Well I'm not sure about the sagging but the stretch marks are there because those parts of your body grew really quickly most probably during puberty or sudden weight gain. To get rid of them you could use special creams to get rid of them or just your normal everyday cocoa butter

I'm 19 and have issues with my breasts, I am 32A I have very minimum breast tissue, and my breasts at a glance just appear to be a large almost ballooned nipple, where my breasts look like very small triangles. I'm not the only one to notice this friends laugh and joke as well as boys. I just don't feel womanly at all and they get me down. Does anyone know how this could be solved or who to see?

I wouldn't think about getting the size of you breasts reduced as you are still very young and your body is still changing and therefore likely to adjust to your new breasts. The pain in your back could be due to the wrong-sized/ill-fitting bra, or even just an unsupportive bra. You should get your breasts measured professionally to ensure you are wearing the correct bra. If the pain continues you could be experiencing pain from something entirely unrelated to your breasts! When doing sport or any form of exercise, a sports bra helps to support your breasts

I have just turned 17. Since my breasts first began to develop they had always seemed very low and had an irregular shape. My nipples are very large and point downwards and my breasts sag and are very low. From the information on this website I appear to have tuberous breasts. I have always been really insecure and do my best to hide them by wearing tight bras that keep them quite perky and high however I have weak ligaments in my shoulders and because of the tightness of my bras and the weight of my DD breasts my shoulders are often very swollen and I'm in quite a lot of pain. I really don't want anyone to see but if I showed a doctor would they actually be able to help me in any way?

Hi I'm 23 and have had large pores on both breasts for a few years now. If I squeeze them I get a white puss come out which is sometimes a bit hard or sometimes like a really small thin black hair. I have always struggled with acne on my back and shoulders but this is different as they just look like large pores until I squeeze them. I sometimes use tanning beds as when I do it disappears and also when I go on holiday it goes away. I have looked online and a lot comes up about breast cancer with orange peel/dimpley breasts. Should I be worried or is what I'm experiencing normal?

I don't think you need to worry. I've had similar since puberty and always thought it a bit weird, but since reading this I gave it a google and there are lots of us out there! From what I can tell it is more common in bigger breasts, and if it is severe some people have suggested checking with a doctor that it is not a symptom of PCOS (which can cause infertility) but generally it is fine. I'm a bit of an OCD squeezer, which doesn't seem to have effected it but some people speak about scarring from so much picking - so be careful. Regarding the orange-peely thing, often this is just the way breast tissue turns out, so it feels lumpy underneath- I have been checked out and as long as you dont feel any NEW lumps or changes you should be fine. If you are worried there is no harm speaking to a doctor. I felt really self conscious when I was younger and had to have a breast check, but just ask for a female doctor. I'd be more careful with the tanning than worried about the spots!

Hi! I am on way to become a doctor.. What you are describing may just be inflammation of the hair follicle... Called folliculitis. Which is very normal and common. But as our proffessors teach us it is always better to get it checked once by a doctor if there is pus, just to be sure. I am not trying to scare you but bringing it up in ur next gynae visit might be an easier way to deal with your doubts.

Might want to check with skin doctor to see if it is psoriasis. UVB light is preferred for treatment. Sunlight has it and UVA in tanning beds sometimes help.

Hi they are called Montgomery glands. Try to stop squeezing them and they should go down in size. Hope this helps.

I'm 17 and a size 14, by bra size is a 36A. Since I was about 12 years old to now I feel my breasts haven't grown at all, it really upsets me that they haven't grown and I'm worried they have now stopped growing. I also find it strange that as a bigger person my breasts are so small, it definately isn't genetics as all the women in my family have large breasts. I'm really worried that there's something wrong with my breasts and would appreciate if someone could help. Thanks

I finally had implants 3 years ago at a cost of 3500 when my bf the only person ever showed understanding of my feelings of inadequacy even though he neverminded. My boobs to me still show signs of the original shape but i don't mind that I love them and I'm so much happier with them. The one thing that I only just found out though is that tuberous breasts affect the abilit6 to produce breastt milk.:(

Hi there, I am 15 years old and I have size E breasts but I have a large areola and my breasts are far apart and have that distinct shape of tuberous breast. I would think that I had tuberous breasts but they are large and I have been doing some research and tuberous breasts are small. I was also wondering at what age can the procedure be done and if it can be done on the NHS.

