When i masturbate and at the point of ejaculation i than get a sharp pain in the same testicle and the testicle moves up into my groin area which is very painful. I have had a scan that was clear but the problem continues. Can i do anything else to relieve this pain?

I am having left testicle pain(at the back of the testicle) pain for more than a year now. I am 38 this year. I did go for physical checkup and scrotum ultrasound which all came out negative. I had quite a bad heartburn and lower abdominal pain 1 year ago where I went for endoscopy and colonoscopy. The Gastroentologist found two polyps at my rectum and removed it. Now I don't have stomach or lower abdominal pain except heartburn at times. But the left testicle and pelvic pain which started since a year ago with lower abdominal pain and heartburn is still there. Left testicle pain is more prominent especially when there is a sudden move even when I wear trousers or pants. The pain is more like a stinging pain. My PSA is negative and CT scan also came out negative. Doctors said it could be a nerve problem which could heal by itself and since scrotum ultrasound, physical check, CT scan and urine test, other blood test came out negative, I don't have to worry. But the left testicle and pelvic pain is still there. How not to worry? Please help.

ive been having pain in my testicles for the past 3 weeks, i made an appointment to see the docs but cancelled last minute due to embarrassment. at first i thought that the pain was in my left testice as it was fairle generalised in the area, i just checked it out again and it certain that the pain is on the right testicle. ive examined it, although there are no obvious lumps in the testicle itself, i feel on the top slight 'worm like' feeling, i have the same on my left testicle but it feels neater on the left side and slightly enlarged on the right. i have recently masturbated so thts not the problem i am 22 should i be worried?

I had am Ingruinal strangulated right sided hernia in my early twenties. I am now 56 and have endured 30 years of problems, either Low guarding, soreness and low levl pain of my right testicle and over the last 6-7 years my right testicle has gradually shrunk and is most times inside the abdominal cavity. Now my Left testicle has started shrinking and over the last 12 months my sperm volume has decreased to the point that now i have dry ejaculations. Could all this be rectified by an operation to drop my right testicle back into place. Is the Truama experienced by the hernia operation and the undistended right testicle the reason for the left testicle shrinking as well as the dry ejaculation. What is the remedy please.

I have a pain in my right testicle, mostly, but not only when sitting. It feels as if the testicle is pulling, pain also eminates from above the groin area. I had this same problem around 2000, went to my G.P. who arranged an ultrasound at the local hospital, they didn't seem to find a problem. When I push hard above the groin area, there is some tenderness and occasionally a sharp pain.

Hi i have had a pain in my left testicle since last october and was diagnosed as epididymitus. After have 3 different antibiotics and and ultrasound at a local surgery and they found nothing. Today i have had another Ultrasound at one of my local hospitals and they have found that i have varicose veins which they think is causing the problem. I am awaiting to chat to speak to my Uroligist.

I have varicocele on my left testicle and it is painful. I have had this pain for three months. Recently, I have been masturbating and now I seem to be getting pain on my right testicle. Its like a needle poking me in the right testicle. I am having my embolisation done on the 19th of January 2015. I was wondering what is causing the pain on my right testicle because that side was fine before. Could someone tell me please? I would appreciate it. Thanks.

I had a pain in my testicle which came and went for a couple of years. Non of the many Doctors I saw could find anything, ultrasounds - nothing. Then I saw a physio for lumber pain (turned out to be popped disc) and she asked if I had pain in my left testicle. What!!!! Apparently quite common side effect of popped disc, the disc presses on the nerve and the pain is transfered to the testicle. Now I do Pilates, keep my back strong and no pain in the testicle. Hope this helps

I get a pain mainly in my right testicle, i only get this pain in foreplay but once i ejaculate the pain goes away. The weird thing is its not the actual testicle that's in pain. Its the tubes leading towards the testicle that's in pain and often swells up after foreplay. For some reason, when i get aroused then don't end up ejaculating the pain is much worse, any help?

I have a squidgy type lump on what feels like the top of testicle I think is called the Epidermis?. It sometimes goes smaller and feels less fluidy but sometimes it can gather allot of fluid. I sometimes get an ache but its nothing bad. I went the doctors years ago and they detected a fluid around my testicles because one had a squidgy fluid around it casuing it to be bigger.

I had an operation on my left testicle, the doctors through at the time i had testicle torsion but the doctors found injection fluid in my epididmys, therefore they drained the fluid out and fixed the left testicle and not the right, this was 2 and half years ago now, ever since the i have had really bad pain in my left testicle and has stopped me from doing a lot of my daily stuff and am 20 now, i was seen by the urologist team for about 6 months after that they discharged me and refereed me to the pain clinic. i am currently still seeing my pain clinic doctor, and cant seem to find the scoure of the pain as the pain is in my left testicle going up into my abdomen. i am struggling with this pain and would ask is there anything else that could be done, or i could speak with my doctor about?

