I have some sort of discharge every day, the smell, texture and colour varies but no itching, pain or discomfort, just paranoia and a constant sense of being unclean and publicly smelly. Sometimes there are thicker clumps within clear discharge. Following washing of my underwear, they're often discoloured as if the discharge has bleached them. Also worried about what potential sexual partners will think. Does anyone else experience this and have answers on dealing with it?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, sometimes the odour is stronger , sometimes less. I have also noticed a change in discharge/ odour around periode time. Unfortuantly at this moment in time I can't tell you what it is, but I have just been to see the Doctor about it and am waiting for lab results to come back. I'll let you kowo when I get these, and if there is any obvious diagnosis. Take care.

I get this too! not sure what it is, but is becoming very annoying! Hope someone can help find a diagnosis! x

I have a birthmark down the left hand side of my face, it affects my mood everyday. I've tried laser surgery, which faded it for a while but shortly got worse so it wasn't worth the pain and the several days of scabing and swelling which caused me to be house bound. Also tried hydroquine cream which caused it to go red around it, I cake it in makeup but still doesnt cover it enough and is pointed out to me atleast 5 days out of a week. It's caused me depression and paranoia, is there any other approach to get rid of it?!

Hi. I have small bumps on the shaft of my penis and my scrotum. The bumps are very small in size but there is a slightly larger one near the top of my shaft. I'm 17 years old and I haven't had sex yet. Although, it's very unlikely that it's an STD or anything like that, I'm suffer a lot from paranoia and anxiety, so I worry about it. I've tried to research into male gential spot conditions etc. and it looks like a may have fordyce. However, I'm concerned about this slightly larger spot and in addition, I've been able to get a tiny bit of a white substance out of a few little ones. I'm pretty sure it's fordyce because that's what they look like the most and because they are mostly at the base of hairs but I'm really worried. Can anyone help me please? :/

I am 25, and for the last 24 months I have been experiencing the most uncomfortable feeling of wetness from vaginal discharge. I went to see my GP within a few months of it starting, but was told that everything looked fine. Swabs were sent for a thrush test and came back negative (eventually after several failed swabs/lost samples etc), but the discomfort continued. I have been to see several doctors and nurses over the last 18 months without an answer. I'm giving up hope and feel embarrassed when I am constantly told it appears to be ok, and just something I have to live with! There is no itching, no burning, no stinging. I wash with clean water only. The discharge does not smell offensive and ranges from a clear liquid to a thick, creamy substance. Sometimes I even feel really wet but aren't! (Is this paranoia?!) This problem is really getting me down, and my self-confidence is suffering. Somebody please help me seek the answer the NHS don't seem bothered to find.

I'm 42 yrs old & since i was 17 I've suffered periodically from psychosis and have been prescribed chlorpromazine, olanzapine, quetiapine, and am currently taking risperidone. my symptoms are hallucinations in my peripheral vision, paranoia, audio hallucinations, constant anxiety, fear & suspiscion. my moods are erratic and extreme. And at times I'm so manic that I'm climbing the walls & too hectic for people to deal with. my problem is i can't seem to find the right anti psychotic meds that work without causing Parkinsonism, muscle/joint stiffness & pain and my limb coordination is getting pretty poor now. i can be completely sober and will stagger like I'm drunk. I've spoken to gp's & psychiatric doctors & get nowhere. it feels like I'm being fobbed off, ignored & made to feel that my side effects are just imaginary. please can there be any alternative treatments that work without making me feel worse. thank you all. peace...

HI , ive had a similar problem with the same diagnosis , medication after medication appointment after appointment and all dead ends. no difference in my mental health and no explanation from any health professional , scary to think gp's and doctors don't have the slightest concern , any advice would be really great.

I'm 16 and for a few years I've been having worsening problems with hearing voices, seeing people and paranoia. I hear people quite agressively shout my name in my ear & feel their breath on the back of me neck and a man who keeps whispering things to do with fishing which is really frightening when it happens. I've seen my late father standing outside my kitchen window and a random blonde girl who disappears after a second or so about 10 metres away from be, who just stares with a blank expression; my friend has looked at me weirdly and told me there was no-one there, which seemed like complete rubbish - it's really vivid and looks real. I'm constantly paranoid that people are trying to listen in on everything I say and are always watching me. I can't walk through my own house without checking I'm not being watched or followed, which isn't pleasant at all. Twice I've had really bad episodes where I've become really animated and shouted at my mum and step-dad to keep out of my room, blocking the door, window. The whole time I felt like they were going to attack me and steal me personal belongings; which is really unlike my naturally quiet/shy nature. Also I find it really hard to trust anyone and can't let myself think certain thoughts in case people hear them. I've blocked my webcam because I have a really nasty feeling that someone's watching me whenever I use my laptop. I've tried to tell my mum once but she told me to stop being stupid and telling people will make them think i'm mad. I think I might be going mad, can anyone help?