I wondered if I had tuberous breasts as well after just finding out about it from the show, but mine are also large (36E) and seem quite droopy for my age (I'm 22). I also have quite a large areola which I hate and am thinking about maybe going to the doctors after reading up about it! I have always hated my boobs but I am relieved that it isn't just me with this problem. I hope it is available on the NHS, good luck! x

Im 16, was wondering the same thing, i have one severly tubular breast which is proberly 2 cup sizes smaller than my other which also seems tubular. I can't look in the mirror without a bra on, and my self confidence is a joke, with clothes on im the most confident person you'll know. when I get down to underwear, its ridiculas. I just want to be happy but until I have surgery I can't see it happening. :(

I had a similar problem when i was 16, i felt disgusted with the size of my nipples, especially when they weren't erect. My nipples seemed to grow quickly and my breasts took a few years. Having large breasts tends to mean having large nipples. Once puberty settled down my nipples didnt seem as large anymore. My breasts stopped growing when i was around 20 and i am now a 36E and they look right for the size of my breasts now, I'm sure you havent stopped growing either! Hope this gives you some comfort!

I have had large breasts all my life and as a result I suffer from back problems, sweatiness underneath my breasts and redness. My GP referred me for a breast reduction but the consultant refused to discuss it with me until I had reduced my bmi to below 30. I was devastated as I have always had large breasts. I am now 47 and worry that as I get older I will end up even worse.

ive had large breasts most of my life and just been watching the programme about someone similar being told to lose weight !!!! i never lose weight off mine and get really cross they blame being slightly overweight....still cross ok

I am 20 and a size 10/12 but have had size 34JJ breasts since i was 17. I was a 'b' cup at the age of 9 and ever since have stuggled with teasing and constant staring for having large breasts. At the age of 18 i broke my spine, i would love to get a breast reduction asap however as a student i just cannot afford it. My gp hasn't exactly been very helpful about this matter either, it is effecting every aspect of my life. People just dont seem to understand how women with large breasts can be unhappy with them. One day i hope that i will be able to reduce them.

You'd be better off not asking your GP about this, mine is exactly the same, and they are useless! Try talking to someone at a hospital about it the next time you go in because of back pain or something, although I know thats not the most useful, or better yet tell your GP outright you want to be referred to someone to discuss this with, and don't take no for an answer. I was much the same, by the time I was eleven I was a D cup, I'm a size 12 and a 34 H, it is impossible to find clothes that fit, and bra prices are astranomical.

Hi, Im 22 years old and have never liked my breasts! They are extremely saggy! I just wish I had the breasts every other 'normal' 22 year old starts out with. They are not particularly large but yet are very saggy, my nipples pointing downwards leaving my breasts looking more like thin flaps of skin and fat rather than actual breasts. Im not sure what is available via the nhs or cosmetic companies or what procedures would be used as I have read all breasts need individual consultations etc but need to do something ASAP I have really had enough! Thank you.

My breasts don't look like any of the pictures in this gallery. I'm a person of color, 21, no children and never been pregnant. I wear a B or small C cup. However I have "pancake nipples" or incredibly large areolae. This is more common with bigger breasts but I have never seen anyone with smaller breasts and very large areolae. I don't feel like a woman because of the smallness of my chest and on top of that I feel like a freak because of the massive areolae. My breasts also sit at a funny place on my chest, they're low, slightly tubular, and point away from each other. I hate my chest, but mostly because of the smallness.

