Conditions with symptom: 'swollen vagina'
My vagina recently has been quite sore, itchy and swollen and I was wondering what this is? After I had sex my vagina lips where really swollen but they went down after a day or 2 then few days ago it happened again but they only swelled a tiny bit this doesn't happen all the time after sex it's only happened twice, but my vagina is just sore itchy and a but swollen and it's really irrating! What can I do to get rid of this without getting treated as I'm only 16 and it's embarrassing
I had the same problem, I'm 17 . I went to the doctors the other day and they said it was thrush. It hurt to use the bathroom and I was in pain will having sex. The doctors have me antibiotic and a cream to put in the vagina , and it has helped heaps. My advice is go to your doctor they don't judge , say you are itchy down below and get swollen . I know it is embarrassing but if not treated it can get worse. If you don't want to go to the doctors go to a pharmacy and ask for an over counter thrush treatment. Hope this helps
Cystitis sashes can help from a pharmacy just ask the pharmacist and they will point them out to you I know it's embarrassing going to the doctors as I'm only 16 myself good luck
Hi,I am 16 and have only slept or had any sexual interaction with one person; my current boyfriend. (who I know has a record of sleeping with 14+ females, mainly without protection) I am experiencing a yellowy/green discharge and I'm really worried. I had sex with my boyfriend the other day and my whole vagina became swollen, it was swollen for 2 days and is still slightly swollen now. I'm still experiencing this discharge 3 days later and my vagina as a whole seems to have changed shape and appears to be abnormal. I am so confused as to what may have caused this and why it has happened. Will my vagina return as normal or will it remain shaped like this?
Hope u have visited your local gp to test for sexually transmitted diseases.

Hi girls, I wanted to reply your comments but I dont know how, so I ll write it as an answer to my problem.I dont think it is vagina collapse, i checked all the pictures, it s not like that. And I didnt have a baby or anything im not overwaight. I did been to my urology and abdominal ultrasound(sorry for my bad english),they didnt discover nothing except I have some marks from my previous bladder infections, and they were a lot of them. But the urologist said that this is nothing to worry about, and since I drink 100& cranberries I dont have a problems whit bladder like for 2 years, before that i had an infection like almost 3 months. So you should checked that, go to urologist and ultrasound, but still I dont have any idea what is the sorce of it, maybe i suspect some veins problems, the problem is, that i google this for so long but there is no information about that specific problem. I suspect beacuse Im from Slovenia, that we have like old timer devices or something, maybe in some other country would know how to help me.But I dont have enought money.Grrrrrr Dr.House we need you

Thrush can behave like this but its hard to be sure without asking more questions. My main advice would be go and see your doctor so they can ask some questions and send some samples to the lab. I have worked in lots of these clinics and you will be the 20th person they have seen that day with similar problems and probably the 100th person that week! It is their job to find out what is causing you problems and to help relieve the symptoms you are experiencing. If this is a definate no, your local pharmacist may be able to offer you advice or over the counter treatment.
After I have a bowel movement my vagina hurts and feels swollen! I had a csection almost 3 yrs ago and have been having this issue ever since. I was in the hospital for 2 months after my delivery and developed extreme edima around my vagina and bottom. Please help?
