Hello. I am 15, and I know it may sound stupid, but i saw a facebook group for what each bra size means (They may not be true but they are small(est) sizes) I am a 34B, and the meaning for a B bra size is 'Barely anything there' or something like that. I am worried that my breasts are small because i see girls at school in my year and i feel mine are small compared to theirs but i feel like my breasts may be bigger than a B, maybe a C. Do i have small breasts for my age and do i need to be worried? Thanks :)

I saw this group too. Don't worry, it's a load of rubbish. I'm also 15, and have am a 32E, whereas my friend (also 15) is a 32A. What I'm trying to say is we all come in different shapes and sizes, and we're all perfect as we are. If you're meant to grow more, then you will. Don't worry about it :)

Hi. I'm 15, and am a 36-38 B. I am 5''7 and am a little larger than most. My mum is a 34 A. However, she us a small women and skinny. I am quit concious of my breasts, as many of my friends have larger breasts than I. I have heard that if your mum as small breasts then you shall too. And I was wondering if this is true, as I would like mine to be a little bigger. :/

It is normally true that if other women in your family have small breasts, then yours will be small too. At 15, it's likely that your breasts have stopped growing. But don't stress! Not all men like huge bouncing boobies. And smaller breasts tend to stay pert for longer. I myself am a 32B, and I've struggled with self confidence for years. But you just need to try to be happy with the body that you have. It's the only one that you'll ever have, so there's little point in being upset about it. Consider it as a gift, and over time you will begin to feel more confident in yourself. The ultimate key to beauty is self-confidence and self love, so be glad of the looks that you have, and enjoy them! :D

I am a 15 year old girl, and I have really small breasts. I am constantly self concious about them, My boyfriend tells me that he dosnt care but i do!! They are really slow developing and i feel really down when i see my friends who can show off their larger boobs in low cut tops! The women in my family have really big breasts and it seems to be im the only one with small ones. My mother says its because I am so skinny, Yes i am slim but also i am tall, But i know girls my size and height with bigger breasts than me!! I know I would really like to know if i'm normal because i'm scared they won't get any bigger :(

im 10 years older than you and i still have small boobs! i have gone through the same thing feeling very embarassed as all my friends are a C cup. i am still a little down about it. i used to want surgery, but i realised that id rather keep the money and just try to accept what i have in life. and surgery doesnt always go right anyway, so it would cost you money to RUIN your body? whats the point in that? i would rather keep the money. i have come to realise that boobs arent everything. alot of the prettiest girls out there (all the tall slim models and other ordinary girls with small boobs) have small boobs and they are considered to be gorgeous women :) another point is that boobs only jobs are meant to be for ONE thing: to feed babies! thats all they were designed for. so i doubt a baby would care what size they are! and when you get pregnant (in later years!) they grow anyway! another point (my best point!) all the other girls with bigger breasts, they will sag when they get older ;) and we will still have perky breasts!! ;) i have learnt to realise that if im (sort of) ok with not having huge boobs, and my boyfriend is ok about it, then thats the only people who matter! if you are still down about small boobs, try to focus on another body part you can be proud of! i may not have big boobs, but i get compliments on my nice bum, nice slim figure, nice eyes and nice smile :) those features are alot better anyway. hope everything gets better.

hi, im 16 years of age and my breasts are a real concern i've told my mother but she just says not to worry. i feel like my breasts are too small i'm a 32b but i want 32c breasts, and also my right breast is smaller than the left breast.i started puberty at 7 but started to develop breasts at 11, thought they would even out but no change, there are certain things i would self concious about like wearing a bikini on the beach bcuz my breasts are not being even in size, i havent yet seen my GP about it because im worried about them not being able to do anything about it. HELP! what can i do about it!!

Hi Rihanna, Your boobs dont seem to much of a worry, if your breasts fit a 32b and one is really to big for that bra and the other is to small, that is when you need to be concerned. But from what i have read you dont seem to have much to worry about. Your bikini thing... dont worry about what people think! Everyone has there own problems. If its getting you down go to your GP trust me they are really helpful and explain you think you have Assymetic breasts. :) x

I'm 15 and have assymetrical breasts. One is really large and has a big nipple the other is small with a small nipple. It lowers my self confidence and I hate looking at my breasts. Is there any ways other than surgery to fix this?