In the case of different sized boobs go see the doctor, they can reccomend you for corrective surgery, don't be ambarrased the doctors have seen it all before & u can take some-one with you for support & in the case of itchy nipples definitly see a doctor, i know it's embarrasing but it gives you peace of mind hopefully

hey, i have recently watched your show with the lady on who had tubular breasts and was uncomfortable with the way that they were. i am 17 and have hated my breasts since they started developing. one is quite a lot bigger than the other, the areola of my breasts are large and a very pale colour, and due the the constant change in my weight i have stretch marks all over my breasts and excess skin on them too. they are quite obviously making me very unhappy and my current boyfriend of nearly three months has not seen my breasts and only one other partner has. my breasts are rather saggy for a 17 year old too and as you can imagine i was wondering if there is anything i can get to help without paying an extortionate amount.

I can relate to most of the things said here. I have obsessed about the odd shape and smallness of my breasts. I have had two kids and breastfed both of them. My youngest is just a year and a half. I feel like my breasts are smaller now than ever. Except for when I'm first nursing (when they are quite large) I've never been above a B cup. I've always had low breasts, but now they are sagging more and have excess skin and hang thinly when I bend over. My breasts are also very widely spread, so I have almost no cleavage, even in low cut things. I constantly compare my breasts to other women's breasts, and get jealous of my friends with large breasts. But honestly, my sweet-sister women. Let's stop hating ourselves! So, Hollywood doesn't acknowledge that our breasts are beautiful. So let's stick it to 'em! Walk proud of our breasts--no matter how "non-traditional" they are. We are beautiful because we are ourselves. There is not one definition of beauty. We should love our bodies and ourselves. Don't be ashamed and hide your breasts. My husband thinks my breasts are beautiful, even though he acknowledges they are not "movie star" boobs. So let's find beauty in whatever shape, size or form our breasts are. Who is to say what is beautiful . . . if not us? Besides, though my breasts are sagging, small, and weirdly shaped, that certainly does not affect the pleasure I get when my husband touches them! Stop thinking plastic surgery is the answer. Let's start loving ourselves!

I feel that my breasts are unusually large. I'm only 13, and have at least a size D in breasts. Not only that, I also have the skin around my nipples awkwardly large, pale and blotchy with the pimple-like bumps, and at times, my nipples would invert. In my perspective,I think I'm very abnormal. This is really bothering me. Please help! :(

Your body is going thru a heap of transistional changes and will continue till at least 21.. Give it the time it needs to put itself in order for you... My girl also was a D at that age, she hated them.. Comfort was zero, bra fittings a hassle for her, sports bothered her and clothes shopping, particularly dresses would frustrate her... All that changed as she aged, without diet, without purpose exercise, her body reshape itself and everything caught up and got portioned well.. She had numerous pictures in the school magazine, by the later part of schooling, promoting the all girls school. She is far far happier now, than she was at 13.. So I hope that encourages you.. Sheila, look after your body, eat quality foods, and at least 30 min walk a day to help acheive better results for the big changes heading your way,and make you feel better inside..Take care little one. :)

I am nearly 14 and my body is trying to develop, but my breasts are really sore and they are always itchy adn dry. I am always scratching and puting E45 on them, but that does not work they then crack a bit and are very sore and hurt. I feel i am to small and i have very large nipples does this mean i will ahve large breasts when i am older? Please help me on what to do, i need advice desperatly. Many thanks.

Breasts do change sizes, but not much if you are a healthy weight unless you become pregnant or have some other large hormonal change. If you are concerned that men won't like your breasts, keep looking for one that does. Most men like A cups just fine, and some of us prefer them. You will also enjoy the fact that they won't hurt your back or reach for the ground as you age. My wife has very large breasts and pays the price in back pain. I personally prefer As and Bs but don't use that to decide who to date or marry. All boobs are the best thing ever.