When I was younger I had what is called a descended testicle on my right side and heard you are more likely to get testicular cancer than someone else... And as of last night it seem like if I had grown another testicle and what I noticed there seem to by like a division between my right testicle. All i feel is like a line between my right testicle. I also have had pain in my left testicle since mid October of last year and the pain feel like a sort of heaviness and ache right under it and I went to the docter they did all sorts of test and they told me that they didn't find anything so they gave me antibiotics and they did work for a while and they came back in January but it would hurt once in awhile and last night the pain jumped over to my right testicle and that when I found out that it felt like I had two ball on that side?!

I am a 17 year old male. My testicles have developed what seemed like milky spots, however some of these spots have enlarged progressively. When i squeeze them it hurts my whole testicle and there is a white substance being released that is very smelly. My left testicle is very sensitive and sore. My testicle goes from being very firm and hard to soft the next day. The pain occasionally proceeds into my groin and lower abdomen, when I brush against my testicle it shoots a pain through my testicle and up my groin. Hoping someone can help me, thanks.

I had the unfortunate chance of actually sitting on my left testicle as I sat in my car (trousers were a bit tight). The result was that my testicle was quite swollen for about a day but I was left with an excruciating pain rising from the testicle up from the testicle to the left side of my stomach about level with my hip. This was reduced when I took ibuprofen but is still nagging away slightly in the background. Should I see my GP or take some more pain relief?

Hi, I'm a lot older that most of the men who had questions. I noticed that there is a small ball ( the size of a Pea) that's not on my testicle, but seems to be seprate from from the testicle. It feels like there's tissue coming from the testicle than this Pea size ball that is harder than the testicles. I feel no pain, but if I squeeze it, its a sharp pain, the same pain you feel when you squeeze down on a testicle..

Im a healthy 33 year old male with 3 children when I was 17 I had which I now know to be torsion of the left testicle. Torsion is where your testicle twists cutting off the blood circulation and if left killing off the testicle, Being very young, very shy at the time I left a very sore & swollen testicle for 3 months before my condition brought on a hernia by this time I had no option but to see my GP and told him the lot I was rushed to a&e where I had a hernia repair & what was left of my left testicle taken away along with the vas deferens on the left side over the years ive had pain on & off in my whole groin area.ive also tried having a false testicle implanted which my body didn't take to. The moral of the story fellas is no matter how small the problem or pain down there the doctors have seen it all before & will again.

Is it normal for these cysts to cause a great deal of pain? I'm in the process of trying to determine what is causing pain in my left testicle. It's been about three months now and more cysts have developed since my first ultrasound. (I can feel them) My testicle hurts so much it makes me feel nauseous and puke all the time. I'm unable to work or do anything for that matter, walking causes more pain. It's not epiditimytis, chlamydia, torsioned testicle or kidney stones. We have crossed all of those off the list. Is it possible for the cysts to cause this much pain simply because of their location? Or could it be something else? I am 23 years old.

Hi. I am 13 and I am not sure about something around my groin area. 1st, when I slightly tug my pubic hairs, it creates a burning sort of pain. Not unbearable but it is like a 'so hot that it's cold' pain. 2nd, there seems to be a lump in my scrotum under the left testicle. It doesn't seem attached to the testicle although it might be. if I try to grap it for a while, eventually my left testicle starts to ache. Thank you to whoever responds.

Hi I'm 42 and did an ultrasound to check if my dr. did the right diagnosis that I have a varicocele or hydrocele on my left testicle or a hernia. And the result was that I have both a varicocele and hydrocele on my left testicle as well as a varicocele and an epididimal cyst on my right testicle. My question is if this has an effect on my fertility. I don't have a lot of pain at the moment, just a throbbing pain ones in a while on my left testicle. Once I also had a shooting pain on my right varicocele and as well as on my penis and penis head. My Dr. said this was odd and has nothing to do with my growths. The reason I went to him is that I had terrible pain on and around my scrotum that lasted for about 7 hours one night. I was to embarrassed to go to a Dr. back then. I haven't have this kind of pain for a years, it was the one and only experience. My dr. said I'm to worried the other thing is that I haven't had a sexual partner for many years since my conversion to Catholisism.

I have a constant pain in my left testicle, my left testicle is smaller than the right. I have no problem with my sex life, but at times my left testicle makes its presence as a dull pain, had this feeling for at least 2 years.