Have you talked to your doctor about this? I don't think paranoia is that unnatural with the way the world is. Mood swings could just be down to hormones. These can also be symptoms of other mental health problems such as depression. Don't worry that people might think you're mad. If you're mad you need help, but you won't get it if everyone around is in denial. I think your mum is scared that people will think badly of you and her if you have a mental illness, but there is nothing to be ashamed about, and it is better to get treatment to deal with the distressing feelings. You might be able to deal with some of the paranoia by reassuring yourself, and it would be helpful if your family and friends could support you in this. During times of extreme anxiety I think people do sometimes "see" things. Are you under a lot of pressure? School work can become too much pressure, or bereavement might make you vulnerable. Bereavement counselling might help. You seem very aware of your problems, and recognise that your behaviour and visions are odd. Psychotic people generally are not aware of this. Doctors are wary of pinning labels of schizophrenia on people; besides the stigma it is also difficult to know where one mental illness stops and another begins. You should seek help because you have a problem that affects your life badly, and it is unlikely to just go away without being addressed, but appropriate medicines, therapies and lifestyle can make a vast improvement.

I'm so glad that conversations like this are being faciliated. I had never thought about what I looked like down there until a friend at uni confessed her paranoia - it spreads! Since then it has always been in the back of my mind. It certainly doesn't help when you hear lads joking about 'fannys like kebabs' etc. But you know what? I don't let it get in the way of my sex life! Every penis is different - I've seen big ones, small ones, some with big droopy foreskins some without, we don't judge -why would men? My last boyfriend said I have the most attractive lady bits he's seen. I'm going to believe that, not the voice of paranoia. We don't live in a porn world. So anyone who is thinking about labia surgery, think again. I'm probably closest to the first photo I think, although probably darker and bigger - and clean shaven!

i rekon that just gave me a huge boost of confidence :D thanx :) x

Does this sound like Paranoid Schizophrenia: For as long as I can remember I have had voices in my head some saying mischievous but harmless things, some dark things. I have anger issues, I get angry very easily which I have an urge to get violent and I get episodes of severe paranoia which I believe everyone is out to get me. I'm getting a HIV test soon and I've been getting worried about it and the Voices and paranoia have almost quadrupled in frequency and intensity plus I've been getting visual hallucinations. I've been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at three but I've heard that Schizophrenia can co-exist with Aspergers. If anyone can give any advice it'll be a great help.

Its not schizophrenia if you had schizophrenia it would be constant

Sometimes Doctors will not have the time orr the right questions for an accurate diagnosis. For example mine is is under the general label of 'psychotic disorder'. The voices may be the result of some psychological problem, Your anger issues could be the stress of the voices etc, mood swings could possibly be similar to Bi-Polar. I would suggest visit your Gp and explain clearly your.symptoms , and ask for a referral to your nearest Mental Healthteamareceive the treatment that can help ease your mind. Persistence may be necessary as, of course it's hard to convince them that the issues may only be in the mpind, but they still feel and seem very real. An alternative / supplementng like psycho -therapy. I did for 2 years

Way to much self-diagnosis here which leads to a lot of paranoia and misunderstanding. Go to a good doctor and let him tell you what you have.

i find the worst part of schizophrenia which i have had since i was 18, is finding the right medication im now 28 and still paranoid (people out to kill me, major anxiety, insomnia, depression overthinking and analyzing ect) like other people on here have been to the extreme side, suicidal agoraphobic thinking my food, drinks and water supply is being poisoned ect.. (let me just say this is not the case at all) i have got to a point tho where have moved out on my own, but am majorly distrustful and often feel threatened in any situation kinda like how i can imagine a soldier going into battle feels like which brings on severe anxiety and even more paranoia. i know medication is key with this illness and all i want in the world is to be a functioning part of society again. now seems to be the opposite of how my life was and maybe one day will find the right med that will put me back on track. i have been where some of these posters have been with the really serious paranoia but one thing you must do is trust your doctor as hard as it may be for some people and if you feel there not helping or listening when meds dont agree with you, find another psychiatrist because believe me there are bad ones there but there are amazing ones dont be afraid to get a different psychiatrist. i wish you all the best you lot i really do :)

