Ive got something similar! Its more on my left thigh right at the very top in the crease where my leg joins, I don't have any idea what it is and noticed it about a week ago, its really hard and I can get my fingers around it, as if I was holding a golf ball in my fingers! It kinda hurts? But no pins and needles :) but I think if it gets bigger or doesn't go in a week or so I'll go to my doctor, haha. Anyway, hope it kinda helps to know its not unusual :) Sorry I can't provide a definite answer :S x

    It could be cyst

Hi I'm 32, I have pins and needles in my hand and feet,I don't have cold feet or hands. I had this since I was a kid, I had at first coldhands and feets and as I grow up I still have pin and needles. I don't have cold feet and hand at all. Since then my pins and needles start getting worse in time and after 10 minutes I can't feel anything, same thing happens to my feet as I get pins and needle on my feet, I try to stand up and then I lose balance?

also,i get a pins and needles sensation in my hands sometimes, which after reading the coments on here,is making me more think that CD may be what is wrong.

Just lately, especially in hot conditions or when im working up a sweat my body, especially my back and stomach feel very stingy, pins and needles like. Which becomes very itchy and makes me scratch. The stinging and pins and needles gets very intense the hotter i get. Ive seen my doc about it and has given me some E45 cream for itch relief, but it only itches after the stinging appears so its not doing any good. A friend asked me to look at a condition called PRICKLY HEAT. As i read it the conditions it mentioned were exactly what i was getting. I feel embarrassed to go back to my docs and ask him about PRICKLY HEAT and if i could have that.He is a good doctor, but as he is chinese its hard to talk to him as his english is not so good. It is driving me mad as the itching is so intense and cant stand it for less than a couple of minutes. It makes me feel like i want to jump in a bath of cold water, but thats not possible when it starts in the town centre. What can i do about this problem, im 40 yrs of age and feel helpless.

Prickly heat is a kind of allergic reaction, so taking a daily antihistamine tablet can help.

its probably shingles. i had that a few months ago. It feels like your being stabbed and its a burning pain...go see your GP. You'll get given some cream to put on it :) but...i must warn you, its very painful and i was in bed for weeks. And shingles shows up with a rash.

Difficult to say, but I was diagnosed with diabetes because I had continuous bouts of thrush. It may be worth getting tested. The pins and needles will more than likely be connected with diabetes if that's what you have. Tell your doctor, get it sorted, even if it is just to rule out type 2. The earlier you find out, the faster you can start controlling your sugars. I used to despair of ever controlling my thrush until I got my sugars under control, so I know what you're going through. Hope you don't have diabetes though.

I have recently started to get pins and needles too in my feet, usually my left foot. It happens mostly when I'm sat down. Stranglely enough it happens when I'm constipated. Is there a link? I am pretty healthy, I exercise a couple of times per week and I don't have bad eating or drinking habits, I don't think I am a candidate for poor circulation, then again I don't understand why I get constipated either!! I do have problems with irregular periods is there a link there maybe??? I just don't know but I'm fed up. Anybody have any advice?

i pretty sure this is like heat rash. look it up on the internet for symptoms etc.

While doing brisk exercise such as walking or running, within 10 minutes I have to stop due to intense itching(thighs/belly). The only way to describe this is like having pins and needles. How can I overcome this? It also happens when using vibration plates. Help I want to loose weight.
