Conditions with symptom: 'lump in abdomen'
hi, i'm 20 and have a lump on my left ball, right now its kinda sore and i have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow, i had the lump for awhile now and a little bit of pain at the bottom of my abdomen , what should i do to calm myself down?
I too had a lump on one of mine a few months back and stressed that it was going to be testicular cancer. I went to my doctor for it and was diagnosed with a condition called epididymitis. You could probably google that for more info but basically they said it was an infection of the tube that carries semen and that there isn't really any known causes for it other than a certain STD (I can't remember which one now). I tested negetive for it however and therefore, there was no known cause, they said it just happens sometimes. A simple antibiotic fixed the problem.
I'm 13 and i've found a lump in my lower left abdomen. It's soft and doesnt hurt to touch but sometimes it aches. Also i have a persistent cough and nausea. What could this be?
At thirteen a hernia is unlikely although certainly possible - they can be brought on by a chronic cough. It would depend on where in your abdomen it is. Get examined by your GP.
Hi Im 23. 2 months ago I had intermittent Diarrhea and pain all over my abdomen. The diarrhea stopped, but since then the pain in my abdomen when I eat is unbearable at times, and I move my bowels between 2 and 5 times per day. I am extremely exhausted all the time, and my abdomen gets very distended and painful. Before this, I had gastritis and acid reflux in my stomach, and take acid inhibitors every day. My GP tried anti biotics at first, which didnt make a difference. He referred me then for a colonoscopy, but the waiting list is 8 months and I can barely function or go to work because of the pain, exhaustion, and frequesnt trips to the toilet. It doesnt seem to matter what I eat, whether its vegetable soup or a burger, the pain an need to go to the toilet seems the same. someone please help me!
this sounds very much like ibs to me?
Hello before it gets any worse i suggest you go get it seen by a doctor you may have ciatica which effects your lower abdomen
my right testicle is firm and causing more than average pain when knocked or touched, the pain also moves towards the lower abdomen after a while as if somthing is pulling on my testicle. i have noticed a lump on the testicle as well. not sure if all of this is due to an injury or knock but the problem has been going on for about 2-3 weeks. can anyone help
I'm 21 I got diagnosed with endometriosis 2 years ago. I have been seen by a gynaecologist and now on the mirena coil. However I still have a lot of symptoms I am worried about.. I have: very painful sex; irregular bleeding; a constant horrible discharge (not the normal female one); swelling to my abdomen; a very tender abdomen; constant pain. I constantly get checks for sti's even though I have been with my partner for 3 years, I keep getting refused when I ask for a smear even though I have more than one symptom for female cancers. I just want to be taken seriously and don't feel like I am because of my age and the fact I have a child
My boyfriend has been suffering from severe pain in his lower abdomen for quite a few months now. It is so bad that he can't move sometimes. He also has swelling in his penis and pain when ejaculating on occasion. He also complains about a pain in his right testicle. He is only 18 and every urine test and STI test has come back negative. Recently he also suffers the pain in his lower abdomen after drinking alcohol. I would just like to know if these sympotoms are common of prostitis. If anyone could give me any feedback I'd be grateful. Thanks

I have found a lump where my vagina flap meets my inner lump and am really scared that its cancer ..is it normal to get these lumps because its not like a raised spot .. its an under the skin lump. If it is normal what is this lump and how do i get rid of it ? I am 100% certain it is not an std as I am not sexually active in any way! please help
i have the same but there was a lot of swelling around the lump and it burst. i dont want to go to the doctor so if anyone can help?
It sounds like a swollen gland or an infected poor. Sometimes in that area you will get moisture and discharge that can plug a poor and over time get bigger and harder like a pimple or even more like a cyst. Try soaking in a tub of hot water and epsom salt and try to work the lump out (like popping a zit) If not then go to the obgyn and have it checked.
I am 18 years old and have had a small lump in the top of my armpit for a few months now. I'm really scared about what it could be, although other than the lump there are no other symptoms. the lump feels fairly soft, like a sort of fleshy lump and can be got hold of-it feels like its in the skin or just under it but im terrified. it can be quite tender. please tell me its nothing bad?
I'm 23 and I had a small lump come up on the under side of my shaft. It's small hard flesh coloured lump that seems like it is only attached to my skin, there is only a slight redness to the lump. The lump appeared after intercourse a few days ago. Any advice before I go to the doctors?
I found a lump in my breast which the doctor thought it was a cyst but I asked to be referred and it turned out to be a benign lump. Happy with the outcome, I then discovered another lump in my armpit and within a few days there was 2 more lump in my other armpit. I know it most probably nothing serious but I just want to know why I am getting these lumps and if they are anything to worry about?