Yes! I had the exact same problem. Is your smaller breast sort of more cone shaped than round? If so then you have tubular tissue in that breast. I went to see my GP when I was 16 about this and when I reached 18 (to make sure I had stopped growing) they operated on me. First I had a type of balloon in my smaller breast to stretch the skin and nipple, then last week I had implants in both my breasts to make them the same sizes. So my advice is to go and see your GP and get the ball rolling if you think surgery is the way for you. Hope this helps! x

I'm the same, and I'm also 15. On the left I am a B cup and on the right I am an A or an AA cup but I can't be sure. This means when I get measured for a bra I average at about an A cup, so on one side the bra is too big and on the other it is too small. Any suggestions?

I'm 19 and have issues with my breasts, I am 32A I have very minimum breast tissue, and my breasts at a glance just appear to be a large almost ballooned nipple, where my breasts look like very small triangles. I'm not the only one to notice this friends laugh and joke as well as boys. I just don't feel womanly at all and they get me down. Does anyone know how this could be solved or who to see?

I am 27, and used to have 34B-C cup breasts. I've since ha tow children and breastfed my youngest until she was 2. Since stopping, my breasts are less than and A cup. I can't use a padded bra, because there is nothing to push up any more. I'm 27 with a body of an 87 year old. Empty small horrible breasts. Will they ever go back to how they were? I have been doing exercises to help build up the muscles behind them for a good 8 months, and nothing has helped. Will anything other than surgery help?

I am exactly the same! It's very disheartening as clothes don't fit properly and you don't feel like a woman. As far as I have researched a boob job is it. Nothing else really works other than pregnancy/breast feeding for me!

Hi i am a thirteen year old girl and my breasts are....... I don't know, plain weird and not to mention small and on top of all EMBARRASSING!!!! It is pretty embarrassing since all of my friends can fit into a size 36D bras while i am just 34B. Almost everyone else in class has just about perfect breasts and during physical education class they are always flaunting it. I, on the other hand, always feel left out and like a weirdo. Also my breasts seem tubular and they have lumps. My mom noticed that they are not as round as normal breasts and she took me to see a doctor who said that's just hormones and i will grow out of it. That was a year ago. My breasts aren't really growing much and I am freaking out. I cannot wear all those clothes like girls with normal breasts. Every night i cry myself to sleep because of this. Im soo depressed. Can someone please help me? I am so desperate. Also if this is useful i started my periods 2 years ago. My breasts began growing two and a half years now. Help me PLEASE !!!!!!! :'(

First of all I want to say it's great you've talked to your Mom about it and your doctor. Finding another doctor who knows more about tubular breasts might help also? I've had the same condition since I was your age and I'm now 24. The best things I've found are maintaining a healthy weight and staying slim, taking vitamins and supplements, using good skin care on my breasts, (especially because mine have been COVERED in stretch marks since 13) wearing bras and bikinis with molded cups or push up bras to give my breasts good shape in clothes, keeping fit but making sure I wear a sports bra whenever I work out, getting enough sleep, taking care of myself and being healthy in general. There are lots of ways I've learned to cope and improve my body too. I'm still self conscious but it's never been a problem for getting or keeping a boyfriend - focus on other things like your personality, intelligence, etc. and remember the world doesn't end with your breasts! Focus on your good qualities physically too and play them up - your beautiful face, great legs, nice skin, whatever it is. Focus on your best features and don't compare yourself to your friends. Even if that means being a little more modest to avoid feeling uncomfortable. There's nothing worse than a nasty comment from an unhelpful friend! Just don't take it to heart because girls can be so stupid! Get changed in private if you need to instead of in a common changeroom or whatever. I don't know if you actually have tubular breasts or if you just have normal breasts but are feeling like you're different from everyone else. If want to get something changed about your breasts cosmetically later on in life, I really wouldn't recommend surgery is as this can leave you with lots of scars and loss of feeling to your breasts through nerve damage. Instead maybe your parents can consult Cindy Jackson, an expert on cosmetic makeovers: http://www.cindyjackson.com/consultations-vip/info_31.html for things that can be done when you're older to make you feel more comfortable in your skin. If you're ok with nudity there's a site showing what's normal in healthy breasts of different shapes and sizes, promoting a more realistic and holistic body image. It's http://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php (WARNING this site has photos of breasts so do not enter if that offends you!) I'm sure there will be lots of photos of women's breasts that are normal and healthy and just like yours, so don't feel weird or depressed. Even if you have tuberous breasts they may be less common, but are still part of normal body variation and lots of other people have the same. Women with tuberous breasts live happy normal lives, get married, have kids etc. It is NOT the end of the world. :) Please just learn to love yourself and take good care of yourself and trust that looking a certain way is not that important! Hope this helps! Much love and God bless.

