, can u please help me...thank you.

I'm sixteen and am only just a size 32B, I feel really embrassed about it as all my friends have bigger boobs. Also my Mum has massive boobs compaired to me and she is allways telling me that she would love to have my figer (i.e. smaller boobs). So she thinks she helping me but instead I'm thinking you wouldn't know how embassing it is. All my Aunts and cousins have boobs simmlar to my mums size, even on my dads side so i don't kow where i got the small boobs from? All i can say to anyone like me, is look at the siz of famous cat-walk models boobs, none of them have big boobs and they're suppost to have the perfect figure.

I am a 17 year old girl and i hate my boobs. They are far too big, i have back problems and they look ugly. i dont feel commfortable showing anyone, and i lack confidence. i am a 36-38 G and growing. i had approached a doctor about a breast reduction before but they didnt want to go ahead. i really would like one, and people can say that i may not be mature enough to make a decision like this myself but i have been sure for a very long time

Too much emphasis is placed on this condition being caused by lifestyle (diet, lack of exercise etc). In the past I have exercised and dieted down to 9 stone 10lbs, and still have my "boobs", which look particularly ugly due to me also having very large nipples. My GP was unsympathetic saying that it's quite common in men, partuclarly asian men, which was no consolation to me (I'm white), and that he could tell it wasn't a hormonal imbalance because I have a lot of body hair. I have had this condition since I was nine years old, and was bullied terribly at school because of it (swimming lessons and P.E. where particularly bad). I have never took my shirt off in public and often cover my "boobs" with my arms when talking to people. I also have to be really careful with what I wear - polo shirts and white t-shirts are definately out! It's really killed my self-confidence, and I have never been able to sustain a long-term relationship because of it. I'm now 42 years old, and my condition seems to be getting worse, as with age they seem to be drooping somewhat. The media don't help by making fun of celebrities who gain weight, inferring that every man that has "boobs" is fat and lazy. I would love to have them removed, but cannot afford the operation. I would even allow a film crew to document it if it meant losing my "boobs" forever, and that it helped other men in the same situation. I don't want to live my life feeling like a freak any longer - I JUST WANT TO BE "NORMAL".