Let me add a comment / idea most of the girls and women seem to have overlooked. Some men are actually attracted to women with smaller breasts! I have always been attracted to women with smaller breats as I don't care for large, rather 'floppy' boobs.... as women age, the ones who have large breasts will have to deal with sagging breats, whereas women with small breasts will retain their almost perfect shape!!! Finally, breasts are rarely a deciding factor when it comes to being attracted to a woman!!! Overall looks and personality win out every time! Be happy (and confident) with what you have, trust me- your men are. :-)

It's not just about what a man thinks about the appearance of a woman, even though the majority of men go for the 'must have boobs' look. It it honestly more about how us 'meant to be women' feel about ourselves, I don't even consider myself as a woman, infact, I don't even think of myself as normal, as for me, a man wouldn't be a man if he didn't have a penis, same as I feel for me, I am not a woman unless I have breasts as well as a vagina, it should be my birthright to be what I am meant to be. I don't want surgery, but it's my last option, I have tried everything from eating more, seeing my GP, seeing a surgeon, trying to get funding off the NHS, going on the contraceptive pill, as this in a lot of cases, does the trick, and I have even wasted money on online products which haven't worked. So now for me, it's, find 4 thousand pounds for surgery, or basically, depression wins.

Hello Again Hannah, You seem to have very strong feelings about this issue and if you think an augmentation would help you- by all means go forward with it. Be careful with the hormone route (the BCP's) as they simply 'fool' the body into thinking it's pregnant. Subsequently, your breasts enlarge in preparation for breastfeeding your 'baby'. Just remember though, hormones like estrogen/progesterone can effect mood and depression! I guess I could see how important this issue could be to you, but would point out that not feeling "normal", or not considering yourself a "woman" is sort of on the edge of Body Dysmorphic Disorder. This is a condition that is often associated with depression as it's a component of the illness, and simply a by-product of having a distorted body image. I think I can "hear" a strong woman in their however, as you say you don't want depression to win! Good for you, keep fighting. I wish you all the best and hope you feel better soon... Regards, John

I have large H breasts and they get me down sometimes. What I want to know is why we have such large breasts in this country is it because the water is contaminated with contraceptive hormones from peoples urine? On the continent people tend to drink mineral water. How I would love someone to research this then maybe I can prevent my children having the same fate at me.

At 47, I have very large breasts, they get even more disproportionate as I lose weight. They currently are a 38H, with very large pink areolas. I thought I was really abnormal, until I looked at a breast site recently, and realized that they were in many ways average. I am considering a 'Mommy Makeover'. I noticed that the surgeons seem to make all the breasts look alike, so now I am unsure about messing with mine, even if they sag a bit.

Because breasts are the focus of so much attention, almost EVERYONE is self concious about theirs... Girls with larger breasts often want smaller breasts because large breasts are heavy, sag and jiggle a lot which makes it harder to run and things. Think about the GOOD things about having smaller breasts.. Yours will most likely continue to grow, and if you are worried that guys might not like them, guys like any breasts, and a lot even prefer a smaller chest. So learn to love your body, and there are always padded bras :)

I'm 14 but I feel really embarressed cause I am flat chested I feel self consious because all of my mates have large breasts and I cry cause I think that guys like large breasts when I'm with my friend he touches them and they have smiles but I feel no one likes to hang round with me cause of it. When I'm older and they haven't expanded I want to get a boob job but I don't know if its the right think to do ?????

hey, im 14 aswell and i have the same problem aha, i have a boyfriend and he says he likes them and blah bkah but ino deep down his disappointed with them and my nipples aswell are quite small is it me or is it eveety person with a flattish chest that suffers this?? courtney i think of going under the knife myself when im older but i dont know if its worth it x

guys are visual creatures and sexuality means much to them! So only those who cherish true love r/s will not mind this part of your body but will fully accept and embrace them as who you are! Love yourself and be secure, Courtney! Do not allow yourself to be discouraged if the guy only goes after the breasts, the body, and not you, the person! Try eating high protein food, like fish, chicken, milk, diary products, and massage your breasts daily for blood circulation.. i think it can improve your current condition! Hope this is helpful!

It's fine to have small breasts. I didn't have decent sized breasts until I was 17 years old. Some women mature differently than others. B cup breasts are perfectly "feminine" too. You don't have to have huge boobs to be a woman. If you're 18, they probably won't get any bigger. But you're fine. I'm 5'8 and have D cup breasts, but they don't look overly large on me because of my height. You're fine hun. Keep on being happy. :P
