I can not move whilst this is occurring and fear that if i do somehow i will act out the visualisations i am having. Can you please help?

Hello. I'm 15 years old and my penis is 8 inches soft and 10.5 inches when erect. Plus my foreskin covers my erect penis. Am I a freak? I feel like an elephant in the locker room. All the other boys are so much smaller and many have less foreskin than me. Should I tell my parents that i need to have surgery to be smaller or at least have my foreskin shortened??

No you should be proud to have a big penis, if when you wank your penis foreskin hurts or you cant pull the foreskin back then id go to your doctor, i had the same issue and got my foreskin loosened so i could pull it back.

Also, I'm 15 too so it's good to compare with omeone my age.

Hi, I am 13 and I had my second period when I was at my dads house about a week ago. I only had one pad and 16 tampons, So i decided to use at tampon for the first time. so i read through the instructions booklet and inserted it correctly because i couldnt feel anything. So i stood up from the toilet and all of a sudden i felt like i was going to vomit, i was really hot, i was dizzy, i couldnt hear anything, my eyes went blurry and was getting really worried. So i took the tampon out immediately and i felt a little bit sick for a short time after but felt fine for the rest of the night. The next day i had a sore throat, aching limbs and the common symptoms for the flu. It has now been nearly a full week and i still have the flu and I am on antibiotics for an ear infection. I was starting to suspect tss maybe? Please help

Look im not a professional, but perhaps you're allergic to some of the chemicals or bleaches in tampons.. I reccomend using an alternative (try researchig menstrual cups) as they are usually made of latex or medical grade silicone. I juat know I cant wear them because they hurt me (dry and rough)

hi there yeah my son has diplegia it means that mainly 2 limbs are affected but usually all are but slightly less than the other 2 it is usually tighting of the limbs as in my sons case his lower limbs are very tight but he still has problems with his arms and hands he has gross and fine motor problems to and some days it will be worse than others for eg my sons legs get very sore hope this helps xx

I watched this part of the show with interest as I too have gentically inherited lymphoedema. I think that the lady featured with this condition should also be wearing compression hosiery on the afflicted limbs and not only just going for drainage massage. I think this should have been mentioned. The action of the hosiery works by aiding lymph flow in the leg by massaging the leg during movement as well as when stationary. By doing this she will be able to maintain the size of her affected limbs more effectively. I have worn my hosiery for the 10 years I've had this condition and my legs look pratically normal but this is because I wear them religiously every day which is the recommended thing to do. Also losing weight helps in this condition as there is less pressure on the limbs. Exercise is also strongly encouraged to help the lymph flow. I think she should have also been referred to an NHS lymphoedema clinic which would also help manage the condition and give her hosiery and monitor her progress.

I'm 14 and I have half of an enlarged libia, the left, and it's horrible! Is there anyway I can get it shortened? I know it sounds horrible but I really hate having it...

yeah same ! ... but on both sides :L i asked mum and she said its a bit early and all that , but as soon as your above 16/18 you can have surgery to change it i think x

i'm in the EXACT same position, i don't know how i'm suppose to tell my mum. it's uncomfortable when i'm walking (like it rubs on my knicker) and it stop me from going further with boys and stuff. i'm lost my vaginity and i love my boyfriend so it's not so bad for me but if we split, it would be so embarassing infount of other boys. i can't tell my mum about it, that would be stuch and awkward convosation, so i don't get who i am suppose to talk about these things with. i want surgry but i think it cost? any ideas on anything you have just read:-/

Hi Cherelle, a shortened cycle can sometimes mean a hormonal inbalance, which is most cases can be sorted out. This can cause problems in trying to get pregnant, but there are lots of things that can be done. My advice would be go to to your GP or your nearest family planning clinic and get them to check out your oestrogen levels. Good luck!

Well I have tihs problem but not as much as the lady shown on tv, i jus have one larger labia minora(which hangs slightly), but nearer to my clitoris. It does become really uncomfortable for me sometimes, and it makes me want to itch or put my self right.Obviously i would LOVE to have it shortened, but we cant have everything. I'm also concious about it for when i'm next in the bedroom, but I am really pleased to hear that I am not the only one. So what....we're ALL different. Cheers!

you could have but you usally lose weight not gain

You don't always lose weight. With excess insulin comes weight gain. You should ask to be checked out - either way, you'll at least know how to proceed.