Thank you so much for replying Bianca. You are a lifesaver. God bless You and keep on being AMAZING. Xoxo amber

I'm only 19 years old but my breasts have gotten so saggy and deflated that it's incredibly embarrassing. My pores are very open & get clogged occasionally. A lot of the time my entire breast is wrinkled. I used to be 150 pounds in 7th grade & had DD breasts but then that same summer I shrunk down to 128 and went down to a small C. My weight has yoyo'd ever since from between 128 to 145 over the past years but my breasts size has stayed relatively the same. Is all this happening to my breasts because my weight has yoyo'd?

Girls worried about small breasts... I have always had small breasts and I used to feel like I wasn't a proper woman. I was a 34A before I had my 3 daughters and after I breast fed them I went down so small there isn't a bra size that fits me at all! If I work it out using instructions on websites, I'm a 34AAA! But you know what? I'm now 47 and I'm so glad I never had surgery... I've grown to like my breasts the way they are. I'm the only 47 year old I know who's boobs don't sag! It's never put men off either, I've never had a problem finding men who like small boobs. Don't go and butcher yourself on a whim... give yourself time and you might find you feel the same way as me :)

Hi Angie and the girls on this website. I'm with you all the way on that comment! I'm 42 now and I have size A breasts too. You'll find that when you have children and breastfeed all the weight goes out of your breasts so you end up with droopy little sacks. I never had this problem. Nowadays my friends are all complaining that they are saggy and I'm just as pert as I've always been. My partner doesn't really find this a problem - in fact I've never met a man who has. It's confidence they notice, not your measurements. Try to love every bit of you and don't dwell on what's not perfect - I can guarantee that everyone has something they dislike!

im 16 everyone says i hav the perfect body but im soo self concius and quiet depressive over my small breasts i feel lik a boy ..! im still a virgin my friends all hav big breasts and are sexually active . do u think this is the reason my breasts are small?

Being sexually active doesn't make your breasts any larger. You are only 16 and you are still developing. Usually when girls get their periods at a very early age their breasts of course start to develop and when girls get their periods at a later age of 14 or 15 of course they are considered late bloomers so of course their breasts are smaller than that of a girl who has developed earlier. Bottom line though most guys don't care about that. Most guys are grossed out by large breasts. And the larger the breasts the more they will sag later. So be confident and be happy to have small perky breasts that will still be perky long after your friends have drooped. By the way I felt the same as you being 68 pounds in 9th grade & I was still 95 pounds long after graduating from college. I was always worried about guys making fun of my small breasts but don't worry! Like I said a real guy will like you just the way you are!

Theres nothing wrong with small breast, I notice a lot of females feel they need large breast to be beautiful and thats not the case. Love what you have and keep in mind when the years pass and all your friends are drooping you wont be you'll still have beautiful breast

Katie, don't be upset about them! Guys like all types of breasts. I like only small breasts (sizez A and B, but mostly A), all my girlfriends had small breasts. I can'd imagine being with a girl who has larger boobs. So, don't wory.

Hi I really feel embarrased about my breasts they are really small I am 18 years old my breasts started developing wen I was about 15 I always wear a bra even when I sleep because if i don't then you can see how small they are I would really apreciate if somoene out there now how to get them just a litlle bigger I am a women now but doesn't feel like a women with small breasts , please comment if having a answer

Hi. I'm 18 and have really small boobs and it used to bother me but now I've accepted it. You should look at the positives, like being able to fit in clothes and never getting gross boob sweat. Remember, most models have tiny boobs too. Also know that when it comes to having sex and what not, most guys just like all boobs. I became more confident with my boobs because my boyfriend seems to love them, even though they're small. But the only way to go about making them bigger is surgery. There are various creams on the market, but I don't know how viable they are. Stay confident :)

Embrace it. Don't be embarrassed. Someone out there will think they're the most wonderful boobs in the world.

Help!!!! I'm 20 and I've got small and I mean small breasts you'd probably not believe how small if you saw them, they do get me down because everyone else my age have normal sized breasts...I don't like undreesing infront of my boyfriend, I am a size 32aa HEELP me please b!!!!!!!

im tiny as well! dont worry bout it, you should talk to your boyfriend about it, im sure he wont mind. Just hold your head up high and forget what other people say. lots of love Emma

I am a 30 year old man and want to help females out with there personal issue's they got so I want to say Don't worry about the size of your breasts as if your boyfriend loves you enough then you got nothing to worry about, my ex girl friend was only a 34a and it didn't bother me at all!! and she was like your self worried about the size but I re asured her that she got nothing to worry about, so don't worry about them. But Talk to your boy friend if your that concerned but you will probably find that he will re asure you that you got nothing to worry about. Just remember breasts is for breast feeding baby's and NOT! for a man's pleasure.. I hope this helps you in the future and take care Marcus

