Please can someone help.?
im 16, female. Being a teenager i eat a lot. But for some reason i don't put weight on, i lose it! In 1/2 weeks i can easily lose half a stone. I swim 3 times a week for my local club but every other day i don't do a fat lot to be honest. Im actually really lazy. I have phases where i have no appetite for 2weeks to a month and i barely eat anything just live off water, then the next thing i know is that i just cant stop eating. But then it changes back into me having no appetite. It really worries my parents and friends just how little i occasionally eat when im passing through these phases and how much weight i lose constantly. What do i doooo?
Hi I have had weight loss surgery and lost 9 stone 9lb's, however since losing the weight, I now have excess skin on my stomach and due to weight loss on my breasts they are very saggy and to add insult to injury have inverted nipples which seem to have got worse since the weight loss, I am unsure whether or not to apply to my GP as I don't know if the NHS would allow this.
I've been on the pill for the last at least 7 years, and I've been having unprotected sex with this guy for the last 6 months. Turns out he's got someone else too and she's 4 months pregnant :( obviously I'm gone but I'm worried I'm carrying his child too. I finished the pill for my weeks break on the 11th December, I had sex with him on the 14th and my period came on the 15th (I only just found out about the other girl, wouldn't have touched him with a barge pole otherwise!). The last few days I've had a complete loss of appetite, or should I say I'm hungry but the second food is near me I wanna be sick, the only thing I wanna eat are oranges! I've had sharp pains in my lower abdomen and a 'period back and stomach ache' and feel as though my period is about to start any second even though it's not due for another week. I'm so tired but I can't sleep, but I'm not sure if all this is because of my 'situation' with him

hey i suffer from ulcerative colitis and i had all them symptoms when i first got diagnosed but it did take a while for the doctors to pick it up, could be something else but on a similar line but you seriously need to go back to doctors and explain and demand something more to be done as its not nice feeling like that!! ..
I can go a month or longer without having a bowel movement. I went to my G.P and he referred me to the hospital, I have had the camera looking at my hole bowel, they took a biopsy due to finding small White spots but came back clear. I then had the muscles tested and it came back fine. I have been going to the hospital for over a year now every 4 months and for is period of time he has told me to tKe 6 movicol, 20ml of lactose and 1 tablet (can't remember the name, it's 5mg and it's relatively new) I have to take all this on a daily basis, he told me even if I go if have still to continue taking this everyday, I stopped after taking this after 8 months as I don't feel it's making a difference. I now take at least 6 sen a max strength and at least 10 Dulcolax at the same time (Which take over 12 hours to work, even though i take them at the same time) every 2-3 days as the pains return in my tummy become really sore. This has caused me to lose my appetite, as I think the less I eat the less often the pains will occur. Due to these issues I have lost weight and I am concerned about stopping taking the tablets and getting my appetite back as I will put all my weight plus more on. Can anyone help please?

I am a 19 year old male my symptoms for nearly the past year is that i have hair loss and hair thinning but it is accompanied by a daily itch on my scalp especially on the top of my scalp and sometime it intensifies so much causes me to feel very depressed and whenever i try to relive the itch it pains. Also when my scalp is itching my scalp appears red ton the whole top of my scalp. i have been to my doctor, a dermotologist and a qualified tricologist at the institute of tricology and they all say different things to me. my dermotologist say's i have folliculitus and androgennic Alopecia but the ticologist say's that i do NOT have male pattern baldness as i am also have thinning and hair loss on the sides of my scalp and on the back but says that i have telegon effluviam. This is all well an said but they don't seem to deal with the scalp pain and tenderness that i am going through. On another note whenever there an itch there is hair loss as well, i also seem to be losing hair from my eye brows and eye lashes and my eyes seem to always itch and sting whenever i try touch them after i have touched my hair. I have also been told that my hair seems to look very crimpled as well whereby it looks unhealthy and that some hair are easily broken if thats any help. on another note when looking at my hair strands as one does when being worried about hair loss my hair is noticibly thinner near the root tip then the top og the hair strand is this normal?
