Conditions with symptom: 'raised lumps'
About six months ago I had a burning sensation when I went for a wee, so I had a look and found a small raised white lump inside my vagina. It went away after about a week but today it was hurting to urinate again so I had another look and there's a few raised reddish lumps and some are almost white-ish and there's discharge. What do you think it could be, what shall I do?
Could be anything from boils to an infection or std. You should go see your doctor immediately to get a proper diagnosis. It will be very quick and you'll probably get a course of antibiotics or a topical cream. Never worry, because your doctor will most likely have seen thousands of this thing before.
I increasingly getting more worried about these lumps on my shaft, they are the same colour as my skin but they are raised, the ones lower down look like hair follicles but the ones higher up are lumps but when I squeez them white stuff comes out, they don't itch and are not sore and do not smell. Would appreciate it if anyone knew how to cure it
They are perfectly normal, loads of people get them they are called fordyce spots and they are harmless, I've got them too buddy and as i said so do loads of folk, no need to panic.
I am 15 and I have large inner labia. I have never been sexually active or even kissed anybody. Around the fold of my inner and outer labia are white lumps that are raised and look like pimples. Also on the tips or ends of my inner labia, there are small dots/lumps. I don't know what they are or why they are there, hope its normal. I can't get them checked out as I live outback and would be scared to see a doctor anyways HELP?!
This is normal. Inner labia are often "longer" than outer labia and colored purple, brown, black, not pink
And why are you scared of the doctor? Have you ever been to a doctor or a dentist? Believe me, they've seen and heard it all before.
I get raised red lumps on my face cheeks seems to come and go but not sure what courses them sometimes they feel abit ichy but not all of the time.
i have a red raised rash on my upper arms and body its very itchy and hot the lumps are under my skin but noticable it feels like prickly heat can you help me
I have had constant itchy lower legs with what I think is heat lumps , this has been going on for just over a year. it's red and my lower legs are now quite scarred, the lumps are usually red, raised and sometimes quite firm with dry scaly skin from scarring and constant scratching. I've used so many different creams from different antihistamine creams and antibacterial cream and camaline lotion for chicken pox nothing has worked so far , I've been to the doctors and haven't even asked to look at my legs , they've just given me strong antihistamine tablets , I know I've only been taking them for a week but I've seen no improvement, some one please help me I can't take it anymore!!!does anyone know what this may be??
I started itching with a rash of small red lumps on my arms around 6 months ago. The itching was so intense i would scratch till the lumps would bleed consequently leading to scabs which i would also scratch off with more bleeding. This has now progressed all over my body from the neck down. I must have hundreds of lumps. Like yourself i have used countless creams and antihistamines to no avail. I even treated myself for scabies in desperation ! About a month ago after a referral to a dermatologist i finally had a skin biopsy and some blood tests. i have now recieved the results confirming a condition called Nodular Prurigo. The cause is unknown. I am due to start UVB treatment on Monday. This is the only thing known to help. I hope this works because if it doesn't i will go out of my mind !
Do you have varicose veins? If the itching is on your lower limbs it could be varicose eczema. A low dose steroid is good for specific areas and compression hosiery can help.
Hi, when me and my boyfriend have sex, the skin on the opening of my vagina, at the bottom is raised, becomes red and sore to the touch. There is no puss, they're just lumps that occur during sex. I've had an STD screening and it came back negative so there was nothing more they could do. It has nothing to do with lubrication or "Foreplay", as i do get very wet. Please give us an answer. Thank you.