It will hurt for a while like 3 month's, but your doctor should have given you pain pills for that...My problem is the shortened penis as a result of the procedure..I want to grow my penis, but every time I use a penis pump it will only stretch so far and stop, then start to hurt.

I am 19 and have large labia lips. I find it really uncomfortable and sometimes have to ajust it so it doesnt hurt me when i walk. It was embarrassing having to explain to my boyfriend before we had sex for the first time that i have an enlarger labia, but he doesnt seem to mind and finds it quite sexy. But i would like to get it shortened cause it is cause me discomfort. Does anyone know the best option? i cant afford an operation.

Hi I'm 17 and have always complained of "growing pains" since the age of when I could talk in all areas affecting joints, whole limbs and even the shins. They have continued throughout my whole life but now I'm at an age where I haven't grown for a few years and the pain has become much more intense. Especially in the last 3 years, I have had a mixture of dull aching and sharp pains, affecting areas such as wrists, ankles, fingers, knuckles, elbows, shoulders, hips, toes, and even the shins still. I have the pains pretty much all day and all night long, varying in the time of day when it is most intense, but does seem to be a lot worse in winter or when it is cold or damp. I have had numerous blood tests, x-rays and a even full body MRI scan; all of which came back negative and seem to say nothing is wrong. I had tried physiotherapy which had no success, and common pain killers and drugs prescribed such as co codamol and lodine and some others have no affect either. I have very clicky and bendy joints and have been diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome, but I fear it is much more than that, seeing as areas such as the shins are not joints. The pain also often spreads from one joint to a nearby one, and is most persistent in the left limbs, often causing them to feel "heavy" and I am often unable to raise my arms etc. Do you have any idea what this may be? Nobody seems to have any clue, thanks for your time.

Hi jst woundering if these simtons started after an injury. First the pain was in one joint and then spread to others.

@ Zoe, I didn't have any specific injury or trauma or anything which could have triggered it as far as I'm aware. When I say it sometimes starts in one joint and spreads to others, I mean on a daily basis

After watching tonight's programme, I can now give my 57 year old partner the medical term for his condition (Poland's Syndrome) when he comes in from work later. He has always been embarassed about his lack of chest muscle. (He was born with BOTH hands webbed and shortened fingers). In past times, one just had to put up with certain conditions and he has never asked a doctor about it. Thank you for producing such an informative programme. We could have done with this years ago!

I actually broke the middle knuckle on my little finger and now my finger is permanently bent. The doctors tell me the bone has healed properly and it's my tendons and ligaments that have shortened or are now unable to allow me to straighten the finger. I've been going through hand therapy and physio therapy for about 6 months after the original injury but it hasn't helped much. I've also had steroid injections and that did nothing as well. Would this injection treatment I saw on embarrassing bodies help me?

My daughter has AMC. In the womb she was diagnosed with a fatal type of AMC thought to involve her central nervous system but she was a fighter and is now 14 weeks old:-) every day we learn something new about her condition. We are in the early stages of treatment but we are optimistic :-) unfortunately her legs are badly effected and she has structural problems as well as the arthrogryposis and no movement in the lower limbs but we will do what we can to get her walking!

I was born with Arthrogryposis in 1952 and my arms were rigid but my Mum massaged my arms everyday and eventually found my elbows much to the hospitals surprise. Was told I wouldn't walk or talk but I did although it took me a bit longer. I went to mainstream school and they helped a lot. I did ballet and tap and ballroom dancing, held down a Secretarial job for 10 years then left and had four children so there is a lot of hope for your daughter!

Hi I am 51 and have cp mad bilateral club foot deformities, I have had both legs operated on with muscle transfers and tendon releases, I have been really luck to have all of this treatment to keep me walking but the pain every day is wearing me down, I work 3 days in a school as a TA and swimming Teacher and they are sending me to occupational health soon because I had some more time of lately with sciatica, do you think yoga would help me with my day and night pain, I have little to no balance as my feet have been shortened to a size 2 1/2 from a size five with all the ops so would yoga be possible for me.

I agree that this game is offensive. I have been a Hs sufferer for years and do not feel that I have ever had sympathy or understanding from the NHS from my GP or from the public and now we know why. Let's make a game about diabetes... Similar to buckaroo where you keep giving the patient sugar until their limbs fall off, that would be equally hilarious. Horrible horrible prejudices from doctors :(
