Conditions with symptom: 'spot'
Hi, I'm 13 and I have a different type of spot, not ones like acne, but a spot none the less. When i was about 6 i noticed a sort of thick spot on my face, skin toned, but it looks as if it has lots of little white heads, i've tried to get them out but the spot is too hard. when i went to the doctor he said it would go down, but it hasn't not by much. it's gotten to a point when i'm being judged at school. If anyone has any ideas how to get rid of it that would be great, although i'm not that keen on going under the knief.
Hi im 24 years old. Never been sexually active. Im slightly overweight so started going to the gym everyday. I seemed to have a developed a spot on my left labia minora and it is also swollen. I reckon it swelled up and then the spot developed from chafing. The spot looks like a regular spot. Its very painful and i cant walk or sit its so painful. What could it be? What is the reason? And what is the solution? Im quite worried that it could be something serious.
Mostly likely its a cyst. I get the annoying painful little things quite frequently. Some are nice and stay small and some go evil on you and cause a massive swelling. Freaky but usually not serious. You can get them from having to tight of clothing or fold of skin gets pinched and fills up with squished fluid from your cells, or a little nick from shaving or a little bit to much skin came off when waxing has gotten you if you keep it trim down there has let in some bacteria and the abrasion or hole has closed up trapping the infection. For the most part try soaking in a very warm bath filled with Epsom salts for 15 minutes and applying as hot a moist compress as your labia will allow for 15 minutes every few hours. I also usually add some antibiotic cream to kill any germs down there and eventually it SHOULD "pop" on its own. If its a cyst, if not well at least you got some soothing bath time, can take up to a week of this, I usually get about 3 days before mine will pop on their own, bath soaks morning and night and hot compresses as much in the day as I can if I'm not working. If I'm working all I get are the hot baths. Do NOT attempt to stab it even with a sterile needle on your own.I know its tempting but really don't do it, staph infections are NOT fun and a real possibility if you try that method. Once it pops you can GENTLY from the very outer edges press down and move towards the "head"(or hole now where all the gross stuff is leaving you) expect blood, puss, clear liquid, stuff the constancy of cottage cheese, one or all of them is possible. For cysts you can also go to the Dr, but I personally having just experienced this method yesterday...do not recommend, at least not for lancing or removal. First they poke and prod you where it hurts, then they use a needle and do a local on you, then they wait a few minutes lance you with a sterile needle they squish out all the nasty infection. 24 hrs later my labia is more swollen then it was yesterday, more painful and having discovered the joy of them packing idoform gauze in the former cyst cavity to be painful, which is contributing to my inflamed swollen labia, and better yet I have a hole in me that isn't being allowed to close quickly(and yes there are good reasons for a slow heal from inside out which is what this method does) but mine is far enough back that urination is currently pure agony. I'm reduced to tears at the mere THOUGHT of having to urninate...I suffer from thunderclap migraines that no drugs touch the pain not even Oxicontin. I've been kicked in the leg by a horse with iron shoes, I've had my kneecap end up on the BACK of my leg...none of this compares, and yes I shrieked like the proverbial girl that I am, and the little one I once was. I have had cysts in that area before, that popped on their own(not quite that large but still a respectable size) and never experienced pain like this after I had done all the squish out all the gross stuff then a rinse with water and spraying of a antibiotic and slathering on a antibiotic cream. Not trying to scare you or be a TMI or to gross, but I seriously wish some forum somewhere had had the after the DR stabs you with a needle part... Make an informed decision, try the least invasive first and then step up if that isn't working. I'm not saying the Dr route is a bad one, in fact until the local wore off I actually felt pretty darn good with all that infection outta me, then reality hit. Yes its dang hard to sit with a cyst down there, or one that's now gone till it heals up, much less any other problem down there that will cause pain and swelling of the labia. In the end, do what's best for you, if you're really freaked go see a DR and let them put your mind at ease.

Its sore to touch. it could last up to a week then disappears and reoccurs at least once a month. do you know what this is likely to be?

I'm 18 and I'm sexually active with my boyfriend. We have only had sex with other other so STI's are out of the question right? I noticed a raised spot on my valva. It can be itchy and it's painful to touch. It doesn't look like a wart, just a normally spot. I'm unsure of anything comes out of it as it always looks clean but with a red spot so it could bleed a little. I've had it about over a week now and just worried of what it could be?
There's a purple spot on the tip of my penis, me and my girlfriend had sex and my penis slipped out and she sat on it pretty hard, now it seems like a bruise and it's a little inflamed in that spot only, but it's been4 days and the spot still looks the same, and it doesn't hurt. Hoping it's nothing bad..
I have a medium sized spot/lump on/under my scrotum near my shaft on the left side. It feels like a spot that you would get on your face but is bigger. Inside there is a part which is harder and is inside the spot/swelling. What could this be?
i have a spot on my penis. i am farly sure it is just a normal spot. is there any way of telling? it is like any other spot, red and sore. i had one before on my penis which developed into a whitehead before falling off like any other. should i worry?
I'm 36yrs old male,I've notice a sensitive spot on the back of my head, never had any spot on my head in my life, this spot is been on the back of my head for about 6months now I thought it was just a normal spot and will disappear in due cause but it hasn't,is very sensitive that when I rub my fingers on I feel a sharp pain and it get bigger,if I leave it without touching it go back to normal size.
I'd pop it if I was you, the swelling is probably just puss
