The past few days I have noticed a slight tenderness in my left testicle near the top where the blood vessels are. There is no other associated pain, i.e. when I masturbate, have sex or urinate. However I tend to wear baggy boxer shorts and I have read that this could cause mild pain over time. Is this cause for concern?

I have a pain in my right testicle, mostly, but not only when sitting. It feels as if the testicle is pulling, pain also eminates from above the groin area. I had this same problem around 2000, went to my G.P. who arranged an ultrasound at the local hospital, they didn't seem to find a problem. When I push hard above the groin area, there is some tenderness and occasionally a sharp pain.

Hi i have had a pain in my left testicle since last october and was diagnosed as epididymitus. After have 3 different antibiotics and and ultrasound at a local surgery and they found nothing. Today i have had another Ultrasound at one of my local hospitals and they have found that i have varicose veins which they think is causing the problem. I am awaiting to chat to speak to my Uroligist.

I suffer from quite a few things. Firstly at times I am constipated for a day or two. Than I get muddy type loose stool about 4 to 5 times. My stomach is mostly as hard as a rock. The tenderness is mostly on the top part of the stomach but at times the whole stomach is also hard. The loose motion is always muddy colour and loose type.

Hi, as far as the tenderness goes, that may just be a change in hormones.. Time of the month maybe. If you are in a relationship you may want to make sure you're not pregnant, as that may cause breast tenderness. With regards the lump, I would definately have it checked. It may be nothing but no harm in visiting your GP.

I had laparascopic ventral rectopexy on March 10th 2014. I feel that although there has been an improvement in my symptoms.. I am still recovering from the op. I am getting general aches and pains in abdominal area(bit like period pain feeling) and I feel it when sit down with tenderness along in lower abdomen..also have tenderness at sight of one of the incisions which consultant thinks is a hernia.I do not have the feeling of pressure in rectum which was always present but my bowel has not yet settled(told could be several months)and I have to take movicol to avoid constipation. Before op was always 'aware' of bowel..now always 'aware' of discomfort in abdomen.

I am 54 and for the past few monthshave had tenderness and acute nipple pain in my right breast. I had a cyst removed about 8 years ago

as long as there's no pain or external sign of damage (different color, tenderness, harder consistency) it is normal. Our body is asymmetrical

Hi Alex, don't panic your perfectly fine that is how the breast should look. Some times they will become erect if you are cold or during sex. As you are still growing up you will experience tenderness as you are still developing however this will soon subside since you are approaching 16

It's normal dont worry. The tenderness is a sugn that they're still growing. The bumps are the things inside your breasts (that develop the milk and stuff) It just came in a different order.

For the past day i've had a tenderness and slight ache in my right testicle, more around the tube/tissure connected to it. I'm not too concerned, since i've occasionally had it before if i've sat badly or accidentally hit them, but how long would it have to go on for for me to consider there to actually be something wrong?

As you grow, you do develop a few lumps and aren't serious but if you still re worrying, visit your doctor.

For months now I have had pain and tenderness in my left breast. Not sure if thats reason enough to see a Dr. But the pain will not go away.

I think you should check it! I just went to the doctor today (happens to be a family friend) because I've been feeling pain & tenderness on my left breast and she examined my breast and spotted one particular spot that is quite painful. The thing is since that spot is particularly deep, I just thought that the pain came from my whole left breast instead of one spot. I got prescribed antibiotics (it might be because of infection) and am due to return in 5 days. Hope yours turn out to be a better case than mine though :-)

To me the tenderness would be from growing as I experienced it myself but if the pain is that bad then your best to visit your doctor to find out. Its normal to have lumps in your breast but like I have said check with the doctor to make sure it isn't anything serious.

I had sex with my boyfriend and have a tear. I tear sometimes but this time it swelled up and around the vaginal opening the wall looks a little swollen and bumpy with some bumps inside i think. I also had some tenderness where my ovaries are. Do i have an infection?

P.s I also have the added joy of breast tenderness and cramping for three days during which are a breeze considering what I suffer before hand. I definitely think PMDD is different to PMS and could be a hormone related chemical imbalance to the brain :-( I also dont want to see anybody today whilst feeling so tense. I hate it. I am now 40 and suffered like this since I was 15 years old.

I'm a 23 yr old male, and have had tender testicles for a while. I have been in a steady relationship for nearly 7 years. I have been to the doctors twice and been told there is nothing wrong. But I have tenderness in the back of my testicles but does not feel like a lump. And after sex can be painful. I hate going to the gp especially when having myself checked out as I have a sever complex... Please help

I have had some recent tenderness (over the last couple of months)in one nipple; slight heat and tingling but also in that nipple there are some small lumpy areas next to a skin tag that I hadn't noticed before and are not in the other breast. It is slightly tender to touch. I am 41. Is this normal or do I need to get it checked? Thanks

Hi Neil. Have you tried putting yoghurt on the head to soothe tenderness. Also try diaper cream. I know it sounds odd but toddlers usually have these same symptoms and diaper cream does the trick. Good luck with your penis and what not.

Hi there, for the past 11 years my breasts have been discharging a milky fluid when my nipples have been squeezed, my concern is though that occasionally the discharge is a blacky/ dark green colour, when I examine my breasts there is no tenderness or obvious lumps. Any advice you can offer would be gratefuly received.
