Hi Diane. can't help but have the same problem. especially in mornings. All morning. It lasts most of the day and ruins family events or major days in life. very difficult to pass stools although it is very small and just recently i have started to notice an orange kind of film coating. can anyone help???

I have this exact same problem, even using my fingers. It's frustrating because you can feel the poo inside you and you get really bloated but it just won't come out. I've made myself bleed terribly by doing this and I'm scared I'm causing myself more damage in the long run. I'm sorry I'm not answering your question but just wanted you to know you're not alone.

I have exactly the same blood in stool and camera and biopsy its straining to much and you tare the inside...i've been doing this straining for years and now have a prolapse to which i'm awaiting consultation and opperation...i was told couple of years bk by hospital doctor dont strain or help your self going and go natrally. I was told i suffer ibs and that my toilet visits a lot of the time is mostly mind problem going when i dont need to....i so urge anyone not to strain as living with the problem i have is harsh and anyone straining could end up with same problem. I now have a prolapes of my bowl to the extent of 4 inches and sometimes using the muscles to pull it back in is as hard as the straining. I quit my job couple of years bk only to go bk as it got better to now having to quit again in hope that it gets better again.

I am 23 and I have a slight squint in one eye. It appears to only happen when I'm tired, or when I take off my glass's after wearing them for long periods of time. I believe this occurs due to the strain of my eye muscels from trying to see and focus properly. I have recently been to see a specialist and told my eye muscels have been repaired as much as they could be when I was young. I had to under-go a few operations in both eyes but my weaker eye will still get a turn every so often. What I'm now wondering is would Lazer surgery help my squint as my vision being improved will take the strain from my eye muscels. I'm really considering having it done, but I'm concerned that it will be a waist of money, but I've suffered confidence issues with this and have done for years. Has anyone got any helpful information or even gone through a similar experience, to help me with my question. Thank you

Be careful with only using one eye. I had the same problem but I can now use both since my latest surgery. Hold something at the end of your nose and try your best to focus on it. You will likely feel a strain on the eye you dont usually use but carry on, however be careful not to strain the eye to much.

Possibly...would not hurt to have it checked out.. ensure you clean well to avoid any other issues... If it is a Pile, then ensure you do not strain, via eating fibre foods and not so processed as it may bind you up causing strain... Still I would check it out thought. 10 mins at Doc office and you will know for sure... you dont want it to grow any larger..

I was told by the GUM clinic that even though the warts will eventually stop coming back, I will have the virus in my system forever (like the herpes complex virus), so I'm confused, is it possible to remove the strain/type of HPV out of the system or are we stuck with each strain once you've caught it?

no warts are nothing like Herpes , it is a skin virus NOT a immune system virus , you destroy the skin which means you destroy the virus .

Cut it out? You would most likely faint from the pain from doing that. Work on reducing swelling so that blood flow to the area can repair the damage. Don't strain and accept you my need to intravein so that you don't strain! Walking helps with blood flow and eating less with lots of water.

the warts arent so bad, your immune system (if its strong) can clear the virus in 18 months plus, they are a low risk strain of HPV so therefore not to do with the cervical cancer strain, you are at no greater risk of getting cancer, i had them once (or what the GUM nurse said she thought was them - still not sure) she used the burning them off method some chemical is put on them and they were gone in one wk!

As a more long term thing, I'd really examine my diet if I were you. You shouldn't have to dig faeces out, and if you do it may be that you're not doing yourself any favours by what you eat, so you are straining and it's causing piles. If you eat a lot of eggs, red meat, cheese, and processed foods, this could be causing you to have to strain on the loo. The thing causing the whole problem might simply be that you need more fibre and greens, and once you stop having to strain so much your body will be able to repair itself. I think surgery is an option in extreme cases but you'd have to see a doctor about that.

the virus can stay in your body for - years - without showing symptoms. i've got it and i've never shown symptoms. that said it is VERY important that you go and get checked for *everything* regardless of whether you think he's cheated or not - its good to be on the safe side where STIs are concerned. the other thing to remember is that the HPV virus can cause changes in the cells of your cervix - i've read that the wart strain doesnt but thats the strain i have and it *has* caused changes which showed up in my last smear test. keep up to date with your smear tests *especially* if you have the virus.

I'm 24 and have been using catheters for just over a month. I have Spina bifida and my bladder doesn't empty properly meaning that I always have a half full bladder. I had lots of problems such as needing the toliet very regularly, sometimes 4 times in an hour after drinking, I would have to strain to enable myself to go to the toilet even though I was desperate, I would leak easily, would get up a number of times in the night and would always be on the look out for the toilet even though I hardly drank anything. Now that I catheterise I am finding it a lot easier, I have had an infection since starting it but im finding that i am having positive effects. I do not go to the toilet for up to 8 hours now as my bladder is being emptied completly and i do not have to strain when i do need to go. I'm going to see the urologist again soon so I'm hoping that everything continues to go well

Hi everyone, I too was diagnosed with having Bletharospams about 8 years ago. I have been having Botox on and off in this time, sometimes it works well, sometimes it does nothing and a couple of times it has aggravated it. Like Sean in the previous comment it mainly happened when I had a drink, then as I grew tired it would play up, now it seems to be around daily if I engage in a face to face conversation with a customer, and sometimes for no reason what so ever. I have it in both eyes and find myself screwing my face up trying to fight the spasm. Thus really is a life changing illness and I feel for anyone who has suffered. Hopefully a cure is just round the corner before my head explodes thru the pressure of all the eye strain. In conclusion I feel Botox is a help, also a warmed or chilled gel eye mask helps. When driving a pair of dark glasses eases the strain too.

All girls are completely unique and we all come in different shapes and sizes, we also develop at different times in our lives. I was almost the same size at your age (I went on to become a 34FF and had to undergo a breast reduction at 21) so I know from experience exactly what you are going through. All I can recommend at the moment is that you continue to get professionally measured for your bras, and perhaps even consider having some custom made Whilst they do come more expensive it is so worth while in the end, just to get the support, shape and comfort you so desperately need.

If i wee too hard I leak semen. This sometimes happens when I strain too much having a poo. Is this normal or is something wrong?

I also have the exact same thing it seems. At first I thought i'd caught something bad from stupidly having unprotected sex, but i dont think i have. Looking at all of the symptoms list on this site, i reckon it could maybe be something to do with Retrograde Ejactulation? Not too sure though, would like it if i could get some insight too.

Done a bit of researching and the closest thing I can find is that sometimes the prostate needs massaging or milking to release built up fluid. It seems to suggest that if you get aroused a lot and never ejaculate this built up fluid has to come out using other ways such as when peeing or pooing. Can someone comment?

Hi i think i may be having early prolaps i to when doin a poo feel strain on my vagina im 26

Visible warts on the genitals are very contagious. If you've had unprotected sex with him whilst his warts are active (present) you will have certainly acquired the HPV strain(s) which cause Genital Warts. Not everyone who gets the GW strain will actually get visible warts, instead they'll carry the virus. Dont stress as HPV, in the majority of people (90%) will clear the virus within 1-2 years according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). There is no research to prove the virus stays with you for life, nor is there proof is "clears" completely. Most experts will agree that HPV is no longer a chronic illness. My advice to you is get your regular PAP smear done every 6 months to ensure you have no abnormal results. On a final note, HPV is so common, it really is a "fact of life". Most people have it and will never know as there is no test for men (apart from when warts are present) & in most cases it will become dormant and/or clear from the body completely causing no problems in future life.
