Hiya im 28 and have just noticed something "weird down below". I have three white lumps on my vagina lips, these are new. They are like fatty deposits but they are white and not skin coloured. I have had the same sex partner for over 5 years so im not even thinking about this side of things. The largest white lump is like a fatty piece of skin and I can feel the skin that its attached to, thats why im hoping its nothing to serious. However, because ive been prodding its very sore. Does anyone know what this could be?

I am uncircumcised male ,couple of years ago I used talc powder for masturbation and good amount went under skin of my penis. After a day I started irritation and itch around my penis skin. When I retracted my foreskin I could see some type of thick layer formed around my penis under skin. After few days I noticed white spots and since then it has grown to the point where half of my penis lost its pigmentation and it is white. This has triggered vitiligo in my entire body and I have white spots on my hand , face and feet , skin on my face burns. Please help , Please advise. I am anxious and it has affected my sex life because it makes my vitiligo symptoms worst (skin burning and white spots increasing)when I have passionate sex. I am in feeling extremely depressed because of this. Please help and advise , what should I do?

Hello, I have a white, hard spot on the shaft of my penis, its been there for quite a while, atleast a year. It doesn't itch or hurt or anything like that but its on my skin. I can get a hold of it if I pull my skin a little bit. It's just a hard material or something like that on the skin of my penis and it is annoying and I was wandering if anybody could tell me what it is or what I can do to get rid of it. I have thought about poking it with a needle to try and squeeze out whatever is in there but never got to it. I've read many articles about spots but none of them help or actually desvribe what i have properly. Its just a white lump/spot that is hard and the size of a small spot you would get on your face. Please help.

I have a few white spots on my penis, my guess is that they are skin tags but I cannot be sure. There are quite a lot, they don't hang from the skin, but just looks like white spots.

I am an 18 year old, virgin, uncircumcised male. Under the head of my penis I have white skin that is clearly visible when I pull my foreskin back. I know it isn't smegma as it is just like the rest of my skin, except white. I have had this for about a year now. My personal hygiene is very good, and I always wash my penis at least once a day so I don't know what else I can do. It is not painful but it doesn't look nice and so I'd like to get it cleared up.

I'm 15 and I have a problem with the skin on my vagina. I used to shave a lot when I was on holiday and my skin is sensitive and it became irritated, I scratched it and the skin went really sore, now my skin has healed but its extremely pale white and has been for a couple of years. I just wanted to know if I was the only one who has experienced this problem and if it will go away or not. I'm too scared to go see my GP to ask them because I'm too worried, help? :s

I am 19 and I keep finding white, probably dead, skin at the very tips of my nibbles, and my nibbles are sometimes indented with the dead/white skin there, I have been slightly worried 'is this normal' ? Thinking its dead skin i have removed the white/dead bits and this has made it quite painful, so I don't do that but the dead/white skin fragments are still bothering me, i don't know whats going on !?

Hi Nehemiah, I would ask your doc to run a B12 test, you have 2 symptoms of a deficiency already. Google B12 deficiency symptoms to see if you have anymore. Don't leave it too late as more damage to your body will occur as I found out. x

After reading all the questions, i guess any little bump on the skin is a skin tag. And the GP's probably call them skin tags, but if you look at the picture you can see that they are not white bumps, or white pinky color skin etc. actually they look like little nipples, (and i mean little) I have a couple on my armpit and 1 close to my genital area and the don't bother me i guess i could have them removed but they don't bother me. I think I might have had some or something else like brown tags on my testicles and the demomtologist just freezed them off, no needle was used and it was painless. The skin tags that are like in the picture can be cut off yourself but they bleed, so my advice is to have freezed off. I think the GP's don't even know what there talking about when they say skin tags. I have no idea where u are but in the United States my doctor would not call any bump, wart, white bump skin tags.

Hello. Every mole on my body has a perfect white circle around it. The white circle does not match my usual skin colour and doesnt tan in the sun. Any hairs that grow from the white circles are pure white. Every mole has a circle on my chest, arms, back, neck and legs has a white circle. I got them when i was in Turkey in the sunshine a few years ago and I was hoping they would have disappeared. Any explanation ?

Hello,I have a similar skin problem which could be Vitiligo. My skin spots are best described as white freckles which appear on my forearms and lower legs. They start as a tiny white spot and gradually fade to a pale skin colour and are multiplying. My doctor cannot tell what this problem is but he has given me two different types of creams to rub on and then some tablets to take but neither have solved the problem. Could this be Vitiligo?

Hi guys, I'm not a doctor but have suffered from fear of the same kind of white bumps that when popped white stuff came out from. It started around 14 and I had never had sex at that time. It turned out that it was sweat pockets - small white bumps formed on the skin from heat. One suggestion I have is to expect your body to change as you get older - our skin condition is pretty hereditary. Girls will not ask because they don't know about male genitilia but if they do, just be honest - its nitching to be ashamed of. Especially instant judgment by others!! Be positive ok?

In between my breasts and on my upper back I have patches of really pale/almost white skin. I understand that it's not too extraordinary to have that but what I don't understand is one time I decided to put fake tan on to cover it and the fake tan didn't work on where my white skin pigments are, it only tanned the rest of my skin, is that normal? I didn't think it would make a difference.

Hi there, PLEASE CHECK WITH AN EXPERT OPPINION BEFORE STARTING ANY TREATMENT!!! I had on my upper chest area similar white spots. In time (3-4 years) many more small round dots appeared, enlarged then joined together, expanding on my shoulders to the back of my neck. I worn my hair long to hide it, because looked like dirt and grime :( Everybody expressed their opinion about it; from family to GP, the response was the same: "liver spots"... but they were soooo wrong. I know isn't right to fallow friends advice regarding medication, but I am a happy case. I bought from my local pharmacy Nizoral tablets (30 tablets/30 days - 1 every 24h).... I didn't realise when the skin return to its normal colour during this 30 days ... I am since free of Tinea versicolor. I hope it helps, I know how EMBARRASED I was. More details here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tinea_versicolor

Hey, I haven't had my tongue pierced though I've had my lip done. Unfortunately I changed it too early and the lump of white skin wouldn't go away. Make sure you clean it often (because it's in your mouth, use non alcohol based mouthwash and don't take the new bar out. Don't pick at the skin, I think that it goes white because the skin is in the process of dying, it should go away in a month or so as long as you keep it clean. Really you changed it a bit early so it may take a while for it to heal up properly.

the skin around the end of my penis has gone white and the piece of skin attaching my foreskin to it is also white also under the foreskin seems swollen any ideas i thought it might be chlamydia but i've had that before and it wasnt anything like this and i havent had unprotected sex for a long time now

I went to the doctors a few months ago for my itching skin, with no rash or symptoms. He suggested it may be scabies, however I did not have any white marks. White lines on the skin is a key symptom of scabies.

I have an average size penis, at 6.5 inches, when erect, but the foreskin only goes to mid way down the head. When pulled back, it also leaves a gap between he head and a 'cliff' to where the skin is. Looking at the pictures this doesn't seem that bad. On the skin though there are many white dots, not white head size, but they do range in size, and can be popped and some white stuff comes out, one or two have become a proper spots, and have gone red, and needed to be popped. I have never had sex, and do have acne. Is this normal? Ive tried looking and found nothing.
