Energy drinks still contain sugar and abrasive acids, that no matter how well you brush, can still damage your teeth. The best thing to do is cut them out of your diet, else you could end up with bad teeth. If you are at all concerned about this then speak to your dentist, who can assess you further.

make a food list for what your gonna have that day and have 1 snack in it,exercise about 3 times a week, and then have a lazy day on sunday. and on your weigh in day,if u lose something u shud treat ur self to a bar or something but if u dont u cant have it,and just look in the mirror and imagine urself real skinny,an idea is buy urself and expensive pair of size 12 jeans or something and say to urself ill fit into them. hope i helped, Chelsea XxXx

Yes they can. Energy drinks are great and will give a sudden burst once this sugar rush is over you body then diverts to slumbness making you feel tired meaning your body doesn't have any engery at all. This then becomes a vicious circle so you grab an energy drink to give the boost.. Myself drinks around anything from 50-60 cans of energy drinks a week and have done for many years.. Doing this I have headaches.. Not much intake of food.. Can feel my heart race at times and now suffering with stomach pains.. Been to my docs they say if I think its to much then slow down drinking but as I said its a circle.. I'd love to stop drinking them but can't..

You have had problems with your tonsils prior, that is why you are having the op.. are these the same symptoms you have had prior???......Secondly,Pends on how far the surgery is away, if you recover or not from this current issue.. I would be seeking a medical opinion, and maybe some early intervention to clear it.. If you are ill like this, it a higher risk than normal, I doubt if any operation is done. All operations have a risk, regardless how big or small they are.. Medically people are very mindful of this..

i have noticed a huge increase in my discharge these last few months. i have now developed pains in my right side. i have noticed a drop in my weight and i've lost all my energy.

if you are overweight that is probably the main problem, if not then you may be carrying fat around your heart and other organs, which although isn't visible to the naked eye will show up in an MRI scan. the best thing to do is to start exercising and trying to cut out fatty and sugary foods from your diet. hope this is of help. student physiotherapist

My guess is your overweight or obese. Losing weight would improve all those problems.

Thats a simple reply yes as caffeine is a rush which consumed at close or any interful may course hand n leg tremor it also can increase them personally i would slowly cut the energy drinks down as it is really bad for ur heart consumed like that its worse than coffe n tea

I wouldn't say you have essential tremors ..but your symptoms are due to over dose of caffeine .you will need to wean yourself off of your addiction. Hope you get some help an your leg and hand shakes go away forever best of luck phoebex

Hi, I, too, am 18 and I'm shifting the extra couple of kilograms. I have a condition which means I am allergic to most fruits and vegetables, so I guess you could say you're in the same predicament as me. However, I have had to hunt around for fresh fruit and veg that I am able to have, and I suggest you do the same- it wont be all vegetables that you don't like- I guarantee you'll find some you love!! But it's not just the eating healthy that contributes to weight loss. You need to make sure you are active- 30 mins 5 times per week is sufficient, but if the thought of exercising or going to the gym fills you with dread, then find something you really enjoy doing that gets you moving. It could be as simple as walking/ cycling to college/work/uni :) To lose weight think of it like this: if energy in is greater than energy out; you'll most likely gain weight. If energy in in less than energy out, you should lose weight. Eat a balanced diet without lots of high processed sugars and fatty takeouts! And if none of this helps, to answer your question, stick a peg on your nose and chew them veggies!!! :)

hi im 46 and still have adhd , i use it as energy ! other early signs at school were bad handwriting ,disturbing other children (in the Infants class !)you just cant stop your self doing something , even though you know you shouldnt !when i was a child my father use to say i had a bad man inside me ! and would take me on a 10 mile walk to burn off my energy .im still very impulsive which makes for some wonderful adventures .dont let adhd get you down , use it and control it,

I know it is hard but, don't give up. Just go the extra mile for YOU! Don't worry about what other people think. I have to leave the house all the time and I don't feel as confident as some other ladies my age but, I find peace in my family and my work. i advise that you find more to your life than your looks. Sorry to be so blunt but, I think if I heard this when I was 17 I wouldn't be still searching for the same thing. Maybe in the future they can come up with some great idea like that No-No thing that is painless but, one that actually gets rid of the hair. I have tried so many tools, creams and treatments I would hate for you to waste you time/money/energy (because it hurts and it takes energy to put up with the pain). Just do your best to hide it. Don't be afraid of makeup! Try the right combination and I am sure you will feel a little better. If you would like some tips don't hesitate to reply. I will help the best I possibly can if you think you need it. Take care~

Hi Im 24 yr old girl, not at all overweight, usually consider myself to be fit and healthy, yet have just been diagnosed with gout! One day my left toe became excrutiatingly painful and swollen and despite rest, did not seem to be getting any better. After researching this online (I was a definite gout skeptic!) I came to the conclusion I'd caused it myself by overdosing on niacin and caffiene - both linked to gout attacks. On the day it started I had an exam and hadn't managed to sleep the night before, so I did the normal thing of downing a bucket of coffee, dosing up on ProPlus and had 3 effervesent energy boost tablets (recommended dd is one and full of niacin). So for anyone who has gout and isn't necessarily a prime candidate, I'd recommend looking at caffeine/energy tablets (eg Berroca) in your diet and whether your binges are linked to gout. Hope this helps!

I have never had dizzy spells with my period its just no energy

My family, including myself, have always had digestive issues one way or another. Due to this I tend to keep a fairly healthy diet including fresh fruit, veggies, grains, etc... Still I needed something to help things along and this supplement is working well for me. I have been taking 2 pills of the Lady Soma Fiber Cleanse when I wake up and 2 pills about 8 hours later in the afternoon (this routine has gone on for about 3 weeks now). My bowel functions have regulated and become easier. I do not feel any nausea upon taking these Lady Soma pills on an empty stomach and the pills do not have a strong taste or after-taste. I have also felt a slight change in energy level. I am usually a bit fatigued and sore due to anemia, but lately I have been feeling less fatigue and a bit more energy. So far there is nothing I do not like about this product and I intend on keeping up with my daily routine.

Is it after you exercise? I had a really high heart one stage it was 140bpm then 170bpm and only every went down to 120bpm when resting along with the same symptoms as you, so I think you should get this checked at your doctor for any abnormalities. They picked up a quite and serious heart murmur which related to a much larger problem. I also had open heart surgery due to this, if anyone needs any help or questions about it.Thanks, tell me how it all goes.

just worrying probably love, i think many of us get like that, u might start to shake too, its cus ur body is weak and is telling u it needs more energy to survive

it all depends on ur brain ie if u'r not anxious,stressed..etc. u can manage to pull through till an hour. Hope i answerd ur question correctliy Bryan

I am 19. I've been self harming for 5 years now. I have several mental health conditions and have tried therapy. I have attempted suicide over 10 times and have been in hospital alot. Doctors call my suicide attempts a Melodaptive coping strategy. I have deep scars covering my body I also want to find a way to cover up my scars but I have found a few things to help me stop self harming: 1)Tattoos - Feel amazing pain (a lot like the pain cutting gives you), look better than scars, prevents me cutting where the tattoos are. 2) Biting myself (without sucking, that's dangerous). Don't bit too hard abd to leave scars and be careful! 3) Elastic band on my skin. Feels good flicking it on my skin, doesn't scar. 4) Drawing on my skin. Pretty drawing help prevent me from harming. 5) Turning my anger/upset into energy in which I run, jump, use all my anger up by turning it into physical energy and go to the park or gym.
