I am 14 years old and i am already a 32DD or E. Im scared of my breasts becoming too heavy and sagging. Some websites say its better to wear a bra to support them and some say its better to not wear one at all so the muscles can work properly. Im not sure what to believe or what to do to prevent my breasts from sagging. Is it even natural for them to sag? I dont want them to. Can you please help me?

Hello I am 14 too and also have 32DD this is normal and to help me find a good fitting bra I went to a bra fitting at M&S so I now have better supported bra's for everyday things and sport's since I am a very active person. Yes it is natural for large boobs to sag since of the weght.

hey girls i had the same problem when i was your age i was a 30E, am a 32H and i have to get most of my bras specially made and they cost alot of money! my boobs are rather saggy and hurt my back but i have planned to get a boob reduction for my 21st birthday:)

My eyes water, plus i have sagging eyes, but i am only 13, it makes me look ugly and i really don't like it, how do i get rid of the sagging eyes and make myself look generally happier?

Hi, I'm 19 and have 36 DD boobs, since having my son I went up to a 38 G. And since my boobs have come back down to a DD they are really sagging, when I lie down in bed they totally droop to the sides, not only do they droop but there is so much excess skin on them, when I where a bra all the excess skin crinkled up, it has already put a strain on my relationship because I won't be naked in front of him anymore. The same has happened with my stomach due to having an emergency C-section. I exercise & exercise but it sags, have lost all my baby weight but it still sags and I have some excess skin, is there anything I can do about this? I really want surgery but can't afford it. Its really making me feel depressed now, I have no self confidence what so ever x

im 17 and i have large breasts. they are a size 38C sometimes a 38D. i have always had larger breasts than most people my age. i went straight from nothing to a size 36B/C. the thing that i am sooo self concious about it sagging. it seems that they are sagging and im quite worried as im still a young woman. im afraid that when i decide to take it to the next level and have my boyfriend see my top half naked, he will be turned off because of my breasts. i never let anyone see them because im way to self concious about them. it has had a big effect on my life and i feel like i am the only young woman out there that has this problem. i know there isnt anything i can do without surgery, but im just really embarassed about it. how can i get more self confidence about this? and is there anyone else out there that has this problem?

Depending on the area you live, you could be entitled to NHS. See your doctor about the problem. They will point you in the right direction, either to a reputable surgeon or someone to speak to about how you're feeling. If you don't want to see your local doctor then head straight to a surgeon for advice of what can be done to change your breasts

i lost my virginity at recently at 22..I didn't lose it willingly it was forced..and even now it's forced..and its been more than 15 times..it hurts alot..mentally and physically..my question is..i noticed there is this skin at the bottom of the vagina opening near to the anus,it seemed a little sagging like it's supposed to be torn but it's not and therefore its bulging out..and every time i wash myself and feel it,it made me feel disgusted with myself..definitely if I could have my virginity back and feel how I used to feel,I would want to..do I need help?I ever thought of going for hymenoplasty to help me go through my mental state..but I really don't know what i should do..

Hi, Im 15 years old and my breast size is 36f, and are noticeably sagging. Its extremely embarrassing and I've been depressed about it for about a year now. I also keep on getting terrible back and neck pain, could this be due to my breasts? and is there anything i could do to help them with the sagging issue?

go to see your GP to prescribe medicine or something for the pain . my breasts are big but not to the point to having pain . you are still way too young to have a breast reduction but when you are old enough consider it as a very last resort with the sagging well try a different bra in m&s there are loads of different bras such as one that lifts up your breasts and you may find that that sort off bra will take the strain offf your back and neck x Hope you are ok !?!? x

one of my mates is 14 and a 34E, she said she has pain on her back and neck coz of her breasts, so it is probably them that are causing you pain. you could try wearing a support bra, so they don't put as much pain on you back. I'm not to sure though about the sagging tissue because everyone has that no matter what size they are. I hope this helps you x

i have always had a decent size pair.but after breats feeding my daughter they have began sagging even more than before. i cant stand looking in the mirror. they dont look bad because im not the thinest of girls, but the sagging is really embarrassing and hate the though of having to show them to future partners. help!!

I'm 19, and I'm kind of worried my breasts are sagging, I'm a 32E/DD and I have an hour glass shaped body so my waist is really small and I'm only about 5'5". I feel like my breasts are way too big for my body and are disproportionate to the rest of me. I've been on and off the pill for about 3 years, switched a few times to see if anything changes, at the moment I'm on Brenda, but usually my breasts swell a lot when I'm on the pill, but this time around they aren't, makes me feel like they're sagging. My boyfriend often comments and says the word 'saggy' but I think that's probably just because he uneducated about what sagging actually looks like, but I'm getting really self conscious about it. I used to be so happy with my breasts, they were my best feature..and now I feel like they're my worst and most embarrassing.

I'm worried that my breasts are sagging? Or is it just that they're still almost filling up while they grow? I'm 15 and I started my period last year so I'm still developing. Well I'd like to think so. Im a 32DD and I don't want this to be an issue as I get even older. How can I stop them sagging? Without surgery etc as I'm only 15. Can doing sport help or wearing Specific bras or anything? I'm really self conscious off this issue please help!?

Doing more sports definitely tightens up your breasts and reduces sagging, but it also stops your breasts from growing any bigger and may reduce their size anyway. There's no need to wear a specific bra unless the current bras you're using feel uncomfortable or don't seem like they fully support your breasts. If this is the case you might want to try a smaller size or a larger size bra- smaller to bring them up and keep them in shape to avoid discomfort and bigger to give them room. Whatever feels better for you is always the best way to go. If you're really worried there may be a problem with your breasts I advise going to see your GP for an examination.

I have had excess skin in my stomache since i had my first child at 21 - im not over weight and i managed to get my pre-pregnacy body back accept for this skin problem. I tried to titen the skin for 3yrs before getting pregnant again with no luck. But now iv had my second child i cant cope with the fact that no matter what i do i will not be able to get rid of this sagging skin, other than to have surgary - or is there? My doc did not even want to look at it before saying there is nothing that can be done - so confirmation would be a start. I worry that my top is going to lift up people will see it exspechally when i play with my daughter on the park for example. Im desperate can you advise me or even point me in the right direction as Im going mad and cant cope - its recked my life.