A lot of girls don't develop until later on in life, and I'm not talking ages, just a year, for some a few months, but don't fret, I'm 17, am 5ft8 and average weight, I'm not skinny, but I'm not fat either, I also have small breasts, only an A cup and my friends also have larger breasts than me, but I feel okay with mine, I've accepted that mine are small and may still grow because I'm young. In relation to the other reply on this comment, you are still really young, I didn't even need a bra at that age. All I'm really trying to say, to both of you and anyone else, is that don't despair, breasts are all different and grow at very very different rates, but I don't want to build false hopes either, some people naturally have small breasts but that's nothing to be ashamed of. Hope this has helped!

Please don't worry too much about it, especially at your age: Many girls don't even start to develop breasts at 13. Yours are going to change and probably grow bigger in the next few years. And even if they stay small: Small breasts are nothing to worry about! They do not make you any less sexy or feminine at all. My girlfriend has a-cups at age 18, and I absolutely love her breasts.

I am 16 years old and my breasts have reached a size 32B. For all those with small breast, I wouldn't worry :). My breasts haven't grown since I was 13 years old and I am perfectly happy. Why? Because I wont have back aches caused by heavy breast, my breasts wont sag as much and at night I can sleep on my front! Having small breasts is NOT a curse :) (AND I have had plenty of boyfriends)

I have veeeery small breasts myself (almost flat chest) and 2 kids (which were successfully breastfeed, by the way). I wish I had my breasts bigger but there is not much I can do, except surgery, and that's not really something I plan to go for. "Big boobs" are more and more out of trend and I see celebrities being natural and proud of. My husband says I have small and kinky breasts, which he loves. So, better try not to compare yourself to others, we're not plastic dolls, all alike; we're women and each of us can be seductive, attractive and successful in her personal life by being herself.

I'm 24 and I was the same as you growing up Olivia. I was also very skinny with small breasts but it never bothered me. I think if I had have had a larger body frame I would have looked odd with small breasts but as I'm skinny they suit my shape. My breasts are slightly larger now, but still a modest 34B which I'm perfectly content with and so is my partner.

You can say that if your 36 c, try 23 2 kids later and been 32 a, my gran has breast cancer and its awfull, weather or not u have large or small breasts you can develop breast cancer. I feel for everyone who has small breasts it ruins the start of your day when you get dressed and continues from there. I have had same size breasts since I was 11, its depressing realy wish there was a non surgical root.

Im quite skinny and I have small breasts and mostly all the girls in my class have bigger breasts and it makes me feel self concious. Im only 12 but it's worrying because im worried that I might start getting teased for it. I went on this website and it said that if you do a few exercises, eat healthy, massage them and drink alot of milk it helps but I don't want to do some of this. I have a healthy diet, i drink lots of milk and i exercise everyday for 2 hours but it dosent help. I need advice. I don't know why it's not working but I want bigger breasts. What should I do?!

Yes, you're normal. Breasts really do come in all shapes and sizes, and one of those sizes happens to be "small". I'm not sure what the statistics are in the UK, but in the US (my home country), around 15% of girls wear an A cup. I happen to also have small breasts. I still feel a little insecure about them, but I mostly don't care any more. Boobs are boobs, and your partner will really just like the fact that you have any breasts at all. Own your breast size, and no one will be able to criticize you for it. Confidence is super sexy.

i can relate to how everyone is feeling all my life ive had a problem with my breasts,my left is smaller than an A and my right is a B.its more noticable on me as my breasts are so small, and i cant get a bra to fit cos when i buy a B cup it slips up over my small breast when i stretch.ive suffered with this problem for over 15 years cos im to embarrassed to see the doctor.the only time i was every happy with my breasts is when i got mastitis trying to breast feed, but they soon returned to there original size.

I am 32 and I also have tuberous breasts, I have always just thought that I was small. When I watched embarrassing bodies and seen Jane who had the same type of breasts as me I then realized that it wasn't about me feeling they were small but that it was a condition. I would realm like to have corrective surgery I have suffered with loathing my breasts and body since the age of 13 and still feel unsecure about them. It is also having an effect on my personal life as well as suffering from depression for the past 15 years it is also having an impact on my marriage I hate getting intimate with my husband and I am pushing him away as I feel as though he would prefer a lady who has nice normal breasts, although he tries to assure me that this is not the case. Please help

this probably means your period will start soon and as for boobs it depends on your family, if you mother has large breasts you may too. I myself am small and skinny and have small breasts it's just heredatory and not something to be ashamed of
