make up an try some spot cream than will make them soft and thay will just fade away that is what i did and i had the same problem as you!

My jaw is very painful, it could be tmj from what i have read. please help! it really hurts? i can barely open my mouth. sometimees i can open it wider than other times but usually in the night it gets stuck then shortly after i wake up and it gets a bit looser after but from today in the morning it was stuck and hasnt loosened. Even though it loosens sometimes the pain is always there especially when i open my mouth. And now when my mouth is shut i can feel it hurts and it feels swollen. I find it hard eating, i cant yawn and it feels like my mouth is in a weird position. When i open my mouth on the right side it feels restricted my ear and a bone near it seems to ache (i dont know if this is the jaw itself or a different bone). is it TMJ, problems with wisdom teeth (even though i cant see any coming through), or something i dnt know about? Please help, thank you :)

I also have tmj and suffered some pain on the one side of the jaw and clicking on the other. i went to see my GP who didn't offer me any advice, except that I should see a chiropractor. I have been seeing one now for a couple of months and the improvments have been amazing! Although i have to be aware of getting stressed, the treatment I have had has been well woth it

I have been diagnosed with tmj, and it sounds very much the same as mine, the cause for mine was stress and grinding while asleep, you can have a mouth guard made up but i found it didn't help much as i would chew that, my advice would be to see a specialist like i did at the dental hospital, i was then refered to a chronic pain clinic as its believed the tmj might have damaged some facial nerves. Now i take a mixture of drugs to block the pain but its taken about 10 years to get to this stage and the meds leave me tired and a little strange, i think if the doctors had known before it might not have gotten to this stage, for years i was told it was my wisdom teeth comming through. So push for answers and help from Your gp and dental hospital as some cases can last just a few months so i'm told. I wish You all the best in resolving Your pain.

I had an mouth ulcer on the roof of my mouth. My dentist told me it will disappear if I carry out a roof canal treatment. However it didn't. And now this ulcer has been sitting in my mouth for over a year now, I am really worried. It does not hurt normally but I can feel sometimes it goes bigger and sometimes smaller. Don't know what it is really, can anyone suggests pls?

I have white stuff which I think is thrush in my mouth on my tongue, roof of mouth, cheeks, side of mouth and now it looks like it's starting at the back of my throat too.I also have white creamy discharge down below too.My mouth is so sore I can't eat or drink anything. For the last few weeks I have been waking up at night drenched in sweat.I have had a temperature for two weeks and it won't go away. When I get out of bed I get so out of breath that I have to go back. Can thrush go away on its own?My mom made an appointment with a doctor because she's worried but I get really nervous at the doctors and don't really want to go.Is there anything I can do to make it go away on its own or lower my temperature(think I've tried everything though). Please help.

I have crohn's disease and currently have very bad angular chelitis on the right side of my mouth. I have tried lots of creams but nothing helps. It bleeds whenever I open my mouth to smile or eat and is very sore and ugly. I am currently on prednisone, azathioprine and am about to start on humira. This medication is stopping my gastrointestinal flaring and bleeding and my mouth ulcers, but doesn't seem to help the chelitis. I'm desperate to get rid of it!

I was recently diagnosed with behcets, I Am 21 years old and have had 5 outbreaks in 8 months. Each outbreak seems to be worse each time. It starts rapidly in the same spots every time. Mouth genitals mouth and hands. It's feels at first as if I'm being stabbed with thousands of needles and over the course of a few days my mouth is so bad I cannot even drink milk without being in extreme agony. I cannot walk because of the sores on my genitals. They are bigger than a 50 cent coin piece each and ooze blood and puss. It almost looks like a brown recluse bit me on my junk and my finger and mouth. Once it peaks my mouth hurts so bad I cannot talk. My mouth will start bleeding from my teeth rubbing against my tounge. Vicodin doesn't help at all. Nothing does. Has anyone ever expierenced it this bad? I just want it all to end. Even steroids aren't helping.

My son was diagnosed at age 19 with Behcets. Severe mouth ulcers, groin ulcers and on his face. Monthly infusions of Remicade have seen to be the best treatment with occasional prednisone in between.

I used to get relief from prednisone but it caused Cushing's so we had to stop... Have you tried colchicine or enbrel? I was on all of these before my doctors even considered Remicaid... Check out the American Behcet's Disease Association website, they give alot of treatment ideas, can help find doctors in your area and you can connect with other Behcet's people who can give you some ideas based on what worked for them. Good luck

I've had a sore mouth for about a week. One side of my mouth started to throb and then since this I have had several mouth ulcers around my Mouth.. Some by my tonsils and more clusters on the roof of my mouth and under my tongue. I have had mouth ulcers badly before (usually during my period) but this seems to be the most yet! My doctors have been very unhelpful. The pain is terrible and I can't eat. Please advise.

Ask your doctor to see a dermatologist, they offer a great treatment. I tried everything for 18 years and nothing worked untilli I started their treatment. It is not recommended for everyone as I can have side effects. Worth looking into tho. Hope it all works out.

I was diagnosed 5 days ago with oral thrush and was given a mouth rinse to swish and spit out. I also had a water infection 3 weeks ago and was given antibiotics to clear it up and Im thinking that may have started it, I also have a weak immune system. Ive noticed since yesterday that it looks to be getting worse, not only are the spots white but i now have red lesions on the sides of my mouth, Im leaving for holidays soon and even tho the Dr gave me enough to take along with me Im scared Im gonna get worse :-( Is it normal to still be getting more spots after 4 days of rinsing?

I have recently been referred by my doctor to the Sleeping clinic due to my snoring. After tests, I was advised to try the mandibular advancement splints. I purchased the one recommended by the NHS clinic and followed the procedure as instructed. However, almost instantly after moulding the mouthpiece to my teeth, I started feeling small lumps/blisters in my mouth. I still carried on wearing the device the whole night but when I woke up in the morning, my mouth was really sore and full of blisters. The one under the tongue especially was really bloody. I can feel tiny little spots all over my mouth. Could I be allergic to the material (thermoplastic)? Please help as I cannot find any information on this matter !

I am nearly 14 and have had spots in the same place for about 9 months. I get spots on my chin and around the mouth , about 10-12 big ones that won't go away. They are sore.I have tried many over the counter treatments as well as a good diet, tee tree oil. They are bad apots, but i am not sure if they are bad enough to go to the doctor or not. If i do go what is the doctor likely to do about it?

Okay, I would advise you to take a pregnancy test immediately because you CAN get pregnant through matsturbation if the boy or you has sperm on his/your fingers. Don't panic, just take a test and go from there. There's no point in worrying because if you're pregnant you're pregnant and worrying about it won't change that right now so just take a test and go from there. Buy one from your local chemist or clinic or wherever you can get one but if you're not confident with a home test then go to your GP and they will do one that is more reliable. In terms of the problems with your mouth nothing springs to my mind with it being related to pregnancy but if he sleeps around then it could be an STI such as herpes. Unless those blisters and spots in your mouth also make you have a metallic taste in your mouth then I don't think it's related to pregnancy. I'm the same age as you so can more so understand what your life must be like right now what with school so I really hope this has helped and let me know what happens. Take care and best of wishes.

I'm 17 and have had quite good skin with the few occcasional spots here and there until now. Now I have a bombardment of spots all around my mouth area and on a certain area of my neck. They are extremely red and they just won't stop I have been to the doctors once and the cream I was given doesn't work entirely. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on what to do as I feel very self conscious when going out :)