When I was between 4 and 12 years old, I remember having quite distressing recurring nightmares happening once or twice a month where I would wake half way through in a state of extreme fear and paranoia. I cannot remember the content of the dreams, all I remember was the colour purple, lots of needles, and feeling the needles penetrating my whole body. When I awoke form such night terrors, I would not feel awake, it would be as if I was still in the dream, but I knew I was awake and I would also have this strange feeling in my hands, where everything I touched seemed a lot bigger than what they appeared. When the sense of paranoia got too much I remember going downstairs to my parents screaming and moaning without saying anything clearly, just mumbles. They would try to calm me down and put me to sleep, but I would always be too scared to fall back asleep and experience the same terror, which when I would eventually fall back asleep the same dream would continue. When in the state of paranoia while half asleep, (in fact this term does not describe the feeling completely, it's irrational and not at all pleasant, {it was such an awful feeling it made me want to die so it would go away} and I have never felt this feeling when fully awake and I find it very difficult to describe)I would try to distract myself from the feeling by having a glass of water or milk and having a small snack but they came to no avail . It's a feeling which was impossible to get rid of until I woke up the next morning where I would usually be very ill with an overwhelming sense of nausea which usually lead to vomiting. When I ask my parents about my night terrors, they say I only confronted them when I was sleep walking, they describe me as being distressed, disorientated and panicked and with having very large dilated pupils . When I look on=line about these terrors, apart from one similar experience, no-one has experienced the same. Also when I look at sleep walking on-line it says no-one can consciously remember their sleepwalking, but I can, is this normal? Also, I am 18 years old and since the age of twelve I've had three similar experiences where: I still moan and scream as if in pain even though I don't feel any physical pain; I feel the strange hand sensation, I feel that dreaded sense of paranoia. The only difference is that I am not ill the next morning. The most recent being in December of last year. Please can someone explain to me what I was, and still am, if very rarely experiencing.

Most guys don't care unless it's really..really extreme. Some actually love it. #Note: Any guy that would laugh from ur vagina deserves a kick in the *** (and i'm a guy) Just make sure it's clean before you let the BF eat it.

I agree with the previous poster. Hey, maybe this is a filthy thing to say, I like to have something 3D to look at... and suck... It just works for me. Please don't worry about it. Anyway, if you're with the right guy he'll respect your privacy.

No. Worry is so debilitating in this incredibly complex and pressure-filled world. If you don't find yourself a problem, then a worry about autism could turn into paranoia about nothing.

Hi, This is not about panic attacks but theres no categorie about paranoia, Im 16 and would say im not a bad looking fella but i constantly feel that my friends and other people are talking about me, bitching etc, and also i can never feel confident about things? I have a similar problem. I have always been paranoid that others are judging/ridiculing me due to lack of confidence, but it has now manifested in me with a complete paranoia that other people find me smelly when I am near them! Even when I have just had a shower/bath, or when my partner tells me I don't, if I am near a stranger I am CERTAIN in my head they find me unpleasant to stand next to. As a consequence I do suffer from panic attacks in social situations and basically avoid being indoors or in enclosed spaces with people. It is essentially ruining my life and I don't know what to do about it!

hey im 22 i have a bit of a large labia and sometimes i totally forget about it. i dont even think about it.. im happy with my husband..sometimes i do think about it. i have had this since i was about 10 but i used to ignore until now. i notice it being there more often or maybe its just my paranoia. although there is one concern.. Having orgasms, does that increase the size of your labia?

I have had a manboob problem for some years. Probably too chicken to have surgery. I found that wearing the undershirt at www.funkybod.com stops the day to day paranoia. Not enough people come forward regarding this problem as it's associated with being overweight but even skinny men can suffer with gynecomastia (man boobs)

No two people are identicle, unless you are twins and even they have differences. So be glad you are exclusive. A person who really loves you will love you for yourself and not worry that you are different to the next guy or gal. If they do, then they are shallow and not worth continuing with. Enjoy the life you have got and don't let little worries turn into paranoia, it will ruin your life.

My girlfriend has large labia...which I thought were fairly normal to be honest, until I saw the show. She says she would rather have smaller, but I think they are fantastic and womanly assets rather than hindrances, and also extremely sexy. She now shaves around them to make them more pronounced. So, it seems to me that by all I've read and heard, most men either don't care either way, and many like them very much, so, it's all paranoia ladies!

Since about the age of 13 I have had an enlarged labia. I am now 23 and I wouldn't want it any different, guys don't care about it, it doesn't afftect sex negatively at all, I have had sexual partners in the past and nobody has conplained yet! Accept your body and other will do the same, paranoia about the labia only upsets you and prevents you from having a good time with the person you love. It really is not an issue x

To present a more balanced argument - I felt the same, waited til my mid 20's then had surgery - BEST thing I ever did. It's not that painful - just expensive. If it still bothers you I say go for it!!

It seems to be a common thing, I'm not sure what they are and can cause some paranoia. I've got it to and drives me insane. Its not the most normal thing but it is common, so I say don't worry. :)

I have never seen a pinworm on me. But since my 19 year old son said he has them I don't sleep at night. Even after 2 doses of Pin X in a week & garlic supplements, I wake up not itchy but feeling like I have things crawling on me. I've tried to do the tape test to myself, but I haven't seen anything. I've washed everything. And have started putting Vaseline on my anus every night. I think I may have a paranoia problem. Help!

I'm twenty four and totally understand the paranoia. It's just not as common to have noticable labia. But actually that doesn't mean it's not sexy. The person who's worth sharing them with will find every part of you irresistable. As for rumours and school etc, it all stems from insecurity. No body is 100% perfect and sometimes pointing at someone else is a way of coping. Every body type is gorgeous. love your lips!
